I usually love the crunchy tacos! I ordered four tacos for me and mom,and all of the shells were cracked in several places and the meat didnt taste good! The tacos were basically unedible...that was a first for me,I may never go back,Im so disappointed.

Nice newer facility, but all the bigger tables were dirty and we had to clean our own. I told the guy who took our order and he just laughed. I ordered the Crunchwrap Supreme Combo. The taco was good, but the Crunchwrap was flavorless like they spread the meat on with a table knife. Also, no crunch.

Visiting from out of town so stopped by this Taco Bell, ordered drive-thru, and ate in the parking lot. Nacho fries were cold when we received them, and I ordered a couple Cheesy Gordita Crunches. Weirdly, the flat bread was soggy and stuck to the paper for being freshly made to order, causing the flatbread to tear or the wrapper to stick to it. And one of them was completely crushed and had like no cheesy inside. Here’s a picture of my “fresh” Cheesy Gordita Crunch after opening it.

The drive thru cashier got my order wrong both times I went back to get cheesey fiesta potatoes with no sour cream just add JALAPEÑOS well he added jalapeno sauce and got missing items on my order. And they took forever to give me my order and they are really pricey

If this was the San Juan Capistrano location it was average. The drive up cashier had no orders pending but he ignored two of us at the counter inside. No one else acknowledged us waiting there. The interior counter attendant was on her break. The other customer wanted a coffee refill but he had to buy a new coffee.Dining room was clean and condiment section was very orderly and well stocked. Unlike the Mission Viejo location this had self-service for soda and water.I presume the lackadaisical wait staff was youth and inexperience. I was there once myself

Today Thursday I went to Taco Bell at this location. It was around 3 Oclock. the two girls working in front were very very rude. very bad attitude. There was not anybody behind me. so it wasnt like they were busy or anything and there were only 3 cars for drive thru. I asked for couple of more napkins because they only gave me two with my food. They made me wait too long and my food was cold. so I wanted to get couple of napkins from the sink on the side and the girl practically yelled at me not to touch any thing. very very bad customer service. that was the last time I go there and for sure I will tell my friends too.

Bad customer service, If you dont use the drive through and there is no line inside, be ready to wait at least 20 minutes for your order, they prioritize the cars orders.Im in a hurry, I have only 30 minutes for lunch and I waisted 20 waiting for my food. The girls dont care about your time, they get paid by the hour.

The drive thru was quick especially after the new remodel. One thing I recommend is check your order before you leave to verify you have everything. I asked for hot sauce and the lady told me it had some already, it didnt! They forgot two items when they specifically said they were there. Just check everything before leaving since you did already pay for it

I have only visited this store one time. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly. They did not have the food that I wanted to order available, so they substitute the chicken with beef. I am not sure if this is really the restaurant’s fault or the Taco Bell chain as a whole, but overall I was not impressed with the food.

Went to walkup.ordered hard taco, soft taco & 2 bean & cheese burritos with hot sauce. Take the bag drive to the beach to have lunch and all I got was 2 bean burritos and 1 hard taco. No soft taco & 0 hot sauce. And people want a raise. Del Taco across the street has better service and bang for the money

Its Taco Bell, folks. Wherever you go, you pretty much know what youre going to get. If you have never been to the Bell, well, this isnt the Real Deal. Sorry. Its late night, need a quick taco, they have a good deal, its filling kind of a place. The one here in SJC has always gotten my order right, have been polite, and dont stint on the salsa. Ask for the breakfast salsa. I like it best. I stop periodically and get a $5 box when Im in a hurry or too lazy to cook. Also, I enjoy the $1 Happy Hour drinks. A good, standard fast food place to eat.

The facility was very dirty and the staff was rude. They were arguing with the homeless people that were blocking the front door and causing havoc inside. The food was made fast and careless. My chalupa was just lettuce and cheese. What happened to the meat. Everything was a bad experience at this location. Stay away its not good and doesnt feel safe.

When I pulled up to the drive thru I asked if they had the chalupa box. I have not been to taco bell in a while so I was not familiar with the menu or what was new. The drive thru cashier just asked what kind of drink I wanted with it. So I guess that answered my question. When I pulled up to pay the food was just handed to me without even a thank you. There is no reason to make the daunting left turn to the Del Taco across the street when you can make a simple right just as you get off the I5 freeway. Ordering and Receiving was a breeze at this particular establishment due to the fine staff that I hope you will encounter as well. Not a single taco or burrito was missing from my rather large inquiry. The restroom was also welcoming, especially for travelers from over yonder. I will always remember this place as the bringer of dreams for the munchiest of munchies.

I ordered food for my family, like 6 meals, and somehow an accident was made and we didnt get 1 Mexican pizza combo. I called to let the store know a mistake had been made, and the girl said no problem. What is your name and I told her, and she said the next time you come in just tell them what happened and that there will be a note for the other mrgs.Just now I went to taco bell, but before I did, I called twice and the phone rang a bunch of times and no one answered, so I went to the store.After several people talking to me, an employee named Luz talked to me.
