The food is good and Id give more stars if they were actually open 24 hours. Theres just been too many times where they were closed when they were supposed to be open 24 hours. False advertising. Hopefully they get it together or me and Im sure others will report this to corporate.

Food was great but there was this dude that kinda gave me a strange eye.. im a teen and found it really uncomfortable with the way he looked at me.. it made me and my mom leave early because we just didnt feel comfortable here. When i came here in December it was all fine but now i felt bad.. he treated everyone well but when i got there hes like “whos this?” Rudely and mocked my name when i got my order. Felt horrible after that maybe not gonna go here again. And when i went to get my drinks he sounded annoyed and put his hand inside the cup and moved it around. That was very dirty and unhealthy..

Had the volcano come back meal. Was the first decent combo meal Ive had at Taco Bell in a long time. Also the Mexican Pizza and Enchirito are back. Like those items also.Just two more items and the place will be a habit again. The Bell Beefer. The Chilito. Even if only for a few months it would be great. I think Im about the only person alive that remembers the Chilito but it was classic. Cheap. I know the idea here is to keep the menu simple, but rotate the items more.Good ideas on what youre doing lately though. Not complaining at all. The nacho fries are about the best fries Ive ever had....

I stopped by this Taco Bell location because it was near the Quiznos we went to. The drive thru was busy, probably due to them locking the door because of covid so everyone has to stick to drive thru. I just came to this location to try the new Dragonfruit freeze since I havent tried it yet. I usually stick to the Baja Blast Freeze which is so good but I wanted to hear what the hype was all about. Unfortunately I did not like the Dragonfruit Freeze, it was too sweet for me. The drive thru is kind of weird because there a curve thats different from other taco bell, so you have to be careful to not scratch your rims. The staff was friendly, fast, wore mask and gloves so during this covid time its a good thing to see. Im pretty sure during lunch time this place probably get busy and when you exit, its on a major street Sherman Way so you might get stuck if you exit that way. It would be best to exit on Haskell because its a less busy street.

Very disappointing. Did not seem fresh, it was not hot and very few toppings. Four threads of cheese on this taco, I would be embarrassed to even serve it. And look at those tostadas, the beans dont even reach the edge and very few tomatoes on top. So bummed.

Congratulations on being the worst place on earth for fast food 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻The new kiosk system is an ABJECT FAILURE!! It doesnt give receipts, so you wait for your name to be called. It works at Starbucks because ITS STARBUCKS!! I watched 5 orders be returned for accuracy reasons, and ONE OF THEM WAS MINE. They confused Bradon with Ben, and when he walked back in with the wrong bag, they gave it to me. THERE WAS AN ITEM MISSING🤬I went inside because the drive-thru line was 6 cars deep. ATTENTION OWNER:Sunday October 9, 2022 around 4:20 am. I arrived at the drive-thru window to pick up 2 deliveries. I received one order just before I showed the second orders information to the attendant (heavyset dark-haired male) who tried to take my phone from me. I pulled my phone away and said You are not touching my phone! He claimed he could not make the order without my phone and I had to cancel the second delivery. (Every deliverys info shows up on THEIR IN-KITCHEN TABLET.) Safe bet that Taco Bell looks down on attempts at theft by crew members. That person should be freed up to find a new venue of employment elsewhere.

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I went to four McDonald’s at 3am looking for food, all were closed. I came to this Taco Bell and the drive thru guys were so nice and my order was perfect. I’ve never had a crunch wrap so good and the potatoes were fresh. Give these employees a raise. They’re doing something the rest of the TBs in the valley can’t seem to do. Thank you!

Most people would say oh just another fast food place full of junk food but the strict diet Im on right now they customized everything vegetarian and vegan style and were very patient and happy to serve my needs. Also all the employees were very patient and theyre amazingly fast with preparing the food. There was literally no waiting time from when I paid to when I got my food.

