I bought a taco lovers pass from the taco bell app. I paid 10 dollars and I get one taco a day for 30 days! I think its pretty great but now Im committed to having taco bell for the next 30 days. But still a great deal. Tasty too.

No sauce, no napkins, drive thru order machine not working but they ask you to confirm an order....rude staff that clearly dont want to work there --- or at least they dont seem happy or proud of what they are doing because asking for 2 sauce packets gets a big sigh and 11 sauce packets shoved at you...sorry I asked.

Consistent yummy fast food. Today it was busy here which is rare. Power outages and this location was on. Service was average without emotion, not much personality. Its the flavor of the basics like crunchy taco, bean and cheese burrito that keep me coming back.🌮 and Ill be back...

The place was recently remodeled. A long over due improvement. Seating and dinning area is clean and comfortable. Service is mediocre and unfortunately the standard when compared to other fast food franchises with exception to Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out in my experiences.Food quality could be better. I ordered the beef burrito and was disappointed to find that it was mostly beans and blended ground beef. Overall, food was better in the past. Service was also better in the past as the customer service person greeted the customer with a smile and hello.

The workers seem to be getting worse and worse. No one has common etiquette anymore.Its very unhygienic for workers who handle food and money to also be on their cellphones. This drives me crazy, because you know these people use their phones on the toilet... Ugh!You are at work, put your phones down!

Staff werent interested in being helpful at all. There was loud questionable music playing as well- not typically the kind of music one would hear in the main dining area. It seemed that staff were acting as though there wasnt any manager on duty, however if there was a manager on duty during our time there, they definitely failed. Though the food was good, the rest of the experience there was quite lacking. We definitely wont be back.

Cinnamon Twist spilled on top of the food items. Food and sauce in bag was completely covered in sugar and cinnamon making a huge mess on clothing and all over the car. Cinnamon twists should be bagged separately. To make matters worse we had to double back for missing items.

This location seems incapable of holding regular hours. I have tried on numerous occasions to dine here 30 or 45 minutes past opening hours of 7:00 a.m. and their drive-thru and storefront are still closed. This is in opposition to their hours posted online and on the storefront.

It was a good experience overall. The service was a little slow, but at least three app was able connect to this location with little to no trouble. The other location always seems to have issues with online orders. Unfortunately, the black beans were very dry. 😕 My order was correct though and the service was satisfactory... It was a little slow (I had to wait at the window for almost 5 min), but the people were nice about it.

Longest wait Ive had a fast food joint drive thru in a long time. And all because of one guy. And so, I blame the staff. Every time I come here I end up having to wait in the drive through for at least 20 minutes. This place is very poorly ran and not worth the wait when there is another Taco Bell 1 mile away. My son went to this location tonight and he accidentally ordered the wrong item and caught it before he paid. The drive thru person got upset and said “ I wish this n*^#@ would learn how to order!!! Who in hell talks to their customers like this. Taco Bell is a must have for me and an all time favorite, although my girlfriend had never tried it I wanted to give her a great first experience and it was not. I ordered the double Crunchwrap supreme and just asked no lettuce and tomato and if they could substitute extra cheese that I’ll pay for and meat, as I saw them charge the extra ammentites I was happy to know they were at least listening, that was until I received my tray and sat down to inspect the food realizing the Crunchwrap only had a soggy tostada inside it with half a scoop of rice and some sour cream, not any beef, not any cheese, and not even filled, looked like somebody sat on the food. So I nicely ask them to please add what I asked for and the lady says because I already touched it they can’t add anything and they can’t do a refund at the moment because the system has a glitch so I left my food fully untouched and left wasting $17.24. Good thing there is s Taco Bell down the street that actually has some skill and personality
