This Taco Bell location messed up my order on three different items but they admitted their mistake and corrected it. I am happy to see their nacho fries are back, wish it was back for good. Taco Bell needs to stop increasing their prices because its ridiculous to pay so much for such a small portion.

Last night I went to this Taco Bell where I was supposed to get $9 back in changed the lady swore up and down that she gave me $9 when I only have 4 ones, I work in the food service as well I wouldn’t scam her $5 lol I’m not broke to need to steal $5 and make a scene, i then told her I only had $4 and she walked away from me then a couple mins later a young kid walks up named Austin saying he’s the manger and he told me to come back when they closed and if their drawer was over they will let me know. It was an older later and then I asked him for her name and he said she don’t have to identify her self because he was the manger, I never heard of that but anyways, they always have rude and pour service here they sound so sad and depressed while taking your order like why do you even work here at this point ? So here I I’m still sitting here without my $5 .

I had been doing ride share. I was hungry. The 8-layer burrito was now a 5-layer. No explanation. I got one Taco Supreme. There was almost no flavor or seasoning in the meat. I was very disappointed.

I dont know if this location is under new management or what, but the food quality has really gone down hill. It seems like the food prep employees are more being properly trained. Got a burnt chicken quesadilla melt today. I ate some of it because I was hungry and dont like wasting food. Well have to find another taco bell to frequent. Management really needs to beef up the training.

This kind earthed, gentle soul provided excelling assistance to me when I visited today. A better day started at the restaurant for me. The time and attention this employee gave was priceless, enthused with grace, and will forever balance out the efforts of the kitchen staff with a shared presentiment towards egalitarianism. Cohesive attention to detail made it a delicious lunch most indubitably. There are words oh-plenty which dis-ordain and grasp at straws to define the miracle of service that transpired among professional fast food people today, these words remain hollow in the earlier draft and rot like that in the trunk which may be discharged of breath. I dare not say them, because the company men and women at this location have earned a A purple flower sprung up cheered with white, And where a tear has dropped a wind-flower blows. This place has always been hit and miss but its been especially terrible the last few weeks. The last 4 or 5 orders Ive done (drive through) have been missing items.The only reason Im not giving them 1 star is because the general workers are relatively friendly.Update 1-3-19I just had several burritos had mold on the tortillas. I went into the store to speak to the manager and she was very argumentative. She just kept yelling theyre made fresh every day!I included a photo of the mold.

I highly recommend sitting her down and explain to her the importance of customer service. Her attitude and sharp remarks are unacceptable. If you hired her to say NO to business. For locals, its worth noting that this Taco Bells pricing is significantly higher than the one in Glendora. The service is excellent here and they are friendlier than in Glendora, but if you are cost-conscious, its worth going to the other local one.

Dislike this taco bell they have kids in this one. As I walked in to get my online order a female worker is yelling at a male worker young kids she throws a drink on the floor and expects the male worker to clean up her mess. Im there for 15 minutes and no one is asking me if Ive been attended. The girl mops her mess finally I tell them Im here for my online order o ly to be ignored for another 20 minutes. This Taco Bell is great! I go there many times a week and the people at the drive thru are always very friendly and never once have they messed up my orders. What i love best about this location is that when they ask if you want hot sauce, they dont ask exactly how many do you want? Every other place does that and its ridiculous! I understand about not being wasteful, but Cmon! You gotta have at least 2 packets per item! What happened to the days where they didnt even ask and they would just throw a handful in the bag!! This place still keeps it good on the sauce!....I LOVE THE SAUCE! Lol

Why go to this horrid slow place when you have Tacos Gavilan 1200 feet away and Albertos ¾ of a mile south? If you really want Taco Bell that badly, drive to the one a few miles East on Arrow Hwy and Glendora Ave next to McDonalds. Youll lose much less gas driving than idling for up to 45 minutes.

If aesthetics is the key to having a good business, then this is the place because cleanliness is next to godliness and this place replicates just that. Besides having great tasting doritos tacos, their bean burritos and soft tacos are delicious as well. Prices are still affordable. Hospitality and service are A grade, too.