Good Taco Bell, they redid interior of this place couple years ago, looks really modern. The food here is one of the best, the service is always good from my experience, they will try to give the correct order, even if modified sometimes. Today 5/3/21 I pull up about 4:03. I went for it because it says is open 24 hours and went I got there several car were already waiting for their order at the drive-thru. Bespoke good English and my order was charged correctly and the items ordered were delivered correctly. I am unhappy about one of the items received Rick were cinnamon twists and they tasted still they were Cole and there wasqqal no cinnamon sugar practically at all on the Twisted cell needless to say I did not eat those but since I was in a hurry to get home and get other things done I did not make my way back to the store to voice my complaint.

I went to try the new quesalupa once I got it it was cold from the top part of the shell. I had to warm up my food up in order to eat. I was so disappointed as to what I got. This Taco Bell was okay. The dining area and restrooms, (which must be opened with a combination door code), were clean. The staff was polite. To the right of the counter there are two self service ordering kiosks. While I did try them out and they do work; unless you are familiar with the interface, it might just be faster to order at the counter. This Taco Bell does serve coffee but they took a little while to brew it. The dining room does have audio music but there was something amiss with the sound system as the music was intermittent and always static-filled.

This taco bell has issues. I understand working in a busy establishment but this place is not managed correctly. Lunch peak hour and half your employees are eating lunch but it takes you 20 minutes to get a few tacos to your customers. I dont know what kind of fast food takes 20 minutes. I just got home from this location. I ordered combo #3 (3 tacos and a drink), and an order of nachos. Got home, the bag had the nachos, and no tacos. How do you forget to put the actual combo in the bag? I just got off a long shift, its midnight, and only food is these sad nachos that I apparently paid $11 for. Very good quality food and customer service. These guys are conveniently located close to me so all I have to do is walk there. Its small but it has a decent amount of seating. Filthy!! Discusting! Pissed. When i got to the register I realize that my feet were sticking to the floor. I informed the cashier who told me that she had mopped it several times and did not understand, yet the floor was black and sticky I tried to use the restroom... one was covered in paper the other in urine when I got back to my car the smell in my shoes informed me that what was sticking to the floor in the lobby was most likely urine. now I get to go back to the office with the bottoms of my feet sticky and smelly. The lobby was filthy just took a full-time position up the street, love Taco Bell but I will never come here again. Fire the manager and hire a professional tile cleaning company to wash your floors.

I used the drive thru today. The time was 12:47 p.m. It was mostly busy. The Mexican girl working the drive thru was not friendly. At the window when I paid she practically threw my change into my hand. A quarter and a nickel fell out of my hand and landed on the ground which I had to open my door to get. The was no apology from the cashier which I had expected and no thank you. The thing is she was collecting change and taking orders at the same time so I can see why she was in a hurry to give me my change and grab the next order for the next customer. I can understand that. They were understaffed thats why im giving one star.

My girlfriend and I went in at about 8 pm, there was a long line so we just ordered on those tablets they have on the walls and waited for our name. When our name was called, I went up and got our food, a different order was called for another customer. Someone from the food line handed it too me instead of the cashier that was on the register, the food line worker was double checking the name and food for that customer, obviously so the order isnt wrong. The customer asked why she wasnt given the food right away, the cashier with the name Ebony N, a short, chunky with pale skin and looks look a teenager said Their all Mexican, they dont speak English well so when you talk to them they just stare and act stupid.I literally looked to the customer and said They are double checking if its your name and ofder, so its not wrong.Me and my girlfriend start eating and over hear Ebony asking a foriegn exchange couple what their minimum wage is from where ever they are, what the ****?????????

THIS TB has AWFUL customer service and they serve the old shells etc unless you specify you want it made differently (ie no sauce or extra crispy chalupa shell etc) but its like they really dont care how your food tastes and or if they get your order right and the way you wanted it.Very disappointing having a taco bell so close to my house but not enjoy the experience. So I go over to Sherman oaks mostly.
