This place has signs all over about receipts and still didnt offer my receipt at time of payment or receiving my food. When I asked again my receipt so that I could double check my order half of the items weren’t in the bag.In addition the person making the food was the only person with their mask NOT covering their face. If you’re craving some Tacobell I suggest you reconsider or choose a different location.

What a horrible place. I was the only one standing by the register for 5+ mins and 3 people seen me standing there & yet worker said he didn’t see me standing. Then another worker told other customers they will have to wait 20 mins to take more orders cuz he’s backed up. They also have two signs saying if you don’t receive your order receipt, order will be free. I didn’t get my receipt or my order number. I seen the associate that was bagging the food throwing it away for every customer. 🙄

They forget your items that you pay for at this location. And will have your food sitting in the counter for ever telling you it’s not ready. I would have given 0 stars if I could. If your having the same experience please go onto Taco Bell’s website and fill out a complaint so we can get this fixed.

I’ve been trying to call and it’s constantly saying the line is busy, and I honestly doubt it’s busy for 2 straight hours. I got mashed potatoes with gravy because I can’t have solid food for a while, and I opened up the 1 large gravy they gave for 2 large mashed potatoes, then I opened one of the 2, and smelled something off. I figured it was just me being loopy from surgery, scooped the potatoes in a bowl, put the gravy on, and went to eat it. One bite and I thought I was going to throw up. I’m not sure if they hadn’t changed the potatoes for a few hours, or what, but the potatoes were BAD BAD. Please don’t get the mashed potatoes, and if you get 2 large, make sure there’s enough gravy to cover your sadness when you have to throw it all out.

This was a kfc/taco bell combo store. Taco bell items were on point. Kfc making drastic changes for the worse. They got rid of wedges for regular fries, letdown. They dont serve grilled chicken or green beans anymore, major letdown. Their original chicken no longer does it and extra crispy is way too salty. Go back to the way it was

This place is very poorly managed. It is often dirty, and poorly kept in the dining area. Its hot, the A/C didnt seem to work the last few times I went, and there is no drive-thru. Getting in and out of the tiny parking lot is difficult, watch out for your car being damaged. The positives are the friendly staff and it is one of those KFC/Taco bell franchises, good combo and quick service. Id recommend getting it to-go!

One of the workers seemed to laugh at or was disturbed by my students vegetarian no beans order.. at a childs order.very disturbing. The guy at the counter was very nice though

Went on January 5th 2019 at about 6:15 pm. Service was horible. Two women at the registers were rude to any customer that asked for help and were rude to me. They messed up my order several times when repeating it back to me. One woman was maybe mid to late 20s walked away in the middle of me ordering and did mot explain or excuse herself and the other woman was probably early 40s, both hispanic.

The young men serving and taking our order had great customer service but I think its the manager or supervisor who was a bit rude and talked bad about customers to us. She told a guy she didnt take bills of $100 and didnt explain why to him so he left upset after recieving his order.

Food is allways the same slow service this is a combo place taco bell and kfc. Has a large turn over of help parking is very limited here most of the time i park in the shopping center and walk there. Note if you park there back in. If you can. Place is clean now as well batrhrooms. It is nosie when sitting area is full. This kfc/ taco bell really needs a remodel and see if they can set up a drive thru on the back side parking is hard some time when you pull in. PLACE. NEEDS REMODEL.... This place also is i KFC.

We went there a few minutes before they opened. We were asked if we can pay cash only cause their computer is not working well. It took 27 minutes before we got our orders and 2 are incorrect and we found this out when we opened the wrapper. If we did not check the number of orders before leaving one order is missing.. Bad experience never going back there.. Please Taco Bell management look into this branch. Thanks.

Very dirty, employees stepping over trash on the floor when I came in the door I wasnt greeted. I wouldnt have eaten here but it was one of the only places still open in the area after 8:30/9:00.

Nothing has changed about this place in years. Its understaffed, dirty, SLOW, and the employees are usually somewhat rude. If youre in a hurry to get food, dont come here. Its always more hassle than its worth

Its taco bell! They are the most authentic mexican food you can buy! Its way better than a taqueria. Taquerias dont have a clue how to make mexican food taste the right way. Thank goodness for taco bell! Taco bell gets it!
