KFC never disappoints, and goes really well with a Baja blast from taco bell. I love having the two stores menus combined in one building with one set of employees! Looks like theyre pretty understaffed because no one was paying attention to the front counter, but other than that excellent service. Nice people.

We had Taco Bell and it was pretty good. Still not very consistant with the cheese roll up but ask the to toast it longer and it usually come out melty goodnessy. The Fiesta burrito and Chipotle chicken burrito from the Cravens menu is the business! Deff a fav. Item.

I seldom go to this Taco Bell as they are more expensive than the others I have been to. First, the staff is always extremely nice. The problem is that I feel they scam on with posted deals. They have a sign that states 2 for $10 if you buy a Famous bowl, Popeye... when I got to the front, I was told that you have to state the deal. Never heard that before. They gave me my money back but I wonder how many people in this low-income neighbor are they conning with an obvious bait and switch. This is not cool or acceptable!

We were very loyal customers here, coming once a week for a long time.We have been friendly to this sloppy, slovenly staff despite frequent errors & omissions in our orders.Then a frustrated employee got angry with me & told me to leave & not come back. I usually dont like to give reviews but this is the second time I order the 3 crunchy regular tacos and they charge me for the supreme. This time I told them I didnt want supreme tacos and they still charged me for supreme and the guy that was there was gonna give m regular tacos without giving me a receipt. I had to asked for my receipt an thats how I noticed he charged me for supreme and he didnt say anything. If it wasnt because I asked for my receipt they wouldnt of reimbursed me the difference. Bad service. I will never go back

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCE IN MY WHOLE LIFE! It was a couple nights ago.. They are rude, I had a large order, one which was 8 crunch wrap supremes which after paying they tell me they don’t have them.. and politely asked if we wanted something similar we said sure! they replaced it with a 2 dollar wrap which was od, I had payed way more than what I got.. I’ve asked for a refund and if they could charge me for the wraps instead.. the employee wasn’t understanding our complain. We asked for the Manager, as if she was going to be even nicer!! SHE RUDELY offered me cookies to make up the replacements. If you guys only knew how rude it was. We denied. We just wanted a new receipt and a refund to pay for the wrap cause the bill for the supreme was expensive. After seeing us frustrated. They asked for the food back and said they will refund it and after saying i was going to pay for the new wraps, they threw it away in front of my face.. meanest attitude ever! I told the manager why did you guys do that? She said “I refunded your order and threw the food. I offered you cookies but you didn’t want them, you can go now” slamming the window and locking it. Just rude and unprofessional restaurant. I’ve been coming there for years and familiar to the works at night.. they suck! never had this happen before, I would give this Taco Bell a 0 star if I can.

I swing by after work sometimes, so its late, 10:30ish. Last couple times I didnt order anything at all because I just wanted the veggie Mexican Pizza and they were out. Not sure if thats just always or I go too late?Review is for the late shift staff...they are AWESOME. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Seems like they might be understaffed but even when things take longer they make chitchat, smile, just super sweet patient people.

This KFC/Tacobell is the worst. I stood at the counter for at least five minutes. Before the Mgr walked by and said someone would be with me. The cashier was unfriendly and didnt even say hi. This is for restaurant # C191027 at 8330 paradise valley I won’t say no names but the lady who took my order was not about customer service how ever Maritza heard and saw what was happening and took over and showed how important customer service is to her. She step in and took care of my order with grace and pride for the Taco Bell company. She is a winner and definitely deserve recognition. Thank you Maritza. I don’t know about anyone else but I take extreme caution to who ever is making my food. Some of these employees don’t care because to them it’s fast food and just a check but I would like to thank the young lady Maritza for her leadership skills. Worst location in San Diego!! Drive thru always takes forever even if theyre not busy. Miss sauces even though reminded multiple times. Orders made incorrectly and poorly. Got a chalupa with meat in only half of the tortilla. Suggest going to the Lemon Grove location instead of this one!

Actually it a combined fast food location with KFC/ Taco Bell. Which I normally order a 3 pc. or 4 pc. chicken combo and a bean & cheese burrito (just in case the chicken combo isnt quite so filling). But it is convenient and you get a broader selection of American-Mexican fast-food.The service can sometimes be slow, but thats probably due to a high turnover, because Im always see new faces working the cash register. Overall it is convenient and close to home.

We ordered 3 bean and cheese burritos, one black bean chalupa and a veggie fiesta burrito. I came here after ordering online. I initially ordered the specialty side of cheese potatoes with sour cream thats $1.89 no taxes added yet. I wanted to upsize it, so I checked the option for more potatoes which is 80 cent plus I wanted extra cheese beef and beans..which brought the total to around $4.50+. Ive ordered this from other taco bells prior and never had an issue. I wish I could show you what I received. The extra potatoes alone should have offered a bigger tray, than the little side dish that was given. No only am I offended, I paid extra to throw something in the trash. Its taco bell. Its a busy location and nothing bad about the place. This is considered Mexican Food by a lot of people, but this is San Diego and thats like going to Little Caesars in Italy. I do come here maybe once a year because I do like it every once in a while. 🤷‍♂️

I definitely will NOT be coming here again! The employees are very rude. They messed up on my order and gave me so much attitude when I had to come back. I wasn’t even upset about having to come back. I was more upset about having to argue with the employee who served me what 4+4 equals!? 4+4 does not equal 6! I ordered 4 regular tacos and 4 Dorito shell tacos. I only got 6 tacos in total when I paid for 8! When I went back the woman kept telling me I was wrong and the order was correct. We both were looking at the receipt but having to explain to her that my order should have 8 tacos in total and not 6 was very frustrating!

We paid ebt, Food Stamps, because we live in Motorhome with no stove to cook, even though thats no ones business. Ordered a few items from drive thru and got my order wrong and had to drive back through the drive thru to correct it and staff was nice about it. However, once I got home I saw on my bank account that I got charged twice for my order and tried calling the restaurant to fix the problem but no one answered. Not happy and wont be returning again. Staff need to check orders before charging and giving to the customer to avoid these mistakes.

This is a kfc/Taco Bell restaurant. I have only ordered from the Taco Bell menu so this review is only about Taco Bell. Unfortunately, this is the closest one to me so this is where I go. Rarely has my order been done correctly. It seems like there is always some sort of problem whether it’s missing food or wrong order there is always a problem. I just came from there tonight and ordered some potato soft tacos. These potato’s are so hard I can’t even chew Them. Having them replace my order isn’t even worth it because the food will be the same. Terrible. I’m not sure why but it feels like the workers have just given up at the restaurant. Service, food, and workers are all just terrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

I love that its a combination of KFC and Taco Bell. They remolded this place so the inside is very chic and comfortable for dine-in. The employees are super nice and polite. Service is pretty fast except during the busy hours. If ordering thru the drive thru, or even inside, check your bag before leaving. Ive had this place forget cookies in my fill up box or put the wrong type of burrito in my bag multiple times. They are quick to fix mistakes and polite about it. Have eaten here for years and will continue to eat here.

Seems like they wont make money on it so they use theparticipating locations clause in the franchise agreement to get out of it. The worst KFC franchise in the Spring Valley area! I go for the convenience but I regret it on every visit. Drive-thru service is horrible! Better training is desperately needed. The order is wrong on every visit - which can be avoided if the server would just repeat the order back to the guest to confirm and concur. It is so frustrating to drive home and see that your orders are incorrect or something was missing. The worst customer service ever. Taco Bell should terminate its partnership. This Spring Valley KFC should be closed down and replaced with a better fast food restaurant.
