JUAN is EXCELLENT, and he is (or he was) a supervisor at this Taco Bell located at 24712 Pico Canyon Road, Newhall, California 91321. I write this positive review for JUAN because I had written a prior positive review regarding Juan and the facts that I describe below, but I cant seem to find that prior review anywhere in that other website that posts customer reviews. JUAN went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty in connection with responding to my unique, difficult, and Very Large Order that I had made at this Taco Bell. I needed to feed a large group of hungry construction workers at my house. Therefore, I made an order at Taco Bell which was VERY large, complicated, and needed to be completed quickly. JUAN, as the supervisor at this Taco Bell location, managed all this perfectly. While JUAN assured that his entire Team provided prompt and excellent service for all the other Taco Bell customers, Juan also undertook the personal task of making sure my large order was completed promptly and correctly. JUAN is EXCELLENT on ALL measures of performance and customer service. JUAN can write a book on how to provide EXCELLENT customer service ! Thank you JUAN and Taco Bell !

Screwed up the order, and they gave cold fries. Then, when I went inside to get hot fries, they tried topping off the cold ones with hot ones, as if I wasnt watching. I ended up getting hot fries but had to send back the topped off ones to get them all hot and fresh. The nerve of trying to pull a stunt like that. Should have known to look at the rest of the bags and order before driving off and getting back on the freeway.

Where do I begin. The food was great. No problems whatsoever with the food. The new order system sucks. It created so much confusion and unnecessary drama in the restaurant that it was distracting. We can also point out in the dining room that they have stripped napkins, lids, straws, hot sauces and utensils. Seems like we the customer is being punished off the decisions their corporate makes. Old and young were getting confused by the kiosk menu and if your paying cash it creates additional back up of waiting for the food staff to come do a cash interaction. Only after paying cash your order will go in the cue to be made. The cash people waited longer and people were upset.Taco Bell please try harder!!

Unfriendly and lazy. Didn’t want to use the register, made this guy use a kiosk… he was certainly in need of a bit of assistance. Dirty, I ordered ahead and saw cheese bits everywhere ( floor, seats of chairs ). Manager wouldn’t even look me in the eye… no greeting… food was ok.

We took a pit stop to grab quick bite for kids. Staff was not very pleasant. We asked for bathroom lock code and the lady was shouting the number un happily while working on orders. No one came to the front counter to talk or showed any courtesy. Need to train staff for better behavior with customers.

Ordered 3 soft tacos, a bean burrito and a drink... Simple right? Well weve been waiting 35 minutes and they just updated us that it will be at least another 15 minutes. Its not even that busy in here and its almost 8 pm. We stopped here because we were in a hurry on the road, at this rate we could have had an actual sit down meal. Ridiculous!

There was no line at the drive thru so our experience was quick. The people were easy to understand and the service was good.One thing that made me upset was the order taker asked if I wanted to add a large Pepsi to my order and I said yes I would like a large Pepsi. The taco bell worker forgot to give me the large soda when they handed me the food.The order was correct to our requests and the food was steaming warm and fresh crunchy just the way it should be. Just we had no drink to wash the food down.Overall, I rate this experience with 4 stars!Thank you !I recommend the fiesta taco salad, its an awesome food choice at Taco Bell except they no longer offer the taco salad on the menu and I wish theyd bring it back! *##*

There were no lines. Forced to order our own food. I do not wirk here and recieved no assistance on how to use the machine they Refused to help us . Order was not corrected tables were dirty garbage overflowing broken chairs that were unsafe and Rude staff. They spoke in spanish when asked for help. Bathrooms are unsanitary and will never stop here again! The most horrible experience and then there was the dry food and hardly no filling.

Waited at counter over 5 minutes, worker looked at me several times, finally I ask her, are you not open to customers right now? she replied that I must order at a touchpad on the wall. I was upset about that. I then had to ring my own order up, which required me to train myself to cover their job. I get the food, give it to my wife, she eats it, and ended up getting really sick. We will never eat this franchise again. My previous experience with a Taco Bell drive-thru was one of the workers cloned my credit card and tried to make a bunch of purchases online.

By far the rudest staff I have ever met in my time on this earth. Im the biggest taco bell fan youll ever meet and these people made me never want to go back to this store. To start I had cash and didnt want to use the self service kiosk I would rather tell a person my order. After waiting ten minutes for an employee to actually walk to the register, but instead of asking how can I help or what can I get you I was told to order from the kiosk in the rudest tone. After reluctantly ordering for my family we waited another ten minutes for the same rude lady to come back just to take the cash I initially told her I had. From there they gave me the cups we had ordered with no lids or straws and zero information on where to find them(they are behind the register... Like only employees hand them out). We make our drinks and have to wait until our food is finally ready for someone to give us lids and straws. Again worst taco bell Ive ever been to and Ill sing it from the roof tops.