Here is my experience from a few days ago. I went to the drive through and placed my order. I intended to order a Baja Bast Zero for my drink but before I could even finish saying Baja the person taking orders interrupted me to say that they were out of Baja Blast. I asked if they had any sugar free Baja Blast and they said that they didnt have that. They then asked if I would like a Baja Blast Zero. I felt like this was a very rude question to follow-up with after saying there was no sugar free Baja Blast. Im sorry I didnt use the correct brand name for the product but clearly they understood what I was looking for by offering exactly that but in a rude and condescending manner. At this point I considered canceling my order but they line was long and I was hungry. But wait.........theres a lot more. At the window the person asked if I would like a receipt and I said yes. My boss pays for my lunch up to 10 dollars if I provide a receipt. I payed recieved a Sealed bag of food and was told that the receipt was in the bag. I pulled out parked and checked the bag. No receipt. I walked inside and requested a receipt and was denied. They claimed that once I left the drive through area, I couldnt get a receipt or record of my transaction. I requested to speak to a manager. A person approached and confirmed what the previous employee had been saying. I asked for any kind of confirmation number or identifying information for the transaction and was told it was not available. I left the store feeling extremely frustrated. I called the corporate phone number and spoke with a very nice person who assured me that I would get my receipt and began to take my information. Thank goodness for corporate appreciating their customers. I was told that I would receive a phone call no more than 24 hours later and indeed I received a call that evening from the GM of the location that I got my food from. That person apologized and said that they had located my receipt and that I could come pick it up whenever I wanted and that I could have a free combo meal when I returned. I thanked them and was satisfied. But wait..........theres more. I returned in two days to get my receipt and it took three people to find it. Upon receiving the receipt the person made no effort to inform me that I would receive a free item and promptly turned and tried to flee as soon as I was handed the receipt. I had to audibly grab their attention and ask if the free item was still available. They scoffed a little and informed the register employee that I could receive a free combo meal. I asked for a freeze and got it. I dont know who the manager was on the phone but I wish all the employees had that level of professionalism. I hope things improve here because I love tacobell but for now Ill just go to a different location.

It wasnt crazy busy, maybe 5 orders in the lobby, and the wait was crazy. Employees kept looking at us standing at the register and then walking away instead of helping. The food was fine, but the service was a little lacking and there wasnt communication from the staff to us on how long it would be before we could be helped so we sat in line for almost 20 minutes before we even got to order.

The cashiers get upset when they mess up your order and you politely confront them about their errors. The cashier gave me my drink which was broken and spilled soda all over my vehicle. They didnt seem to care and gave me a look of death when I asked them for a replacement cup and napkins. But what do you expect when you pay $12 for food? The absolute worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to. My father is a regional manager for Taco Bells in New York State and Ive been to at least 50 Taco Bells with him and seen good and bad. This is the worst one. They always forget items, steal as much profit wherever they can, put toppings on I didnt ask for, leave toppings on I asked for them to remove, do very very small servings even if you pay for Supreme itll barely be normal sized. The managers are completely terrible and rude. Ive called at least 4 times and talked to 3 employees and 2 Managers and every single one was rude, didnt care about my complaints and would repeatedly ask me And whats wrong with that? while literally stealing my money, then they just all hung up on me without addressing my concerns, and wouldnt give me any names of anyone who worked there to report to corporate. This restaurant is a mess, the people are a joke, the food is terrible, I recommend everyone stop coming here.

The food at this taco bell is more like home made were its made with much love. Thier are many taco bells but this one is special because of the great staff. I have frequently visited this location for no lie.....12 years. It is my home Taco Bell and I have only been disappointed a few times and of the at least idk, 300... we will say, lowkey estimate fyi..visits, thats an incredibly small rate of fail. The secret to my success is ordering in the restaurant so one can take advantage of fast food at its freshest quality, refill drinks, and ask the friendly as always employees what they reccomend. Drive thru is also a great option considering Del Taco across the street is usually a huge wait and unless you MUST, I reccomend this Taco Bell as a more convenient drive thru at no expense to the quality of food.

Kevin B. kills it! Ive seen him take orders, sweep, bus tables, take orders to tables, and organize the sauce packets all within 4 minutes!The eating area is always immaculate. Your order is ready for you by the time you wash your hands and fill your drink.One gripe is that my gordita on the cheesy gordita crunch I got, wasnt as toasted as I have had in the past, but it was still good enough to eat.

The Taco Bell on Arrow Highway at Bonita is a nice little place. You can get all the standard and normal Taco Bell Fair there, and they fix it up pretty good. Its not as messy as the one further down on Arrow Highway in Covina which is a good thing! The only problem with this particular at Taco Bell is the drive-through because it goes through a parking lot in order to get to it so just be patient if youre going to get into the drive-thru line and if youre going to go inside this is a non-issue.

I went to Taco Bell and ordered a grande meal with bean and cheese burritos NO ONION. Instead the burritos were full of onion. I called to notify them that after repeating no onion a few times and being told that I was heard, how did we end up with onions. When the supervisor put me on hold to see what he could do to help us the manager came to the phone. The night manager who refused to give me her name was so rude and instead of helping fix the problem she continued to ask the staff if they heard me ask for no onions!!! She was so rude and unproffesional and when I told her I planed to go above her because of her rudeness she hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. Went to 🌮 bell after Lowes. And it made my 💗❣️swell as well as my eyes. Individuals from a day program were there too.me and my husband worked at lanterman develpmental center. We miss our friends and family alot .... Anyways got to give it to taco Bell in San dimas . Thank you for letting people with disabilities spend time there and I didnt see them purchase T.B. food. So Ireally give it to you for your kindness .😀🌷
