Food was great! But we were literally the first people in the store in the morning and it was gross! There was food everywhere on the ground and tables, the bathroom looked like a bomb went off and the person who was supposed to take our order told us to go to the kiosk instead of helping us. BUT as I said. The food was well made.

Drive-thru. Food was hot. Watched the breakfast burritos get pressed. Quick service. Polite and professional. A little surprised at just how good the experience was as my typical experience with the Bell is not great. This however was stellar. Im only taking a star off because the burritos were not very good. Not terrible, just had a strange taste to the flavor that I didnt enjoy. However, I think thats more of an anomaly IF you typically like Taco Bell offerings and generally speaking I do. I just dont order breakfast here and probably wont in the future but that aside, good trip the Taco Bell this morning. Pictures are a Cheesy Toasted Sausage Burrito and a Grande Toasted Burrito, Steak.

Recently the food has been cold! They really need to warm up the food. Their food used to taste much better because they actually took the time to at least serve the food warm. Now they don’t seem to care anymore. Quality has gone down despite them getting a raise. Shame! Don’t eat here, go somewhere else!

It’s a Dollar Tree so nothing spectacular but the staff are nice and the store, as always, has cheap options since I travel a lot for work it’s one of the best places to get my tooth paste, spade, and a few snacks and so on. Overall 4/5

I know its a Taco Bell and not a gourmet restaurant but LITERALLY every order is missing items or completely wrong. Due to proximity I have sadly visited this place about 6 times. Always some mistake. Todays dilemma is a missing Chalupa & this giant piece of lettuce in my burrito that I specifically ordered with NO lettuce.

Hello, everyone. This evening I went here to Taco Bell, next to the old K~Mart and ordered my food inside with the MANAGER that took my order and about four others as well behind me. Well, here I go with my review. He was Polite, but the only thing that did bother me was he was taking cash, and I paid cash and saw the other customers behind pay cash to and give us all our change. Remember, money is the Dirtiest thing on this earth. Well he didn’t even change his gloves and was making our food for the customer’s today with dirty gloves very disgusting moved. So when my food was ready I had told him please I do not want that I would like you to make my food all over again due to the reason above. Be very cautious when you go to Taco Bell next to the old K~Mart hygiene is not At their best.

Drive through is fast but not precise, and ironically the dine in is slow but also not precise. Food is great but managers get pretty annoyed easily so be prepared for a mental breakdown. Also I ordered a grilled burrito on drive through and got a bunch of char on and in my burrito.

Cashier and workers, Both seem like they were going to commit suicide. Food was normal and hit the spot but also the lights in the store kept going out on us. It was freezing inside the dining room on a very rainy day. Definitely didnt feel welcomed inside the store, but luckily its Taco Bell and it still tastes good.

This Taco Bell is the closet to our home. Its also one we like going to as our order is always prepared in a timely manner. The employees here are very friendly and patient when you are ordering food. The drive thur moves at a good pace. On weekends its a little slower then usual.

The employees are super friendly but I hate that they never stuff the food. Anthony on drive through is always rude AF. He literally tells you the amount, hands you change (the wrong change at times) and hands you your food. If you ask a question, he gets annoyed. I cannot recall ever having a good experience at this location. First off, this location ALWAYS seems to close early. Ive visited several times, sometimes a couple HOURS or so before closing time, but have been disappointed numerous times. Tonight I went through the Drive-Thru a little after 10 p.m. & they were already closed. (Their hours say they close at 1 a.m. & there were 4 or 5 cars lined up behind me). That aside, the customer service is always severely lacking. From now on, if Im really craving Taco Bell, I will drive across town to another location rather than return to this one.

Apparently, we pay an upcharge for the whole California minimum wage standard and the prices on their app and mobile site are incorrect.The least I expect is having good quality fast food if Im paying the price for it. I wont say that Taco Bell is a culinary marvel, but it has a purpose and serves it well. For a place like this the start rating has to do more with consistency. Taco Bell, like many other fast food places is cheap and convenient with decent food. 5 stars because the restaurant was clean and the service was good, and the food quality was consistent with what is expected.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is perfect, and sometimes you get an entire order that is not good. Last time we went, the cheesy roll-ups were filled with unmelted cheese (which my 4 year old cried about), the chalupas were cold and soggy, and my mango iced tea tasted like water. The time before that, everything was perfect.

This Taco Bell location consistently turns off all of the outside lights for the restaurant by 11 pm during the week. The sign on the street is turned off, the menu light is turned off and the name of the restaurant is turned off. The first time I went through the drive-thru, before 11:30 pm, I noticed that all of the lights were off and I had trouble reading the menu because it was so dark (there were no backlights on the menu) so I mentioned it to the cashier when I paid for my order and I was scoffed at by the cashier. It was an unpleasant experience but I decided to give them another try and again, the next time I went before 11:30 pm, all lights, signs and any indication they were open were turned off. It seems like its more important to the night staff to intentionally drive customers away than to generate revenue and business for Taco Bell. Very disappointing management in the night staff.

This place is just fine for what youre expecting... cheap food that tastes pretty good. But the inside is always dirty. And the drive thru during any sort of busy hours always slows down to a ridiculous crawl. Dont bother trying to stop here to grab some food real quick for either lunch or dinner from there. One visit theyre out of ALL cups except small cups and wouldnt provide any compensation for drink size difference. Taco Bell on the corner of Valencia and Bouquet Canyon is a good Taco Bell. Ive been to many different Taco Bells and this one is as good as any Ive been to. They have a drive thru or you can go inside and eat. Any time Ive been inside it has been clean and easy to get around. If you like Taco Bell this one will not disappoint you
