My sister came into this location for a quick lunch on Sunday January 21st around 1pm. The service she received from the woman and the young man was terrible. Usually my sister doesnt complain but for me it wasnt right and i wanted to let whoever looks at this know whether it be a regional manager or whatnot. Upon entering the store, she was greeted by someone but the people at the register didnt bother to help her but continued on with their conversation. So she ordered and once the food was ready someone who was Im assuming on their lunch break was eating while he was handing her the food. They pointed to the hot sauce to see if my sister wanted any without any use of words. I think that was the last straw for her. Our family owned and operated a Yum Branded restaurant for 32 years. So we know what it is like to run a restaurant within the Yum Brand. Just seeing this kind of service i hate to hear about or even see because as an operator I know what Yum expects and obviously if you had a Steritech audit that day, youd automatically fail. I dont know if you guys are a Harmon owned store, as i know Harmon runs a lot of KFCs in our state and I hope you can take action to improve the service here. If sales are slumping this may be a reason why. I dont doubt the reviews on here are lying here as some of them have stated a lot about the poor state of the restaurant. I know this kind of service isnt going to help nonetheless. I dont expect a call from anyone but I want to point it out that way your people can fix it and make it right before its too late.

Walked in to order a smoothie, the store was empty and the worker was sitting at a table doing nothing. She turns to us and says “are you here for a pick up? If not we're only taking pick up orders right now. try placing a door dash” Walked next door and placed a mobile order online with additives. Second worker now there. We got boba as an additive and we hear them conversing that the boba we ordered was expired and there was no more in the store. He offers us a different boba additive which we accept. Then the worker finds some of the original boba and goes “oh I found some!” to which we ask “is this the one you just told her was expired and needed to be thrown out?” He looks to the first worker (who was sitting on her phone the whole time doing nothing) and she shrugs and goes “I have no idea”. Towards the end of our time waiting for our order a couple people walk in and place a walk in order without being told they're only doing mobile pick up orders. No less then 10 minutes after we were told they were only doing pick up orders. If I could give it less stars I would.

Update:The following Sunday, we returned for dinner, but unfortunately, the service was exceptionally slow. Despite waiting at least 8-10 minutes, I had to flag down the hostess to locate our server. It was evident that he had seen me as he attended to neighboring tables. When he finally approached our table, his demeanor lacked warmth, devoid of a genuine greeting or smile, as if we were an inconvenience.I typically refrain from commenting on subpar service out of sympathy for the hard work involved, having been in similar shoes during my college years, so I wont mention any names. However, the experience was disappointing.Furthermore, when our food arrived, the pork chops I had requested to be cooked medium were served well-done and lacked flavor.Given these factors, I believe its best to take a break before considering another visit, especially with plenty of other dining options available in LG.First Visit:Tonight, we decided to dine at Los Gatos Parkside for a relaxed dinner date. It was our first visit, and we were delighted with the overall experience. Surprisingly, the pricing was very reasonable compared to our expectations, and our server, John, was attentive. We appreciated his recommendations, and every dish we tried was delicious. Despite being too full for dessert, we look forward to returning for the beignets, and we both enjoyed our drinks. My mocktail was particularly impressive, considering my recent avoidance of alcohol and disappointment with other mocktails offered elsewhere. The restaurants cozy atmosphere features a spacious bar area that was bustling even during our early dinner visit. Convenient parking nearby, close proximity to the park, and its central location in Los Gatos add to its appeal. We truly enjoyed our time tonight at LG Parkside and look forward to becoming regular patrons.
Events & Catering Telefric Barcelona

Teleferic Barcelona is my favorite restaurant and so the choice was clear when my Google team needed a dinner place. Not only are they super accommodating, theyre on top of parties of all sizes (we were 18 this time but have been anywhere from 2 to larger). Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very gracious. Food is delicious. Drinks are fun, colorful but good (theres something for everyone here). Their food is great for all kinds of dietary restrictions and everyone felt included at our dinner in some way shape or form.Thank you all and cant wait to be back (soon, probably tomorrow). Gracias por todo lo que hacen. Los aprecio bastante!

It’s good for the whole family. Everyone can get what they want. Prices are a little high for a sort of self-service restaurant. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options which is nice. I hope to see more micro restaurants at it over time.

My friend and I came here last night and had the best time. It is definitely the new hidden gem of Los Gatos. One of the Owners was there and he was very friendly, welcoming and helped us have a Moms night out without really any thought! We told him the type of wine we liked and he brought us a few different options, told us about the grapes, where they were from and we thoroughly enjoyed trying new things and grapes we would not be able to try unless we were in Italy. We had a Riesling that was perfectly mineral and similar to a Sav Blanc - not what we would have ordered off the menu at first glance but was perfect for what we were looking for and his recommendation. The second glass was a bottle that we wouldnt be able to get at a store and was equally as yum as the first from San Gimignano in Tuscany. He stuck by the table for a while and we talked about my upcoming trip to Italy and he was so happy to share suggestions and offer to let me email him and he could tell me some must go to places in the Tuscan region. Both my friend and I agreed that he was an awesome part of the experience. We did the Chefs Selection for Cheese and Charcuterie which was super delicious, the Burrata which was the best I have ever had, bar none and house mad Focaccia which honestly, I would go again just to eat.... Looking for a date night, afternoon refresher with snacks or an Moms night out - highly suggest this place. Well be regulars :)

