My mom and I went here over the weekend. All the food was freshly made and very hot, really awesome! The employee that helped us in the drive thru was extremely courteous I wish I got his name to give him the credit for that! The store was clean and well maintained keep it up you all are all stars working there!

I love Taco Bell but not the one on 644 E Alisal Salinas. I was there at 1:14pm on 2/13/14. They got my order wrong. I asked them to exchange the untouched items. They would not. I asked if I can make another purchase. They ignored me. When I told my friends about this, they all said they had bad experiences there also.

I came on Wednesday July 29th at 10’ o’clock. I didn’t get the name of the workers, but give them a raise. That food was amazing. Hot, fresh, and out quick.

Its a great place to go and eat if your ever hungry for tacos. The food is great and the employee are amazing. The only problem is that it is a small place so good luck finding a seat on a packed day. 4/5, would totally recommend.

I went to ask for nacho fries the drive thru person told me he didn’t know what i was talking about and that they did not have anything like that. I described that it was the fries with nacho seasoning and cheese dip sauce and he said no. Just terrible.

This Taco Bell seriously needs to be reported to corporate. The people who work here fortunately get a chance to work, yet feel entitled enough to be rude to every damn customer. They have no manners, no respect, and even the manager Lupita never apologizes for her actions. They ask you to bring back your entire order if youre missing things and never give you the benefit of the doubt. The attitude and eye rolling makes you feel uncomfortable. I am never going back to this place again. They deserve no stars but thats none of my business.

When Im in the mood for taco bell i come to this one only because if you use the drive thru they are faster than the others. I recently came here and ate in. Customer service was ok, but the restaurant was not kept up. Tables, chairs, floor ect... werent kept up and very dirty with food. I dont think I will be eating in again here.

I love this place, fast and great service, friendly employees. Restaurant maintenance is amazing, super clean every time I go in. Restaurant temperature is great, with outside weather conditions. Overall awesome 10/10 -- 5 starts.

It has been brought to my attention that ANDREA NAVARRO has written a couple of bad reviews one of them stating a manager called Lupita. It’s me the one she’s taking about cause I’ve been the only manager with that name... HOWEVER, I haven’t worked there in over a year because I moved cities due to school. If Andrea wants to leave negative reviews I suggest her get the real manager’s name and if she’s SOOOO upset her experiences then to simply stop going to that location.

Ovwrall food was decent but 3 stars because the bean burrito with sour cream was a pathetic joke. It was smaller then the $1 beef burrito, had dried beans, a tiny spot of sour cream, and the tortilla was wrapped over itself several times. It was almost all tortilla.

First visit inside, dirty tables no counter help, no communication...1 employee jumped on counter to change the menus above, didnt wipe counter just jumped off...they must not get paid enough to grab a ladder...the 1 star is cuz red red wine was playing on radio...owner just look at cameras you have to see employee jump on counter, simple as that...

I ordered two nacho cheese DLT the basic ones and your usually given the amount your going to pay at the speaker before pulling up to the window I was surprised I wasn’t told the about before driving up to the window I was in shock that these tacos had gone up in price . Can’t believe for two tacos your paying $4.35 I will not be purchasing anything from any Taco Bell from now on might as well buy your self a bag of Doritos and make a chimichanga with beef and some other ingredients and get that nacho cheese taste .

I would rate 0 stars if I could I had a horrible experience here they messed up my order I asked to fix they did (not happily gave me attitude and rude faces) the manager Lupita so she claimed instead of handing me bag and saying thank you tossed it at me like I was a animal and had a rude look on face she just said Here I was very upset when I asked for manager number she said I am the manager then I asked for who is above her she ignored me for about 12 minutes and gave me number to store claiming was her superiors number she should not be manager so unprofessional and Ill never go here again to me customer service is very important who likes to be treated like trash I sure dont .

Big disappointment. Taco Supreme Combo had barely any meat. Lots of lettuce and the sour cream that was ordered was missing and the cheese on the top was close to nothing. More a Taco with lettuce.
