Let me just say this- I have been going to the same Taco Bell my whole life, and over the last few months I have been so incredibly impressed with how amazing this place has been. There’s a guy who works there- his name is Cooper, and he is by far the best customer service worker out there. He is so kind, attentive, and is very thorough when taking orders. Every single time I go through the drive through and I hear his voice I’m elated. He is fantastic. Cooper is what brings this Taco Bell to another level. I also work in food customer service, so I know how hard it is, and he is the prime example of what our companies want us to be. He’s the workers we see in commercials, the ones we believe don’t actually exist, the ones I didn’t believe existed until I went through that drive through and experienced that fantastic of service.

COOOOOPER!!!! This is for Cooper me and my wife have been going to Taco Bell a lot because thats her craving. There is no mistaking cooper he is the best person there, he is always super friendly and passionate talking thru the mic and at the window! We always get happy when it’s cooper because he’s super funny and makes our day. Thank you Cooper you deserve a raise and recognition from all the managers

A sad and unpleasant experience. Today I went with my children and we ordered the food. Almost 30 minutes passed and the food was not ready. My son asked and they told him 3 minutes. Another 10 minutes passed and the food was not ready. Curious, but to the people who Their order would arrive if they were ready soon. My children were sad asking why people didnt want to place our order (It will be because we are Latinos)

I had 2 tacos and 1 bean burrito and large tea.all was good.the only complaint was the restroom was really dirty.

I just swung by the Taco Bell drive through on Geer to get a drink and was helped by a young man whose name was Cooper. I was absolutely blown away at how amazing his customer service skills are. I have a sales and customer service background and I can honestly say that Cooper is the best customer service rep I’ve ever interacted with. His friendliness, energy level, and positivity are radiant. I’m calling on Taco Bell to do two things: 1. Give Cooper a raise because he does an amazing job and should be rewarded for it and 2. Place him in a role where he can train employees on how to implement his customer service style. You’re awesome Cooper. Keep it up.

There are a lot of taco Bells out there, some great, some not so great but this one is pretty darn good. The speed in which they get your order out is phenomenal. The friendliness of the employees is out of this world. In addition to those things the restaurant is clean and so are the bathrooms. So in conclusion its worth the drive

Good wasnt labeled burritos are hella small never gave me receipt horrible I will never come here again there is a reason these people work there cause they have no idea how to do a job and fast food is the easiest job do your job guys definitely not worth the money I could have made better

Horrible place I went in for a interview and called them back for a update and they never told me why they didnt want to hire me they say they dont discriminate but I think they do its stupid that they cant be honest and tell you why they didnt hire you they always got to beat around the bush with everything worst place to even think of applying I wouldnt recommend it..

Worst experience at a Taco Bell yet, ordered 3 deluxe boxes with no sour cream on anything and a quesadilla with no creamy sauce, they managed to mess up each and every one of them, I had purchased two extra boxes for a couple unfortunate people who had also asked for no sour cream, when I came back to alert them to the mistake made, they asked for us to bring back the entire order otherwise they couldnt help us. So I wasted $40 on food that I ordered food with simple directions to not add one ingredient, which every item somehow had, and then they required me to bring back the entire order as proof, even though I came back about 15 minute after the initial order. Wont be coming back to this one, the Taco Bell on West Main has very rarely made this simple mistake and made it right quite easily.