The hubby and I frequent the Aptos location when we visit the in-laws, then we had a recent opportunity to dine at their Scotts Valley location……and now, they have come to their senses and made their way into our little town of Los Gatos. Yay!I have to say, their menu is slightly different from the other two locations but that's ok; the food is still delish. They don't have the tandoori mixed grill which is a sizzling platter of lamb, chicken and a few other items. The staff said they can still make it for us, so maybe we will order it next time. This restaurant has a full bar so that's nice. The hubby had a chai white Russian and I had a double espresso martini. I usually don't like my espresso martini as light as it appeared, but again, VERY tasty and let me tell you, both were BOOZY; definitely a bang for your buck.A few things we ordered: chana masala (garbanzo beans), raita (yogurt based sauce), naan (garlic and plain), and a the seafood mix. We usually do butter chicken or tikka chicken but wanted to try something different.Thank you to Annand and Raj for making our first experience great. Both were very friendly and super attentive. Raj noticed we still had a little food left but were out of rice and naan, so he brought us just a tiny bit more rice for us to help finish off what we had. I was taking photos of the food (for this review) and Annand asked if we wanted a photo of ourselves, but we declined the offer. It was really nice of him to ask though, we appreciated it.Love this place and will definitely be back.Side note: parking is easy; there are plenty on side streets and surrounding business parking.
Los Gatos Meats & Smoke House
575 University Ave, Los Gatos, CA 95032, United States
Full disclosure, I used to be a supplier for these folks, but that was more than a few years back. Every time I was in town around lunch time, this was my sandwich stop. I moved to Sonoma County four years ago, but were moving back to Santa Clara County two weeks from this writing--to Los Gatos! The first sandwich I get will be from Los Gatos Meats. The only hard part will be deciding on which meat. As others have said, you can get sandwiches cheaper elsewhere, but these are definitely worth it. As for the handful of less than stellar reviews, I get the feeling those folks walk into many places with something specific in mind and when they dont get it, talk trash, regardless of the quality of everything else. Its true, there is little space inside. There is also not much space outside. Its a butcher shop in an industrial neighborhood. Thats the way it is. This is not a sit down restaurant. The regulars know this. Ive eaten outside once when I was there with my business partner. The rest of the time, I took it to go. Vasona Lake is just down the block--largest park in Los Gatos with more than a few picnic tables and lots of lake views. This place is well worth a visit, as is obvious from the large number of five-star reviews. Cant wait to visit again.Update: True to my word, first sandwich I got upon my return was from Los Gatos Meats--my old favorite, Super Hero, tri tip. Every bit as good as I remembered.
Manresa
320 Village Ln, Los Gatos, CA 95030, United States
This is fixed price menu of around 14 items for $198. They are very accommodative of vegetarians & those with dietary needs. Each portion is small. The food is creative & the ingredients are explained. You need to plan 2-4 hours to enjoy this. They also have an alcoholic & non alcoholic drink tasting menu for $60. It is difficult to get reservations. Parking is readily available. Service was good but twice they brought out egg items though we had clearly told them prior to arrival & upon arrival that we dont eat eggs - for the price of the restaurant, they should know better. I also found the restaurant very formal - too much for an informal Californian. They did not want me to wear Vibrams there. So this was a fine dining experience with creative quality healthy food with good taste, but for a long dining experience, Taj Campton place in San Francisco, or Millenium (currently in San Francisco but moving to Oakland) are still my preferences, especially with their prices being half of what Manresa charges. If you want to appreciate the thought & creativity of each item in a series of dishes, this is the place.
Summit Store Inc.
24197 Summit Rd, Los Gatos, CA 95033, United States
The manger of this establishment is very rude and non friendly. I stopped by for a burrito while conducting tree business services in the area. I thought I'd ask if I could leave any of my door hangers on the check out counters. He said It was a pay to win game, I asked him how much… then immediately rejected me. I didn't take it personal and told him it was okay. I walked outside to eat my burrito. Then there was this young homeless man sitting down eating his food. He started a conversation with me. so I then asked him about the cross on his hand. Wondering if he was a Christian. He had told me yes. So we bagan to talk about god and Jesus. The 26 year old boy was a good kid at heart but just had some personal issues. In my opinion he looked completely suspectible to change. I offered him some money and then he wanted to return the favor. I told him he could leave the door hangers on people's home if he thought he could do that with out getting into any problems. He was up for the task and said he could. Little did I know he eventually turned around and started handing them out at the store instead. Later I received a phone call from what seemed to be a very nice guy. Asking if I could do an estimate for a home he was selling at property address 547 summit rd, Watson Ville which ones an hour drive to the mountain hill tip in Watson vile.I'm a 23 year old trying to make an honest living doing what I know best. Selling tree work. My family has been in business for generations. I've just happened to have some difficult times. I'm working towards paying for my own wedding as well. So being 100% commission based I was open to do the estimate. Little did I know this conflict happened earlier. I'm reality, I had just been stud up in the middle of no where. I don't have much financial support and this was very unfair for me.I was just looking to help a fellow Christian but instead revived this unfair treatment from this locally owned store.I've never experienced such cruel joke…I hope Christian's reading this can see the type of people running this establishment. I'm nobody to say that they don't deserve your business but I think this was just an ungodly act.
