Taco Bell in El Cajon

The night crew sucks! Ill share pics here!Day crew is clean and makes food better. Night crew no hair net for this guy. The pictures dont show how dirty it really is. In person it was so bad I couldnt believe food was being made here. Even the dining area! Full of dirt and meth heads. This is a nice neighborhood. At night this taco bell looks like a trap house!

From entering to leaving the staff was very friendly and helpful. What is better is that this is the first time I have had good T-Bell in SD. I moved here in 2021 and finally had a hot, crispy, thiiick, well built Crunch Wrap Supreme with fresh tomatoes and lettuce. I don’t always eat fast food, so I have only been to about 5 TBells (since I moved here) This is the first location that has left me wanting Tbell again.

Taco itself is nice and crunchy, sadly barely has any meat inside and the cheese is not that good (Id give it a 2/10).The small amount of meat is actually really good so if theyd increase it in the future Id definitely recommend & start going more often.

You have many choices of Taco Bell in San Diego county and this is the worst one. They told me they couldnt refund my order that was missing $7 worth of items and that I had to make a complaint on the App and they never responded. This sure basically steals and refuses responsibility.

So disgusted by the way the workers attitudes are. I went thru the drive thru and I ordered and all I kept hearing was “yup” “aiight” and other ghetto slang. Since when did they hire ghetto ppl? Since when did it become so hard for ppl to answer politely or with manners??

I hope this location gets replaced with robots! Stand at counter waiting for someone to help me because the staff is non-existent and when the girl finally shows up her response is did you want to order NO IM STANDING HERE FOR MY HEALTH! You need to be fired!

Ordered a crunch wrap and got this with no meat on the bottom. Only had the nacho cheese and toppings. This was after having to wait and being told to go inside because the drive thru wasnt functioning.

First, you can only order from a kiosk, no window service unless you drive up. Weird smell in the dining room. Crunchy tacos combo was good. Service a little awkward. They may need to get a service bell since everyone is prepping food or at the drive up window.

Its Taco Bell, and the location was clean and pretty fast. The ordering kiosk is fine, however impersonal, but pretty well done. Im still old enough to say I spent more of my life without a cell phone than with one but not by much, and I breezed through the ordering on the kiosk the first try.
