I appreciate the folks working here. Good job on working your shifts. To the person whom I spoke with over the phone who said, Sorry for the inconvenience, thank you, I get it... its my bad for ordering this in the first place instead of making food at home. My trial bite made it clear that I should have just gone and made dinner when we got back to the house.The staff over the drive thru kindly asked if I wanted the cheese in the bottom... After ordering no cheese, no tomato, extra onions, on the steak burrito. I am lactose intolerant and am allergic to nightshades, which means my digestive system has a hard time passing food made with milk with and / or the members of the solanaceae family. The combo is not kind to my guts. Unfortunately for me, this burrito had Pimìento cheese sauce on it, and it is spicy to the tongue. I imagine that this has a good spice level if you can eat nightshades.

What a waste of my money, ordered 10 items, got 7 of them.Asked for extra meat that I paid for got less meat.Ordered 3 of the crispy chicken tacos.... all were dark and basically burned like they refried them 3x or have dirty oil.I know what is up, Ive worked fast food for 15 years, you cant fool me.Place is lazy and never gets it right.I figured that after a 3 year break that there would have been some growth but I was clearly wrong and I want my money back.

Been here a few times to go through the drive thru. Most of the time, the order comes out right. But they are very bad at providing what is paid extra for. I asked for and was charged for extra cheese. Does this look like extra? Theres barely any on it at all! I have given them chances a few times with the same results. So my only suggestion is to not ask for it. You only get charged without getting it.Staff is ok but there is room for improvement. Not sure of the inside, as I have not ate in the dining room.

One of the worst taco bells Ive seen. Ive given it 5 chances now and not one time has my order been correct. The only time you can get an order correct is if you physically inspect each item before leaving. Also if you order delivery and ask for sauce. Forget it. 3 orders straight with no sauce. The night crew at this place is worthless. Wont be returning and wouldnt recommend anyone else waste their money here.

They stuffed $27 worth of food into one bag. When I was checking to make sure everything was there they went and hid like children, so I was just waiting there since they had forgotten my items. They made me feel very uncomfortable for reviewing my order but this Taco Bell is always forgetting my items. When I got home I realized they had forgotten another item. I called and they sent me to voicemail. I tried to go in to avoid the line when I got back to the restaurant and they had locked the dining room when it’s supposed to be opened during normal dinner hours. So apparently if you visit this place late at night you can see a gentleman bring In alcohol to the employees. Wether he works there or not it seems he got in quite easily and showed off the bottle to his friends or co workers.I highly doubt any action will happen sadly but it’s more to inform others thinking of coming here late at night. It seems management doesn’t take this serious and I frankly don’t even know who to reach about this. Drinking while working is just something else. This happened at around 11:30 pm 8/6/2022 check footage ask your employees. Again this is to I form others not so much management. On top of that there eat pieces didn’t work so they stopped serving instead of taking orders by the window not sure if that’s ok but nevertheless just throwing it out there. Just wow of a moment I saw.

Employees pumping in hours but not trying to work.I pulled up at about 1am to grab some food since Im just getting home from work. I see the establishment closes at 2am and 3 employees inside. As Im pulling up to the drive thru all of a sudden I see all the employees scatter. I waited at the intercom for about 4 minutes decided to move up to the window to see if I saw anyone there. Waited another 4-5 minutes and eventually got impatient and left. Terrible service, would have appreciated communication if the establishment was closed or temporarily not taking orders in order to save my time just waiting theres

Could not get your order right for nothing. I ordered simple stuff off the menu and I guess they thought they would help but putting everything in the store on my stuff. Example I ordered a regular taco and I got a taco supreme with extra stuff and they put hot, hot sauce on it. That might be good for you but its not for me and not what I ordered and paid for.

They have big tablets so you kind of have to do a mobile order but from the lobby of the restaurant. It gives a dont ask me vibe. Anyway, i still had to find someone to take my order because I couldnt find what i wanted on the tablet. The guy who helped was really nice but the whole process took way longer than it should have.

Ive been coming to this Taco Bell every day for over 2 years. The service has been superior in every regard. The servers are polite, friendly and know what I want when I pull in the drive through. I rarely have had to wait long in a line inside or drive thru. The grounds and interior are kept clean, even when some of the patrons arent. The food is the same quality I have found at ANY Taco Bell. They have my Thanks and recommendation for good tasting food and drinks. Im sold on Crunchy Tacos, Baja Blast and Mango Brisk.

Ive been coming here for about a month now, mainly drive throughs. The food would come out like youd expect it to be ...edible, until recently (on 11/2/18 @ 8:06 to be exact). I ordered a few bean burritos in a Grande Meal but got burritos full of dried up CRUSTY BEANS! Most of the time my experience was good but not this last time. I dont know if its the Manager being cheap or the employees who just dont care. I dont want to feel like Im playing roulette when Im paying food. Last time I go to this taco junk place.

Sad they got rid of the nacho burrito! And the enchilada grande burrito. And the old $5 boxes are $6 here. This location was alright, definitely older, and the crew was nice but maybe a bit understaffed. Convenient location though. P.S. I love Mountain Dew Baja Blast, but there was something off with it here at least when I visited.

, this is the worst experience ever on Taco Bell it took me around 40 minutes to get my order right I Was told by the cashier and Sandra the manager to either go inside or go around again to the drive thru so we can cheat the clock so I had to wait for another 25 minutes in line until all the other customers start placing their order and get their order first, then is my turn again I make it to the front again and my order is not right!! Again!! I got to speak to the manager Sandra again and she said theres nothing I can do you can come in or just go around again as a customer I dont think thats they know the purpose of the timing!! so Im here park in the front of the restaurant for another 15 minutes to see if I can get my order right customer service in this place its so bad so bad they really need someone who can take care of customers the way we really deserve to get treated because were paying for our food we dont mind to wait but get treated it the right way...

Managers should train their employees how to make the dishes correctly. Every time I order a quesorito its just a regular burrito with sauce inside, they dont make it as advertised. Went through drive thru Saturday night and Sunday night. I was dissatisfied with both visits. On Saturday, I order cinnabons and they were hard and looked like they had been sitting for a long time. I also wanted to try the new chulupa and they were out. Sunday night I went back because I really want to try the new chulupa, by the time I got to my house which is a block away, the chulupa was falling apart. The shell was soggy, the end of the chulupa completely came apart and there was a big glob of sour cream placed there. The shell looked dark like it had been overcooked and had been sitting for awhile. I will never return to this taco Bell.

This place is so nasty and slow real slow. there was no one in the drive thu and they were taking there time attending us. i was there with 4 other friends we all knew what we wanted to order. the two cooks i believe her name was jessica and cant remember the others name they where so rude i asked for a little help and they just ignored us we where standing there for 30 mintues. when we finally got someone to help us the the cashier was rude aka ( maniger ) i tolled her that there in the line of service and that when as customer walks in they should be at the register. the bathrooms were duty and the service was rude and nasty and my friend said that it look like they spit in our food so i asked for another and they were like no i tolled them i wanted a new one because my friends saw one of the girls spit in it.what kind of people are they hiring now in days!!!!DO NOT GO THERE this place is nasty.
