By far the worst Taco Bell around. Waited 23 min for a simple dine-in order (not a busy time) there were 6 workers that I could see and some were eating on the serving line, some on their phones- touching phones like texting with their food gloves on, then going back to slowly rolling burritos etc with the same gloves. Gross place. Slower than slow. Super weird vibe.

Very bizarre vibe with super slow staff. I waited over 30 minutes in the drivethru for one item.It seems like theyve been having issues hiring people for a really long time, but the problem has gotten out of hand. This place needs to either fire their current staff and start doing more serious interviews to make sure theyre hiring people who are able to actually do the tasks theyre assigned, or they need to just close this location down.

They are always understaffed and loaded with orders. Im pretty understanding, but when it comes to customer service- at least communicate! They never come to the counter. They just want you to use the kiosk thingy to order. I stood there for 20 min one time and said, Excuse me a couple of times. It was pretty funny, I feel like they were if we dont look u, she will go awa,y lol. Besides that ~ food is always good!

I went through the drive through and the person speaking was so incredibly great. His name is William R. You can tell he works hard and cares about his job. He asked how my day was going and got my order in quickly, but made the experience human and not like talking to a robot. Super refreshing to see someone have great customer service. It was super busy and I could hear him still being super consistent with each sustainer service. I let him know that he was great and it makes a difference.

My husband went to pickup an order in the drive thru, purchased and paid for thru the app. When he arrived home there was an item missing. He went back, this time going inside. He was polite when telling them an item was missing. When the female brought it out she threw it on the table next to him and he was outraged and made a comment and thats when she decided throwing sauce packets at him was appropriate. They were rude the first time he went there and I guess they felt the need to ramp it up. There phone number goes to a fax machine so there will be nothing done of course.

I live nearby. And at this point they should shut it down. I love me some Taco Bell but I just backed out after 25 mins in the drive through and didn’t move once. With only 4 cars in line and the lobby(actually open today for a change) wasn’t packed either. If they can’t staff it or get competent people just close it and give us a in n out or something

Went in to the store at 6:30 and waited in line for 10 minutes. Then ordered at 6:40 and sat down and waited 25 minutes. The store was filthy and the floor was wet in multiple areas. The only thing that made this visit tolerable was the food which was at Taco Bell standards. Overall, the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Never coming here again. -_-

I went through the drive-thru about 12:05 a.m. andwas pleasantly surprised with the employee that greeted me over the drive-thru speaker. She was genuinely happy. Friendly and sounded as if she really loved her job as she came across through the drive-thru speaker. It was very refreshing and unexpected. I didnt feel particularly down when I pulled into the Taco Bell parking lot, but I can tell you I definitely felt better when I pulled out because of her. She really made my night

Im a pt delivery driver for my second job and ate a black bean chalupa during my lunch break. My stomach is killing me and was old beans. Very sick right now and may have to go to ER. I heard the guy say as I sat there and ate that it looked crusty and he feels bad. A woman laughed and I was hoping they werent talking about me. I did a mobile order but ate there. Shameful.

After standing at the counter quietly waiting to be help and making eye contact with 3 employees I politely ask are you guys open? When the young female with the drive through headset on struggled her shoulder making and Ugh noise then replied cant you just use the kiosk? Then she proceeded to walk away. After 15 minutes of waiting in total I thought this was extremely disrespectful so Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on. The girl with the head set on was a young Latina female, 2nd employee was a young black male, and 3 was a female with purple hair if anybody at TacoBell is reading this.

This place never fails... to fail. I have to ask for items each time Im here. I pay extra for items on my food, and they never miss to forget. Tonight, my burrito from the volcano combo has no rice. Ordered at the drive-thru and was handed a bag obviously short of items we ordered. We did not leave so the worker asked us what the problem was and we indicated we were short items. She asked for the bag back, and then went through it and said only the Mexican pizza was missing. We got the Mexican pizza and went home to find the two tacos from the #9 were missing. After she went through and verified we had everything. There are too many fast food joints (including other Taco Bell locations) close by to deal with this level of service. Dont plan on ever coming back.

Ordered a veggie nacho fries burrito on their kiosk menu and they gave me a burrito with grey beef chunks. They remade it only for it to be cold and lacking the extra toppings that I paid for. The bathrooms are creepy and were occupied for a long time with strange noises coming out of them. Slow, inaccurate service and filthy bathrooms. By slow I mean it took 20 minutes for them to get two burritos out. There were at least 7 employees working, so its not like they were understaffed.The bathrooms are so gross they make me feel like Im going to get a disease by using them. I love Taco Bell, however, I’ve had some challenges at this particular location. For a while they would be closed in the middle of the day sometimes. Also, on 3 separate occasions they messed up the order, which I didn’t catch until I was already home.To their credit, however, when I contacted them, they did make an effort to correct the mistake and additionally offered a coupon for free food the next time I came in.It may be that they were temporarily short-staffed, leading to their strange hours and possibly newly acquired staff contributed to the order mix Ups. I’ll chock it up to that; I certainly haven’t discontinued visiting this location as a result of the prior issues I experienced. Being willing to make it right when an error is made goes a long way toward overlooking periodic problems in service.

