This is a horrible place because we are vegetarian our religion says we are not aloud to eat non veg we there last night and ordered a veggie burrito and it turned out to be a beef one we told them several times to check if it is veg and they kept on saying yes. Next time it that happens we are going to SUE YOU GUYS ! The service id also ver y very bad. They talk to us very badly.

We went inside to use the restroom and order drinks the girl did not acknowledge us. We needed a code for the restroom and she took a long time to provide the. Ode and then when we got out I ordered our drinks and she helped two people at the drive through, the one at the counter and then looked at me as if, what did I need. I told her I ordered drinks on the kiosk and she finally handed me a cup and did not even what for me to say thank you before turning away from me. Not friendly at all.

My bean burritos and tacos were fresh and tasted great. The service was fast for 8pm. The store and bathrooms were very clean. The staff was friendly also. I definitely will need to come back.

They always have amazing employees here. Hope they pay them worth their hard work at this location. Very clean on the inside. Unfortunately they have trash bin next to drive through and smells so bad (sucks if you dont have air conditioning). With the current pandemic they are seriously have the best assembly line in getting your order ready to keep everyone safe.

Be very careful ordering at this location. Especially in the drive thru.I have had a few orders messed up from the person not paying attention.Today I asked if they had a Bacon, Egg & Cheese breakfast burrito. She said yes. Then I see there is a breakfast burrito w beans on the screen. I tell her no beans, then it says no beans & no red sauce. I tell her red sauce is fine.I open my burrito to eat it and its just eggs, red sauce and cheese.Uhm.Didnt I at the very beginning ask if they had a BACON EGG & CHEESE burrito?..

Pretty cool, we was working right next to taco bell, our work was strenuous and filthy. We were thirsty all day for days so we kept refilling our drink cups all day for overall week. We did eat there everyday, spent alot- still it was cool of them not to sweat us on the many refills

Took 20 minutes to make a burrito two nights ago. Tonight another long wait so I left. I called and spoke to the manager at 9:00 pm February 27, 2020. I asked for her first name. Response, I cannot give out personal information like that. First name? Then I asked why there was such a delay and the unknown manager said, We are under staffed, WHY ELSE? WHY ELSE? Thats such a rude comment. Managers should be better trained.

For some reason, this is one of the best Taco Bells Ive been to. They seem to be generous enough with the ingredients consistently that you actually taste more than just the tortilla. My friends also always prefer this location over others that are just down the street.

Staff makes a lot of mistakes. They screwed up my order twice. I had to go there twice. The night manager blamed it all on me and declined to give me my money back on the 1 item they failed to give me. Never again will my family or i will go there. The staff seems like they lack training. I was told by the cashier i was the 3rd customer tonite this has happened to. The night manager is arrogant and disrespectful. After blaming me and declining to give me his first name, he wantes me to use the cashiers name which is innocent. And completly disregarded my concern. I suggest they put the whole staff back thru training. Give that night manager some management training. He seemed ill equipped to handle the situation professionally. NEVER AGAIN! I am out $4+ dollars due to his lack bof service skills .
