Food was good. Usually tacos come with cilantro and this doesnt, which prompted my wife to try.Only issue is the service speed, where the counter staff suddenly disappears to help out with preparing the food.

I love Taco Bell but it seems they dont love us back.The Food that was served (Did not🚫) look like the picture! Less beans 😔 less lettuce 🥬 less cheese 🧀 the 1 scoop of meat was half a scoop swamped with beans. I paid $5.14 for a burrito supreme when the veggie burrito has more product in them for 2.50 🤧.Sad, false advertising.TacoBell need to change the pictures on their menu to the real portionsBack in the 90s everything was filled up and lower price.

I presented my active duty military ID card to Kevin R whom was the cashier at the drive thru at 1152 hrs on 9/29/2023 and asked if I could have a military discount. He told me that his location doesnt give military discount, but I received a military discount 4 days ago at this same location. Not sure if he didnt feel like applying it.

The location is convenient but its a pretty transitory spot so we prefer to drive thru at this one. Honestly, most Taco Bells are in somewhat transitory spots so drive thru is really always our preference. The employees are nice and the food is consistently good.

This is the worst Taco we have ever visited.0 star for service. They made us to wait like 40 mins and then said sorry we are closed and will take another 15 mins to get our order done and will be able to serve only half of order. We had to leave from there without food at 10:10 pm and had to look for another option. Very frustrating. This is Horrible service.People who are traveling along I-5, please be careful before stopping by here. It’s convenient but the service is 0 stars.

Service is always good here. They must do a good job of training their employees. Busy little parking lot in front of a car wash - be careful pulling in and out. People fly down that street. . I sure wish Taco Bell had fries though.Very close to LEGO Land, the Flower Fields, and the Carlsbad Outlets.

Went to this location at 10pm and pulled into the drive thru that had multiple cars in its que. After waiting 5 minutes to order the employee informed us that they were only accepting online orders even through the drive through and only offered pick up for online purchases. Additionally dinning in was close so you could not walk in and order. I don’t know if this is standard practice but beware of this location and it’s bs. I would be so upset but had a friend visiting from the UK for the first time and this was their first experience after a very long day of travel

Today at about 7:30 pm we purchased 3 chipotle chicken burrito.. right away after eating them we got stomach ache two a hours after throwing up.I call the store and the person on charge at 9:05 pm hung up on me as soon I addressed the issue. When I explained it our symptoms he said I can’t do nothing for you you should go to a hospital and hung up.The reason I call them was just to let them know because it is food poisoning we all got the same symptoms are the same food.I leave two hours away I did not ask for reimbursement or else.I want to let them know soy take action on their end . I have never left bad reviews before for restaurants but I feel myself in the situation to do so. Today I experience how bad the customer service is: I have placed an order for food and drinks for two people and one of the drinks never arrived. Imagine the disappointment Ive went through drinking regular water instead of the drink Ive paid for. Of course I called Taco Bell 6 times and nobody picked up and when I tried to get in touch with Uber Eats using the app Ive got an error message saying that the helping center is not available but my complaint got registered. This is the reason I will never order again from Taco Bell and why I will probably quit paying my Uber monthly subscription at the end of the month.

Worst experience in fast food in a long time. They skipped our order and about 3 families got their food before us. I went to the counter and the team lead (manager was on break and could not be disturbed) just looked at me and asked what order number we had. I told him and he asked around and when no one told him they had made our food he just shrugged and said, Okay, well make your food right now. No apologies or any offering to make things right, just an oh well.To add insult to injury, the drinks were all watered down. Their iced tea was just water. This location is the 2nd worst Taco Bells in our neighborhood. It is 2nd because the other one closes at 7pm due to staffing issues. In last nights drive thru experience, I had to go through twice because I couldnt add to my order at the window. Under the circumstances of being short staffed, this was understandable. In the 1st round, I ordered Pepsi Zero but was given Diet Pepsi because they were out of Zero. Im ok with them running out, but was not ok with not being notified and given other options. I was only made aware when I went through the 2nd time. When we got home, all of our crunchy tacos were crushed to the point that they resembled nachos and the crunch wrap supreme was missing the crunch ingredient. Overall, we can sympathize for their staffing issues but sacrificing quality for whatever reason is just poor practice. If it wasnt for my wife wanting Taco Bell food, I would have stopped supporting this business a long time ago. On top of that, Ive complained to corporate and have heard nothing back.

