Tacos were delicious, but there was a major issue with the soda machine.The Pepsi was out on all the buttons when I told the young lady about it,she said We know! When I asked if they were going to change it out, she said, NO! She was very rude.If the tacos had not already been made,I would have demanded a refune and left.Several customers asked the same thing and got the same reply

As a frequent customer of this location, I can tell you the food always tastes good even if portions are quite strict. My only real and personal complaint is that this location closes the dining room at 9PM despite most of their competitors closing closer to midnight.

At the LA Quinta, CA store I waited 14 minutes at the counter with no one taking my order. There were at least 3 people and they were all serving drive thru customers. When someone arrived I told her that it was a really long wait she rolled her eyes and said sorry, do you want some food? She said her name was Christine and she was the manager. It was so poorly run.

They left the drive thru open after they closed and didn’t put up any signs that you could only go though the drive thru for a pick up order. So we sat there forever because there was no way out of the drive thru once we were already stuck there. They need to communicate better and put up signs, this is ridiculous.

Hate the drive through not long enough leaves you out in the parking lot but been her twice in the last one week. Whats nice both times the line we t well fast night to not get a little aggravated. Arrived about 8:30 said the dining room was closed and the door locked. As for the food, food was great they ask how many hot sauces you want and thats what the give you in your bag. The employee was incredible, always staying busy and very helpful to guests. Educated me on swapping out cinnamon twists for various items, I greatly appreciated that. The guy was going such a great job that I asked how long hes been there, which he replied 2 months. I told him to never stop what hes doing.

They keep taking the good stuff off the menu . Hubby had 3 different requests, none of those are still on the menu. No grilled stuft burritos, no 7 layer burrito, no something else.... Im not sure why a fast food chain would take so many of their regular popular items off menu... maybe theyre not popular anymore?!? Either way he was very disappointed. Food we got was Taco Bell quality lol....employee was polite and efficient.

Customer service is atrocious. I drive an oversized commercial truck, and I was denied the ability to get food. I’ve been to other Taco Bell’s throughout the valley and using the mobile app the employees would accommodate my situation knowing that I cannot fit into the drive thru and they would hand me my food through the door without ever entering the building.I spoke to an employee about this, and she gave me the response of “I cannot help you. Try again another day in a smaller vehicle.” Before abruptly hanging up.

Not going to lie come here every month and have my specific order, they get it everytime . There very nice employees inside and through drive though. Not very packed only when we have Coachella fest in town . Great atmosphere and very quite . Nice place to eat with family and friends for a quick meal . Decent fast mexican food at a still decent price. Reasonably fast service, friendly workers, and the restaurant was pretty clean. The bathroom was a different story; smelled so bad from the outside, was afraid to enter. Thats not necessarily their fault, although I hope they cleaned it! Easy in and out location off hwy 111. Gone are the glory days of taco bell from high school; but its still there and its really still not bad for the money.

A month ago I went to La Quinta Taco Bell and ordered a Burrito Supreme and it is supposed to have sour cream but there was none at all. Tonight I ordered 2 Cheddar Chulupas and I got home and found 2 regular Chulupas. I give up on this place. They always seem to mess up the orders.

Just got home ordered a double chalupa and everything was cold. I only live a mile or so from the restaurant. I guess I need to check the order from now on to make sure it’s hot before I, Leave the restaurant. Very disappointing I was hungry but it was not eatable.