Ordered twice through DoorDash and on both of my separate orders I’ve had several missing items. I knew it wasn’t the dashers fault because it was two different drivers that delivered sealed bags! I called the restaurant and a little girl answered the phone already giving an attitude. I kindly gave her my name and she immediately shut me down and said “Well there’s nothing I can do about it! You can tell the driver to come back to get the rest of your order! And there’s nothing I can do for you!” I know she clearly couldn’t do anything about it, but she didn’t even try to hear my situation and had no patience to listen to what I had to say. If you want everything in your order that you paid for…. Don’t go to this location and don’t bother calling for help because a rude little girl won’t help you either.

There was a small confusion with my order and Raymond stepped up and came to help us. He was able to resolve the issue very quickly. Our order took over 30 min and when brought to the attention of the manager, I was told that drive thru will always be the priority because it has a timer that tracks their average that gets reported. Dine in does not so there is no reason for them to give customers a positive experience, because we dont matter. There is no reported statistics for dine in.All of this on top of the disgusting state of their dining room. Used gloves and food scraps everywhere. There was only a couple of tables that were not covered in food.

This taco bell used to be good. But within the last 3-4 months they have completely went down hill hard. Now for some reason they close by 5pm and they mess up your order every time. I will never come back to this taco bell location. Tried to go into the lobby tonight at around 5:05 completely unaware the lobby closed at 5:00 cause I can see people sitting down eating. A kind Gentlemen opened and held the door for me as he was leaving at which point the MANAGER runs over and instead of explaining to me the lobby was closed they cant let anyone in, SLAMS the door in my face and rudely says were closed!. Completely unacceptable. Theres people inside eating already yet I was treated as though I was in the wrong for trying to do the same. No one forced you to work there. They’ll ask you what kinda of sauce you’d like, but don’t worry it won’t make it into the bag either. Just ordered from the drive through. 5/21/21, the order taker was SO SLOW! she only took one order at a time, by that I mean once the first car got their food, she took the order from the car in line after them. We had made an order that ultimately was cheaper if we got a box deal, but didn’t realize it. Our wonderful cashier Andrew not only saved us a couple bucks, but also helped us get an extra taco!! He was so polite and helpful and he really didn’t have to do that, but he did because he is one of the few young people who still has good customer service skills. Thanks Andrew! After the third mistake I’ve messaged corporate to inform them of the negative experiences at this location. Each time items are forgotten and the items we received are prepared incorrectly. Even when using the app to make sure there is no lapse in communication. Corporates response was 3 days later and was just to talk to the branch manager to have the items be re prepared. These experiences have lead me to avoid Taco Bell at all costs and to never return to this location.

I was being rushed by the person taking my order and was trying to make sure what was in it because I cant eat beef. You guessed it they messed up my order and I accidentally ate some. Being on my lunch break and it was up I had to come back 4 hours later for them to fix my order. I work 30 minutes away from where I live. There were 5 cars behind me in line. If youre not open then block the drive thru and turn off the menu lights! Second off, this review is mostly here to say:YES, its Taco Bell,YES, it was a good mobile food experience,so why review?This particular late night visit came with one of the most courteous, thorough and robotic voice, live mask to mask, or over speaker, that the wife and I have ever experienced. My order was placed as a mobile order and given away to another customer. It was then remade after waiting 5 minutes. After checking that all the correct items were there it was brought home to be eaten. We live 2 minutes from the store and were driving. When the burrito was bitten into it was barely warm and the beans tasted old. I opened the tortilla which peeled away from the beans without sticking at all, to find that the beans were dried and old. Its amazing that after having to remake it, I was still given old burrito beans!!

This is my regular taco bell. I usually drive through which is fast, efficient, and polite. Today, I ate inside and found the restaurant very clean and very well stocked. Service inside was fast and also polite. While I ate many people came inside. Its a comfortable eating area; clean comfortable booths and chairs. A nice place to relax with your yummy Mexican meal.

This is the rudest drive thru. I placed a mobile order as I entered the drive thru but when I got to the window there was a note on the window that said they were closing early at 7:00 pm. It was 7:05 and I had placed my order 15 minutes earlier when I got in line. Which means I had just sat for 15 minutes in their drive through line. I wont go into my card being charged and how they should have turned off their mobile ordering if they were going to close. Ive been eating at Taco Bell since the late 1960s. The food is nowhere near as good as it used to be. They used to be maybe 8 items on their menu. Now, a whole lot of food that simply isnt authentic Mexican food. Its California junk food. I tried the bean and rice burrito. They put I guess Nacho cheese on it. No, I did not like it. I used to get the Burrito Supreme for .75 cents, then a 1.75 and now 3.59. No! Its not worth that. Theres a lot of Taquerias to go to. Another reason to stop eating at Taco Bell is because of COVID theres too much pre-made food to appease the drive thru traffic. The food is old and cold. Not good, it used to be a favorite. I personally love Taco Bell. There’s one located between my house and the 24-hour Fitness that I frequent, so Taco Bell becomes part of that equation at least once a week. Most notably, I love Taco Bell’s Cinnamon Twists. Their sweet, cinnamon-ey taste and crunchy texture are sure to satisfy. While Cinnamon Twists certainly are the bomb, Taco Bell is home to a wide range of authentic Mexican cuisine: Tacos, Tacos made out of Doritos, Quesadillas, Quesadillas with crunchy bits of Doritos in them, and Baja Blast, the single greatest invention mankind has ever produced. We went through the drive through today and odered two chalupa boxes and one burrito $5 boxes we went home and opened up the boxes and pulled out or chalupas and all the fixings were in the box out of the chalupa wraps and we didnt appreciate having to eat it out of the box
