I ordered using the App, I recd updates about order recd, being made and ready for puck up. Store was very clean, order was exactly how we ordered. And staff were welcoming and attentive to my presence and well done performance by the Team on duty. Food was hot, good portions, and tasted great. ENCHIRITO WAS AWESOME

My first time coming to this location and parking is not the best. The parking lot is in the back of the building, so you have to walk all the way to the front to enter.You can park on the street in the front of the building but be careful of passing vehicles.I came just before noon, so the lobby had plenty of seating. I received my food pretty quickly. Everything tasted fresh. More meat on the tacos would have made the food better.I enjoyed my lunch here.

This Bell is great! Always clean. People are always smiling. I have always received exact what I ordered. They have always been very quick with my order. They hose off the drive- through in the morning and take care of their landscaping. Only good things to say!

Even though is not authentic, they have some pretty good items on the menu and for $10.70 I can get a full meal that isnt just a plain burger. Fast food has gotten so tired and tasteless that people would rather flock to a taco truck even if it costs more. Why? Because the trucks offer tasty condiments like lemon and home made salsas while fast food charges for theirs.But what makes it really tiring is the back assword way the attendants act.. They dont understand that the money corporate spends to bring people in with advertising, and specials only does so much. Its up to the attendants to provide a pleasant experiance, that keeps the customers coming back. Unfortunately youngsters dont even know how to treat people respectfully and they can care less if a customer never comes back. So that owners investment gets wasted all because the employees dont understand why and what their jobs are. If you worked for me and treated a customer badly guess who would be kicking rocks.. If all customers leave whos gonna pay the bills, how do you get paid? Some people get it, others go through life trying to figure it out. Jus sayin my 2 pennies.

I noticed that the mexican pizza was sold out when I was going to make my order which I knew was a possibility. When I get to the window I decide to ask the lady if she had any clue when they will be back in stock. She said no their discontinued which left me so confused. I said but you just put it back on the menu. She said yes but it sold out and is discontinued. I was tired so I just said okay and drove off with my two supreme tacos. I got home researched what was going on with the mexican pizza and after I confirmed they are just sold out until further notice I started eating my tacos. Half way through my first one I realized I havent gotten any sour cream yet. I think whatever maybe the second one will be made correctly and nope no sour cream.

I’m tired of ordering from this taco bell in specific. They never do anything right when preparing orders. There was nothing on my recent order that was correct, besides the drinks.There were multiple hairs in our food, everything was pretty much inedible due to that. If you’re going to get something to eat, I recommend going somewhere else.

Leaving this review seems so silly to me but I just had the funniest most ridiculous experience.I come here often and NEVER had an issue with getting an extra sauce packet. I ordered 2 Gordita Crunchs the man at the windows hands me my food and I see 2 sauce packets. Great but id like at least one more. So I kindly asked for another one he immediately in a rude manner says sorry no, only one per order. I thought he was joking.. I offered to pay for it at that point and he says no. So I said ok so Ill purchase a taco if it means Ill get more sauce and he says okay. I proceed to express how ridiculous it is that he is making me pay for a whole taco for just ONE sauce packet and he goes on to say I dont care what you think . At this point I am appalled at the way he is speaking to me so I ask for the manager he says he is the manager and I say okay what about your district manager and he says he is. LOL. At this point it isnt the sauce that upsets me its the fact that this mans demeanor was extremely unpleasant and entitled. For someone who is suppose to ensure district-wide customer satisfaction, he failed and that was absolutely not the way to handle this situation, over ONE packet of sauce. Apparently he (GUILLERMO) and (JAVIER) are both district managers but neither seem to be worthy of the position if they cannot understand and or practice the importance of customer satisfaction after all it is an important element of business strategy.So, therefore I will never return to this location.

Which I thought that was stupid. I went back and asked if I can speak to the manager and he responded with “they were out of order” restrooms did not have an out of order sign or anything. The food here is hit and miss. Some times its good, but most its either a little soggy, the oil is off making the food with a bad taste (cinnamon twists tasted like metal in my mouth 👄). But the staff sure has gotten friendlier over the years, or maybe its just me? This 🌮 Taco Bell is still home to me. Been coming here since I was 4 years old (over 40 years). Good or bad, it still tastes like comfort food to me, and Ill take that ❤️ anyday.

The food was good, Taco Bell quality. The cashier doesnt know what Baja Sauce is so I didnt get it. Aside from that everything was great, I got home and felt a storm brewing in my gut. I had work early in the morning and spent the first hour of my shift with the Taco Bell mud butt. Classic.

I always love Taco Bell But the other day I went to order my favorite thing 3 chicken soft tacos and I was told they dont have them anymore, bummed out I ordered 5 beef soft tacos and a chicken quesadilla. So they didnt stop carrying chicken they must have just stopped Chicken Soft Tacos. But thats OK I bought their meat seasoning and ill make my own at home for freeeee!

My husband and I had a VERY lackluster & frustrating experience yesterday. He was almost short changed $10 at the drive thru register, he asked for 8 sauces to cover Buritio Supreme, Bean Burito, and 2 Tacos. When he returned home we saw that we were only given 4. My Burito was awful, the tortilla was grilled -not soft, it was full of too many onions and it almost immediately started leaking and fell apart despite being hard from the over grilling. My husbands burito was also too oniony, neither of us was very happy and its a shame as he drove there specially to get us lunch. I will call there to tell the manager and just may not go there anymore.

Just as I remember. I had not been to Taco Bell for years. Back then I would go there two to three times a week. Mainly to get Chalupas for my neighbor who was in the last stages of cancer. It was the only thing we could get her to eat during the last couple of months of her life. I decided to try them and I was hooked 😌 She passed away then I moved and was no longer in a neighborhood with a Taco Bell. Today while running some errands I drove by one and on impulse decided to drive thru. YUM - So glad I did.

I go for the usual taco bell fare and its drive thru. Theres usually only 2 or 3 cars in the line, so you get through fast and I have yet to see them mess up my order. I havent been inside so I couldnt tell you how it looks inside.

The newest Taco Bell in Oxnard and by far much cleaner and newer than the Taco Bell on Johnson in Ventura. The staff is friendly, clean, and fairy generous with their servings. The dining room is clean and the decor inside is modern. The dining room is a little small with only seven or eight tables inside. You do need to get buzzed in to use the restroom.

I am big on their happy hour menu. $1 freezes between 3-5 pm is something on my regular. Sometimes grab a few mini quesadillas for under $2 as well. I take them home to spike them. This is how you live on a budget but feel so rich.My favorite combo is Strawberry Freeze with Malibu Rum. Malibu Rum isnt sold there.

Fast and economical.The location is easy to find but it can be a challenge to access, depending on which direction youre going.If you need to get your taco-fix and head North or West, dont forget, you can turn LEFT coming out of the parking-lot and go thru an alley behind BofA to access those directions.

EDIT:They have disgraced the double chalupa.I ordered a double chalupa, I ordered 3 of them actually because Im a huge fan of the chalupa so I thought hey, double is better.WRONG! I went through the drive thru near lunch time and the wait wasnt long at all. I would say the biggest inconvenience is the location. Its not right off the street, you have to turn in from the main street and then youll be on a smaller street before you then turn in again to get to Taco Bell.The whole location isnt the biggest inconvenience. If youre determined to go to Taco Bell like I was, by all means it wont stop you but if youre just passing by its easy to see Taco Bell and then be like wait.. where do I turn for this?