The man who served me at the window could not understand what I trying to say. (I teach English as a Second Language. I can be understood by students regardless of their language.) Then when I get to the window he has multiple, open sores on his forearms. It was shocking to see such a person serving food. Fortunately he wasn’t the Jane who prepared my taco and beans. I won’t be driving back through in the foreseeable future.

You cant go wrong a Baja Blast Freeze during their Happy Hour. We stopped by this taco bell location from our way home from Valencia Mall and boy was the drive thru line busy. Since I was craving my Baja Blast Freeze, we of course waited in the long line so I got the happy hour regular size and the large size. The staff was friendly and wore mask so everything was okay. They also give your receipt through a little plastic bin so there no hand to hand.

The cashier was rude when we first walked in an we were told you need to use the kiosk by the door. I asked for 10 hot sauce packets an when getting the food I had 5 packets. All of this for a family of four. Prices have increased quite a bit, an your better off going to a sit down restaurant.

Went to the drive-thru & ordered a chicken chalupa. When I got up to the window the girl said, I forgot our fryer is down. We dont have any chalupas. Do you want something else? I told her no & left.I was so upset! How can you forget your fryers down?!? If she had told me at the beginning I would have found something else but I had my mind set on the chalupa since she forgot to tell me they werent available.Im so tired of the customer service offered by the younger generation!! Its not just Taco Bell but a lot of places nowadays. These kids - along with a lot of adults - just dont care about their job or their customers. Theyre only there for a paycheck & could care less about how they treat paying customers. They need to be trained this way from the beginning!They need to treat EVERYONE as they want to be treated! You know if they were treated the same way as I was theyd be upset & have quite a few remarks. An ok place to go if you want a quick taco. You get that consistent taco service and product. Staff seems polite which is important to me when I support fast food chains. Good food. Dont try to turn right off pico canyon road and go directly into the drive thru, youll have to do a 3 point turn. Turn right into the gas station next door and go around the building and turn into the drive thru from the parking lot side.

Its a normal taco bell.They very consistently mess up orders. Literally every other time I go here they get things wrong.The inside has the most annoying music, and they play the same three songs on loop. Its exhausting. At the bottom of the Taco Bell ladder. Food is prepared with a minimum of quality and quantity. Employee attitudes are unpleasant in general,save for one guy. No napkins, drink lids, straws, or utensils offered. (This was to all customers here, not just myself). The center island intended to hold condiments etc. is empty - Im not sure if this is due to local COVID regulations or just cost-savings measures.Dining room fairly clean. Self serve order kiosks are provided (yet the condiment island is empty?) so the counter is typically unmanned, but if you yell loud enough someone will eventually respond.

My family is regular Taco Bell customers, unfortunately today we had the absolute worst experience ever in a Taco Bell. We’re on the road home from Disney and made a mobile order at 12:19pm to get in and out quick but that didn’t happen. We get inside and there were tons of customers who had waited up to 45 minutes ahead of us in the dining area, each of which extremely upset with the wait. The irate individuals were making sure that your new customers coming in were aware of their wait, and most of them left without ordering. They weren’t wrong, as I waited 40 min for my mobile order… In that time, as the team started to catch up, I had several people who came in well after my family, and tons of drive through cars get their orders before me which now made myself upset, requiring me to go to the counter, let them know my experience, only to be told “my bad” by the cashier, no sorry even once while we remained in the restaurant until we left at 1:20p. Meanwhile, the manager had to refund two customers who waited half the time that I did for their orders because they couldn’t wait any longer. That same manager, stayed non-existent, didn’t rally his team, didn’t help with orders, and stayed unavailable during this situation. I could probably give a great deal more about the experience but I’ll end it here…

Ordered from the touchscreen and it seemed to be working ok, but what we got was a mystery everything was soaking in some kind of white junk on everything . The achalupa was missing the normal taco.The CRUNCHY TACOS WERE all broken pieces of shells with more white junk making it a mass of, to be polite, garbage.Next we wanted to cover the trash can taste with taco sauce but the now they dont have any for the customersIT was like getting fast food from the bottom of a dumpster, to be polite once again.

