Called multiple times and no one answered the phone, but when I arrived at the premises no one was in the shop and they were cleaning the store and didn't want to take my order. Once I got them to actually take my order, 10 min before closing, they totally got it wrong and when I asked the clerks name she wouldn't give it to me and a man jumped in and stated that he was management but wouldn't give me his name either because I expressed I would be posting a negative review due to all the aforementioned issues. The “so called Manager” basically prevented me from obtaining any information about them or an appropriate way to resolve my concerns and unfortunately I will not be going to this place again as a result of this experience. (This is unfortunate because I had been a very consistent patron of this establishment and was blown away by the attitude and lack of desire to actually do business.) [All of this occurred the evening of 11/24/2021, just in case real management wants to determine who was actually on duty and was responsible for unfortunately loosing long term patrons of their business!!!]

DONT EAT HERE! GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSES LEFTOVER FOOD CONSISTENTLY. Ive been here about 4 times because I doubted myself. The first time the food was excellent. Then the second time and afterward they started giving me what looked and definitely was leftover food from someone elses plate about 3 different times. Not sure if Im just imagining them having something against me (Im a White female) but my 2 guy friends food was fresh and delicious every time but mine was definitely nasty. I gave them the benefit of the doubt.. The second visit was a considerably smaller portion on a small plate with reheated leftover pieces of chicken with limp yellow lettuce that looked partly chewed. The third time I went with something different: carne asada tacos. The meat was hard and almost burnt, the tortillas were hard and looked reheated, the rice was soggy and broken, and the beans were oily and mushy. This last time (just to test it out) there was reheated hard sliced chicken again with some green pieces of lettuce and brown lettuce on the bottom but mixed in. I ate a little of the good pieces because I was imagining things and vomited a while later. DEFINITELY CONFIRMED THEY MESS WITH YOUR FOOD. Listen to yourself if it doesnt feel right. Good atmosphere, wish it matched the experience and their values.

Its got some problems, but many positives:For $9 you get a very nice sized portion, 32oz is more than enough food for most people. For about $12 you can get soup with it, and bread is included no matter what. Overall, i got more than enough food for a family of 4, with dessert, for less than $35. For eating out, thats hard to beat.Salad bar has all the standard options, several leafy green options available, more than just iceberge and spinach. One problem i ran into is that one bowl had some pieces that were clearly wilting. The bowl wasnt overrun with it, i could see it being easy to miss if youre just filling up the bowl, but as a customer who enjoys that kind of leafy green, i definitely ran into it. Aside from that, the leafy greens were all firm, as they should be, i was easily able to avoid any unwanted pieces.You can also make a nice pasta salad. Now, the spiral pasta looked a bit soft, and i prefer pasta thats a bit more firm, al dente.There were several premade pastas and potatoe salad. Unfortunately they all were made with dressing that was heavy on the vinegar. I like a good vinegar and oil dressing, but, the vinegar was just too heavy for me. Now, i was able to correct it with the addition of other dressings, like Italian. And, because of that, it was pretty easy making my own creations off of what they started, adding in items from the rest of the salad bar.The rest of the items, i didnt see any issues with. Large sneeze guard, too, if youre worried about that. Further, i saw very few items in the wrong location. Given its a salad bar, i definitely expected to see more items spilled on the side, but i saw almost nothing out of place.Finally, seating, as others have expressed, can feel a bit claustrophobic. Many of the tables are very close to each other. But, i had take out, so i didnt really care.So, with limited salad bar options in the area, this place offers a nice selection in a decently kept environment with good portion sizes for a price thats right.

This is by far the worst papa murphys I've been to. The staff seriously is awful. It's a bunch of teenagers that have no people skills whatsoever. The first time I went, there were 3 teens behind the counter swearing up a storm. (I don't have a perfect mouth, but know where it's appropriate). They didn't greet me, they acted like I wasn't there and kept talking. They were out of 2 of the toppings we wanted. We decided to try it again because I love papa murphys but we won't be back. The second time, another teenager with absolutely no communication skills. I couldn't hear a word she was saying and was unfriendly. I ordered 4 pizzas online and had a pick up time for 3 hours later and got there on time, they had not even starting making the first pizza. This really was irritating because I drive 25 minutes to come here and I tipped well online.

I would rate 0 stars if I could I had a horrible experience here they messed up my order I asked to fix they did (not happily gave me attitude and rude faces) the manager Lupita so she claimed instead of handing me bag and saying thank you tossed it at me like I was a animal and had a rude look on face she just said Here I was very upset when I asked for manager number she said I am the manager then I asked for who is above her she ignored me for about 12 minutes and gave me number to store claiming was her superiors number she should not be manager so unprofessional and Ill never go here again to me customer service is very important who likes to be treated like trash I sure dont .

