STAY AWAY FROM THIS TACO BELL... My family goes to this particular one at least 3 times a week. Unfortunately within the last few months its gone down hill fast. They have not put all food in the bag 5 times, but the worst is when you wait 20mins to order finally get to order they put your order in the screen and then they say Im sorry my manager told me I cant sell that to you is online only. I said really I ordered it as normal thru the drive thru this afternoon and my son did to. This happened with the rules tacos and now with the double decker. Then I have to go to my car order on line and wait 20 minutes. While I was inside waiting people were ordering it on the kiosk and at the counter. I asked the cashier, and she said thats wrote and that they have new managers.well they should know what they are doing. I showed them each time that on the app they are not listed under online only, and my neighbors got them during the day at the drive thru. Then they forgot 2 item I went back. NO SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, NO HERE ARE SOME CHIPS JUST MY DID THROWN ON THE COUNTER AND I WAS TOLD ITS MINE. WORST WORST WORST EVER

I used to like eating here at least once a week. Since the new owners took over the potions have shrunk and they won’t give me a senior, or veteran discount any longer. They also quit asking if you need hot sauce; how petty! It’s self evident that the new owners are doing! I won’t eat there again till they reverse their greedy policies!I need to add, the crispy tacos I ordered last time were soggy, and the shells were broken! The bean burritos had hardly anything in them!

This Taco Bell has a self service ordering system you can use in lieu of a human. I placed an order online and when I went to pick up, I had to place another order for a co-worker. Well, that order came out way quicker than the online order. Food was as expected! :)

We stop for some tacos. We ordered at the screens, everything was fine till they call you by your name and throw the food on the counter for you to pick it up, and then you have to ask them for the drinks cups they all look at you like you are getting food for free… bunch of bitter teenagers with sour faces work there…. Go to the drive thru better….not coming back ever again! Voilà! 😙😙

As a fast food place, this is a great stop. There are so many choices & combinations to choose from. The Dorito tacos are unique to Taco Bell as are many of their creations. Super low cost meals under $10 which includes a drink. Drive thru for convenience! Taco On!

How hard is it to make a Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito. This had 3 cube size chicken bites and 80 percent of the Fiesta strips, they should call this The Fiesta Strip Burrito. This is the WORST Taco Bell in Chula Vista!! I think the only thing they know how to do there is fill soda cup, but Im sure they would screw that up too. If you want to try a better taco bell go to the one in Terra Nova shopping center, 340 East H street off the 805, they care and take pride in what they do, but if you want to pay for poor quality food...... just stay here.

Normally I dont write any reviews for restaurants but this interaction went by so smoothly that I felt it was necessary. Jessica was able to hand me my food in a speedy, accurate, and polite manner. Not only was everything I ordered in the bag, but the entire interaction was so pleasant. Between the delicious food and the top tier customer service, I wont be choosing any other locations to grab my late night cravings.

This Taco Bell in particular always gets our order wrong and the lady who was organizing the order got almost everything wrong so we had to go to the place where you get food in drive thru and we had to tell the order to the manager instead and we made sure they got everything right it took 60+ minutes. I recommend the one in Terra Nova. And also all of our hard shelled tacos were crushed into little bits and pieces.

Sometimes, when Im in a hurry and I need to eat something more than snacks even though they might be healthy, or on some ocassions when I want to study late dinner and only there are some places open... I know that I can count with Taco Bell. Im from a place that invented tacos, so Im kind of picky with it, but Ill take a burrito. Nothing like a doble tortilla, tostada- tortilla, chalupa-tortilla...just a simple flower tortilla. I used to ask for the 7 Layer burrito (7 ingredients), which to me was the best item in their menu, but unfortunately TB discontinued it 🙁. Now I get the replacement, a similar version. Sometimes, when its for the family, Ill take their craving deal, which its pretty good, and not dropped dead expensive. I usually use the drive through and the staff is regularly nice. It was not the same at this particular TB. The girl had a kind of rude attitude, which its never good for any kind of business.. it gives a bad impression and makes the client feel uncomfortable and questionable if its worth it to go back. Hopefully, theyll choose personnel with better attitude 🙄🙂.update: I havent seen that girl, I hope she is happier now.. I still go once in awhile to grab a burrito!

This time it was frustrating bc I didnt order that much and it was still forgotten. Placed an order online for pickup at 9AM. When I got there they said that the order never came through even though I had already paid for it. I tried to cancel but the website would not let me; all it would let me do is change the pick up time to 2PM or later. I went ahead and changed the time to 2, but upon arrival they once again had no record of my order. Since I had already paid for it and I could show them the receipt they honored the order. The food was good and once they decided to honor the order it came quick. Ill still come here in the future but Ill avoid using the online ordering.

Absolutely rude, if you have a truck with a longer wheel base than an f-250 dont go. Their lobby is closed (doors unlocked) and their drivethrough is tiny with sharp turns, I almost took out their ordering machine and I wouldnt have felt bad about it due to their poor attitudes.

This Taco Bell never gets my order right. I had 2 chalupa combos. Both were beef instead of chicken. One with out tomatoes and one without sour cream. Also had soft tacos inside of crunchy. One with no sour cream. I got 4 chalupas 2 with no sour cream and tomatoes and 2 with no tomatoes. Also the soft tacos were supreme. I’m literally never going here again. I’m tired of my order being messed up. The weirdest part is everything was correct on the screen. So idk how it always gets messed up.

This time I decided to finally give this review in hopes that management pays attention. I’ve lived in the area for over 10 years and have patronized this location since moving in the area. However, the last year or so the service has declined and I find myself having to drive to Spring Valley to have quality food as well as receiving all of my food purchased. I decided to call to speak with the manager at the H street location this past Tuesday to advise of the dissatisfaction of service and that my last 5 visits has been incorrect. The manager Ernesto seemed to be uninterested, but i can come back to receive my correct order. He talked as if i was bothering him!! This location requires customer service training desperately, need to learn how to make quality food, and make sure all items ordered are in the bag. I would love to patronize my local Taco Bell and not go outside of my area to get quality Taco Bell!! Yes, I know it’s cheap food; but that doesn’t let them off the hook to providing quality food.

Had to wait in drive thru two times to get order right. 25 minutes in all for a gordito box. Asked to make take a surpreme no lettuce first time thru dive thru and all I got was a taco with meat and cheese and almost no sour cream on gordito. Went thru second time and waited because lobby is closed. Btw, you can open lobby. Used to love taco Bell but taste when I got home was awful and dont plan to go back. Although I really enjoy eating at Taco Bell, this location is staffed with some very young immature kids! The staff seems not to be concerned of their clean restaurant appearance, asked an associate to wipe down a table for us and they said they would get to it when they could......there was no one in the location at the time of request and no one at the drive through! The drink location was upkeep with a very bad mess around that location. Certainly will not return to this location and will be filling a concern with the health department!

Right across from the college and nearby a highschool and middle school so come at a good time before you get that rush. Get the watermelon freeze!!! We love the happy hour here, its only $1 for the freeze and soooo worth it on a hot day! Also, a tip for the beefy nacho griller lovers: look on the dollar menu for the beefy nacho burrito, order it, and ask them to grill out. Its basically the same thing as the griller but its a little bigger and much cheaper and the nachos are more like Fritos instead of those things red strips but just as good. Youre welcome.

I should give this place five stars because its true to what it is which is food that tastes synthetic and plasticky and is very salty in artificial and appearance and taste however if you enjoy Real Food then I can only give it 3 out of 5.