I usually give pretty good Stars for Taco Bells. A couple days ago I gave a bad review for a different Taco Bell that barely put any chicken it was meant inside the Chipotle ranch chicken burrito. Its a really good burrito. I came to this talk about to get two of them. There was no line. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for my food. Another guy comes in makes an order and gets his food immediately. I see lots of cars in the Drive-Thru getting their food. So I said to some girl that I havent got my food and she barely looked at me and walked away and did not say anything. I had to get out to the people in the back to get their attention and I told them to give me my food I was very mad and they didnt even know what I ordered and could not find the tag. Mistakes happen but they all seem to be rude and acted Bolivias of one person standing there waiting for their food for 10 whole minutes

As Taco Bell restaurants go, this was a good one. Despite the fact that it was lunch time, the restaurant was clean. Our orders were taken quickly (it was faster in person than it was ordering on the in-store screen) and delivered fairly quickly.The parking lot was clean. All in all, it was a solid visit but the food was INCREDIBLY expensive. It was $18 for two of us. Thats taqueria prices.

The worker argued with us and told us we never ordered it- Im appalled. There wasnt even an Im sorry. Ive never had such rude service from any fast food. This is the only Taco Bell in town that has not made me sick, my latest visit a couple days ago I ordered a combo number 10 which includes a burrito they give you your choice of meat, I elected sausage, but the nice girl at the register since I mentioned hash browns which is part of the combo, instead of giving me a sausage burrito I got home to find out that she had given me a hash brown burrito which already comes with a combo like I said, other than that it was a pleasant visit.

Curtis delivered an “EXCEPTIONAL Customer Experience that leaves me “THRILLED!”I went to the drive-thru and placed my order for two chicken cantina tacos with “Only” nacho cheese. Well they made a mistake on my order and put “Everything” on my tacos and I didn’t discover the error until I made it home and opened my order. While making my order through the drive-thru, the cashier asked any sauce? I replied hot sauce meaning the flavor named hot. I got no response so I repeated hot sauce. Paid, got my sealed bag. Went home and found plenty of mild and fire, no hot flavor. Theres a level of funny to this, I know. However, I was tired and it was really disappointing not to get what I paid for.

I went through the Drive thru this morning to try out a breakfast Burrito (Store 005685 / Order 391635). I normally stop at either McDs or Jack in the Box. I like McDs due to their super fast service and coffee although their Burrito is tiny (but their salsa is good). Jack in the Boxs Burrito had been pretty good (it got smaller recently) although they dont provide cream in the coffee like McDs and my last visit there, they were out of hot sauce. Taco Bells burrito looked good, but wasnt anything to talk about and it upset my stomach. The transaction at the window wasnt bad. What messed the experience up for me was they handed me my bag, sealed. No hot sauce what so ever, nor asked about at the window but it ends up on the receipt as No Sauce Packet. I had to ask for a straw for my iced coffee and the gal said, its in the bag. It wasnt. I was happy to not have to stop to fix my coffee in the car (would give this 1 star) but otherwise wasnt impressed at all with the food or service so needless to say, I wont be back soon.

I used to work at fast food restaurants so I know how hectic and crazy it can be when you have a bunch of people to serve in the front of house as well as drive through. It can be hard to keep up and some people can be too impatient and demanding...This location is good, but sometimes it seems the employees dont know what they are doing, maybe they need to be trained better.Either way the food is always good and the last time I went they did mess up my order but it was replaced quickly and without trouble.Last few months I have seen good improvements and a few new faces. Keep it up, I love eating here!

This is a great Taco Bell! We were coming back from Magic mountain to our hotel. Drive through and a great parking lot. Its right off the Old Road and close to a lot of hotels. My kids liked the self order flat screen. Easy ordering for multiple people. Solid Taco Bell. Eat inside or to go.

The breakfast burritos are great and the price is too low to be honest, id pay more but what kills taco bell (all, not just this one) is the abysmal coffee. They dont seem to be able to make a cuppa coffee to save themselves. Now i buy coffee from ampm next door... never would have but taco bell coffee was so bad i had to replace it one morning and ever since i buy my coffee from them. Its a shame because im sure coffee is where TB make their money on the breakfast trade and they basically are awful at it.

The employees here seem to be really attentive and take care of the customers. At times I have had better food from other Taco Bells, but in general I would say its decent. My biggest complaint on this specific location is access. It is a bit of a pain to get in and out especially if ARCO next door is busy.Overall these guys arent horrible and probably deserve a bit better mark during times that are not as crowded.

First a saw some disgusting throw up on the floor, ewww completely made me lose my appetite and it wasnt even cleaned till 30 min later. The trash can was literary overflowing. Very poor service. I went in at 4 p.m. on 3/13/2017 after a day at six flags. Yes they were busy but to have a store completely trashed is unacceptable and is very well unsanitized to say the less. I asked the cashier when was the last time the dinning room was serviced and she quickly told me she didnt know. I asked that a dinning room be done given the way the trash bins looked and the stickiness of the floor. She said she had no one to do it as they were under staffed. Well you can tell that cali has legalized pot because getting the food from this place was not only wrong order but the guy at window was so stoned couldnt even understand him. Total Dah....... Would never eat here again.