Decided to take a chance on BurgerIM since I had never had food from the place before. I ordered online since it's the most sensible option, especially considering our current circumstances. I choose a pick up time for 11:45am and that was pushed back to 12 by the system. No problem. I specified that I'd like store pick up and called a couple times before completing my order to see if that was actually possible and no one answered the phone. As instructed by the order system, I put in the special notes that I'd like curbside pick up. I arrive at the location at 11:58 am and then call the number at 12 noon so that I could again check on curbside pick up. Again, no answer. I send my girlfriend in to pick up the food and the staff knew nothing about my order, she stood around for 15-20 minutes, until finally someone from the kitchen comes out exclaiming “Aquontis!”. Seemed that had finally figured out there was indeed an order, they just had forgotten about it. We get home (4 minutes away from the location) with the food and it's cold, like it's been sitting around for quite some time. Reluctantly, we partake and it was nothing to brag about. I was left with a stomach ache for nothing short of 4 hours and my lady threw up everything she ate and spent the last few days curled up in bed unable to keep anything down. I know that we are enduring very trying times and I try to give companies much more thought and consideration, but unfortunately, I don't believe I will be back to visit the establishment for a long while. This is a very small restaurant. My experience started off on the wrong foot. You should know they dont have restrooms for customers. No music. No water. Only bottled Costco water for $2.50 each. Table service happens after you order at the counter. The person who rang me up brought the food to the table and checked in on me regularly. The floors, windows, and tables were clean. The windows are lined with bright multicolor neon lights.I ordered spring rolls, panang curry, a side of rice and a water for $30 (20231019). The pandemic and inflation have me all messed up on value for eating out but it felt expensive to me.So how was the food?The spring rolls were good. Not standout great but certainly good, stuffed with fresh, crisp ingredients. The generous serving of peanut sauce in a plastic container on the side was better than others Ive had with fresh crushed peanuts on top.The panang curry with chicken was pretty tasty. I got level 3 spice and it was just enough to kick it up a notch but not overpowering. I probably could have gone with a 4 but didnt want to risk it. The curry sauce was the perfect consistency, not too thick, not too runny. The chicken meat was great, no gristle and tender. The veggies were good, not soggy. So the food basically counteracts the atmosphere. In other words, get it to go.

Want to enjoy the quiet serenity of the outskirts of town, knee deep in packing companies and away from the hustle and bustle of busy streets and fast food ‘diarrhetics?' Make the drive to the boondocks of Salinas and enjoy a friendly experience with similar minded locals. Keep in mind, this brewery may as well be a speakeasy since it's hidden so well. Listen to your GPS and look for the sign.If you've ever had Alvarado beer, then there's nothing else I can say to impress upon you to have another. It's that damn good. From hoppy drenched IPA's to beer smoothies/pastry sours to incredible stouts and everything in between. Their restrooms feature the best beer feng shui decorating, featuring the same design as their much beloved Mai Tai PA. The beertenders are always cool AF and friendly. And while the brewery keeps growing, there's still quite a bit of space for good occupancy. For those curious, there's a good amount of swag to choose from should you want to take home some merchandise, as well as to go beer. Food trucks are available most evenings around dinner time.

This place is always a great place to have a sit down with the family and enjoy some great pizza. The owner is very inviting and gets to know you if you are a regular.. obviously I am a regular! Generous portions as a pepperoni pizza will have cheese then pepperoni followed by and extra layer of cheese on top! Thanks Moon for always welcoming us and making us feel like a part of your family!

El Canaston is tucked away at the side entrance of the food court in the mall and we didn't have high expectations since it's a mall food court restaurant. This place turned out to be such a pleasant surprise! The Turkish-Mexican fusion was so amazing! And the Turkish and Mexican employees were very sweet! We're Latinos and weren't sure how the food would taste but my goodness we were blown away. My Mexican wife (El Paso native) took a mental trip back to her hometown as she bit into the Chicharron Burrito. I was skeptical so I tried it and sure enough, it was bomb! I had the Huarache with Tinga (chicken) and was quite content. It was my first time having Nopal and now I will forever compare this experience with any other. My wife, who's eaten it plenty of times before, also said it was really good. We recommend both plates! The desserts perfectly completed the Turkish-Mexican cuisine fusion experience! If y'all are looking are looking for great food and awesome employees, check this place out!