Service here is really bad. First off, if you go inside, be prepared to wait a long time for your order. 10-15 minutes wait easily, even if you order just 1 or 2 items. They focus on drive thru, dont consider you important if eat inside. I get it, a lot of places are short staffed and all that, but the fact they dont really even acknowledge your presence even if youre standing at the front counter.Went through the drive thru a few times, last time they didnt even include napkins in the bag. AND YOU REFUSE TO INCLUDE A SIMPLE ITEM (THAT ONLY COSTS 50 CENTS) THAT IS ALREADY IN THE VALUE MEAL THAT I PAID FOR?!?!) That part didnt even seem the worst of it. The bag falls over, he doesnt say sorry, the cinnamon twists fall out onto the counter and I stand there thinking hes going to apologize or something and replace them with cinnamon twists that havent touched the counter and get this-- the guy PICKS UP THE CINNAMON TWISTS THAT FELL ON THE COUNTER WITH HIS DIRTY GLOVES AND SHOVES THEM BACK INTO MY BAG! Doesnt say sorry for it and doesnt offer to replace the contaminated ones until I basically beg for it! Very bad customer service, no regard for customers food safety and very disappointed!

This place has a massive sign that says “open for breakfast” and sign on the door that says they open at 7. It is 7:15 and there are workers inside but all the doors are locked and people are driving up and then leaving because no one is answering. Not sure what is happening but that is frustrating and they are losing a lot of business. I would not try to come when they “open” if I were you.

Instead they said they would comp the missing items on our next trip. This place was quick, clean and friendly. The cashier who complimented my wifes tattoo was very nice and was super polite. I wish I knew his name because I would have given him Kudos. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Parking spots were nice and wide and easy to park. All the condiments were filled and tables wiped and clean. Made the experience enjoyable. For quality. Quickness and cleanliness gives it a 5!

The preparation team did a wonderful job of preparing our food. Highly recommend. And we have eaten at a lot Taco Bells over the years. Our families went here for dinner tonight we were late at Legoland and needed a quick bite before hitting the highway. Staff were friendly I was very impressed with all 4 people we spoke with. The food was usual taco bell cheap and good. Made fresh and exactly what we asked for. It was the worst today! I ordered a combo meal and they didnt put enough cheese on my nachos when I paid more for cheese inside was filthy the tables werent clean there was no sauces in the container to get so we can get them. When I came in there was a very long line so I used the elecktronicks kiosk thinking that I would get my food faster. That is not what happen everyone else got their food well before me and I got my food 20 minutes after everyone else had already been served. Do not use the kiosk thinking that you will be served before any long line. It will take you longer. But my food was hot.

Easy access from the 5. The drive in lane is always busy at lunch, so it saves time to walk in. Of course, there are a lot of choices. I usually just get regular or soft tacos. It never takes long and I recommend parking and walking in unless there is no line for the drive in window.

Gets my order right, every time, and its all custom .Edit 2.10.2020 - I just got the Double cheesy gordita crunch box and it was awful. I have never been so disappointed in this location! I thought it was quick but thats because the box had clearly been sitting there. My double gordita crunch (which was no bigger than any other one Ive gotten before) was literally so stuck to the paper I couldnt even pull it up to bite it in one piece. None of the items were hot, warm at best. I would wait an extra three minutes if it meant my food was hot and fresh.

I take the kids though here a lot. It isnt really mexican food but their own flavor. They have a good variety of tacos, salads, burritos but specifically a fast food type. A big advantage here is that taco bell is probably the cheapest good tasting fast food around. If you order right you can get a lot of food for not very much--even in comparison to other fast food outlets.

I understand that the situation of COVID has affected each one of us, but that doesn’t mean you throw things when asked for. We ordered fiesta potato and specifically mentioned that we need hot sauce which also reflects on our bill, the person at drive thru forgot to put in. Love taco bell in a pinch. I know that there are a lot of their choices for people when youre looking for good Mexican food, but Taco Bell has been a favorite since I was a little kid growing up in Southern California. I can still remember their cup of Frijoles was $0.25 and you can get for tacos for a buck. We no longer have those prices but the food is still the same. Tasty and a pinch!

I ordered a bunch of food for my family and I. I asked the guy to make everything double toasted, and a girl got on the mic and said if I wanted my Sprite double toasted. I figured she was joking around so I went along with it and said yes. And then an asian girl that works there( im sorry I dont know her name but I recognized her voice because she helped me before) got on the mic to confirm that I wanted everything double toasted including my Sprite, I laughed and said yes to everything. At the end, she asked if Im aware that people in America are full of diabetes and obesity and confirmed again if I wanted everything double toasted. I awkwardly laughed because I was in shock at the comment and I drove off. I was offended, I cant believe someone would say that. You dont know me and you took that way too far. Ive felt self conscious all day and barely ate due to that comment she made to me. Its one thing to joke around about toasting my drink but that comment was not nessasary. People make these types of comments to overweight people and make them feel bad about themselves. I honestly will never go to this tacobell again. Ive been coming here for years with my family and never felt so offended like I did last night. I hope she learns how to treat others with humbleness and respect.
