Hello this is regarding a visit to your establishment in Pico Rivera on 9180 Whittier Blvd, Pico Rivera, CA 90660. My fiance and I decided to do a walk in at about 11:00 pm unfortunately upon arrival the location was not open even though they close at 12:00 am . I was hoping to get some information from the employees as to why they closed so early but they wouldnt even acknowledge my knocking or my attempt to call . Im a Google local guide affiliate so Im able to review and change incorrect information such as time and location so Ill be sure to fix this for future customers to save them from an unsatisfactory experience that I had unfortunately received.

Went thru drive thru, which we normally go in due to the same reason as this review.Big order, $62. Made us park out front. Guy came to car with bag, saying.. Great bean burritos, I got a box, which is no longer $5 it was $7.99 for the Nacho Craving Box. Price increases on everything, but I guess thats everywhere. My one complaint would be that the lettuce, tomato and cheese added to the Chalupa made it cold. Otherwise, a clean restaurant, open fountain drink dispenser and restrooms for paying customers.

To the caucasian lady working 7/26/21 @ 2:30am. ether you were Racial Profiling or ether didnt like me all because right after you gave a great feedback on order confirmation and I ask about your face mask doesnt mean I was flirting. You didnt have to change your attitude and purposely leave two tacos for me to wait in drive thru lane and not even have no remorse nor an apology for me. The shift manager, after speaking with him in Spanish, properly gave a full refund. I advise the lady to re watch her training on customer satisfaction and not be passive aggressive.

Its a shame how the quality of the food has really diminished here. This used to be a good place, but already 3 times Ive come, the food just isnt made right, wrong food is made and some doesnt even look appealing to eat. The cooks making the food seem like they dont like their job or dont wanna do the work, all the sauces are on one side only, the salad on the other end and very little meat. If I get a chalupa or a gordita, Id like everything spread across, not in piles on each end of it and more than 6 pieces of chicken or steak would be nice too. I remember it was all a steady measurement for each thing and was supposed to be spread across, not just clumped in. I may just go to a further one instead, no wonder this one is about 80% of the time empty.

This place is terrible, even for Taco Bell standards. It is stuck with 90s decor, the place smells and the service is bad. Normally you dont expect much from fast food but comon guys, spend a little to update your location. It is really old, worn out and you get a sense that they dont clean the restaurant often. You can only imagine how good their food handling skills are based on their dinning room presentation. Yuck.

I love Taco bell! I wish I could give it 5 stars because its one of my favorite places for fast food but unfortunately they have gotten my order wrong more than 10 times and thats a huge amount. Ignored by cashiers walking past me 3 times in 5 min until someone from the kitchen yelled customers!. Very slow. While all taco bell food tastes the same location to location my steak quesadilla was soupy, runny and tastes...off. no complaints on the taco. even the soda tastes wrong somehow. probably best to avoid this location. Empty at lunch time for a reason. Mens room was locked, unoccupied.

This is like the 3rd time they gave me the wrong item, or incomplete. The food served doesnt look appealing, they just through the meat and the salad and it looks like they emptied leftovers in the tortilla. Very little meat, they forget a lot of times the difference between a gordita and a chalupa, no sour cream. The water was mixing with soda, this place has changed a lot but to the worse. Very sad, but some employees are nice and courteous.

Food is good but the customer service was horrible I waited 5 minutes to order my food. The place was not empty I was the only customer. They didnt acknowledge me at all. One employee was on break and she just looked at me. The other was busy talking to a other employee and came to the register printed a receipt looked at me and walked away. Didnt get any service until I spoke up. They really need to focus on their customers.

Food is disgusting! Restrooms are disgusting. Employees are rude. My 85 year old mother asked for the restroom and they ignored her. When she asked again the told her the restroom was dirty and would not let her use it! They didnt even offer her the mens restroomAll restaurants have to have a restroom for their customers. The Taco Bell Association of America has and always will be fine dining. Beefy, crunchy, cheesy, delicious, processed goodness. For years, we proud americans have sated ourselves with only the finest of imitation mexican food, and it is always improving at the TBA.This fine establishment has a high tech ordering system that catches your eye and was invigorating to play around with while we decided what to eat. Minor technical difficulties aside, it made for quite the experience. Say goodbye to those days of awkward small talk with the person taking your order. Get in, get your food in your face, and get out. The only reason to communicate with a human being ever again is simply to ask where the bathroom is.5 star experience every time!

I think they are tempting to give the food selections more spice and ready to become more Latin oriented and offering selections that are middle of the road favorites burritos with egg. And double shell tacos with lots of different fillings I think thats good for both cultures theyre doing a lot to improve the use of electronic Communications and ordering
