First off let me say, this is a real decent Taco bell Id give it a 5 had it not of been for location. Its on the end of town though in a small plaza, pretty dark there. Not a real good atmosphere at all.Food is as always has been, I mean its taco bell, its consistent.Seems a little pricey though for just a burrito supreme and a drink. I mean its not the actual size of a burrito. Not much to it. Prices high all over though.If you use the drive thru you can get in pretty easy and theres never a wait. When I go back Ill probably do the same. Its definately not an in eat location but nice to have in Ramona.

This is a very nice Taco Bell! I frequent this place quite often and only once have they messed up my order. The people at the drive thru are really nice and today particularly, I was helped by a new person, she was SUPER friendly. Viviana is what my receipt said, Saturday morning around 10:30, 10/27/23. I was impressed by how popular she was!!

Ive always loved Taco Bell. Even more so, since they introduced breakfast. This is my local Taco Bell. I wish they got more support from their IT department. Their mobile app ordering has been down for weeks, and they have to tell people they are working on fixing it. We all know its not their fault. Its corporate and IT that isnt supporting them.

Ratings based on the fact that it is Taco Bell. This seems to be one of the better ones however every now and then they forget something or get something wrong which is normal and somewhat expected at any fast food. Overall Ive had good experiences with this one.

Im extremely surprised to find this location closed until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesdays when breakfast ends at 11:00. I was very disappointed to put them in my mind for breakfast on that day. I showed up at 9:30 and went to the job empty handed.Update I was given my Mexican pizza sideways so everything is off kilter. Always fun!

Be super careful, this place does not look at your order in the slightest or double check. We have to vegetarians at my work and this Taco Bell does not care at all if they get a mouth full of meat. Place should be shut down

For health reasons I rarely eat fast food. Due to that I was worried I couldnt get my ALL TIME FAVORITE item, the Enchirito! It wasnt on the menu but they were happy to make one for me & it was every bit as good as the ones I got in the 1970s! Very cool, keep it up!

Only gets the 3 stars because I love Taco Bell. However there have been multiple times where I’ve gone through the drive through to pick up an online order for my family and there are missing items. Happened so many times I’ve had to make it a habit to stop in the parking lot to check before heading home. Employees are so so nice but it can be a bit frustrating when a chalupa is missing.

Only taco bell that Ive ever been to that makes potato tacos so tiny...if I ask for extra cheese i get a normal amount ..the potatoes are hardly there and alot of the times dont taste fresh. Super bummed out since I love taco bell and I live in Ramona now. Brought up that they hardly put any cheese when I ask for extra and she said well we only give a pinch, and when you ask for extra you get two pinches she said I could come get them remade and asked if I had the tacos with me and I said yes I have them with me so I gave her my tacos. Pretty sure I got the exact same tacos back. . I pay 50cents per taco for a tiny pinch of extra cheese should be freeMakes no sense. 🤦‍♀️They would get so much more business if they made the food better. On 6/2/22 @ 824AM. I went into the drive thru. The front Drive Thru light was not on, for guest to see, there were 4 cars in line of the drive thru. At the drive up speacket, The Breakfast menu was not displayed, so when I asked about the Breakfast menu I was given a verbal list of 3 items. At 839 AM I arrived at the pick up window. The employee was not very courteous, no Good Morning or Thank you, after being handed my food I had to ask for condiments, which were requested at the dive up speaker. Customer service goes along way. This day I was not impressed at all.

I am usually impressed with the staff here. Friendly, courteous, and they dont mind putting up with special requests from picky customers. It is the simple things too, like well packaged food when you get things to go. The food is neatly placed in the bag which makes it much easier to divide up one you get home. Thanks Taco Bell staff.

Order totally incorrect. Didnt notice until we got home. Called Taco Bell and I thought I was speaking to a Manager but he handed over the phone to the Drive thru employee. Instead of apologizing and being empathetic I was drilled on the exact time I was in drive up, asked Six times what my order was, exact amount I paid and made to feel like I was lying. She asked me to bring it back, that wasnt happening. I just wanted acknowledgment that they made a mistake and an apology. I got neither.

I just like taco bell, and this location was better than most. The staff was great, and the food tasted fresh and delicious. They also seemed to put more meat than usual on their tacos. So if youre one of the odd people who actually enjoy this American version of Mexican food, then give this taco bell a try!

Little hard to see at night when its dark but super polite girl working drive thru, and they were super fast with my big family size order! Food was fresh, aesthetically appealing (which is rare these days in the fast food industry) and piping hot, order was perfect, and nobody skimped on napkins and sauces! I would call it as close to their standard of perfect as you can possibly get. Aside from the lack of lighting and ability to see the place, of course. Excellent work tonight kids! They changed the dollar menu I liked a lot. they didnt just raise the price but got rid of all 4 of the things I would order. the feedback I just replaced said that they had a good dollar menu and was open til at least 10. half of that is still true but I havent been back since because I dont know what to order or if they even have anything I will eat. the guy that helped me did a great job with me and my order. he did a good job explaining the changes and made me tostadas still which made me happy and that was cool since I was frustrated and on break and hungry without time to go elsewhere. I gave 2 stars 1 for being open and til late. and one for that guy that helped me. he also took care of me another time and went out of his way to feed me despite being out of beef and most stuff and only open for 5 min longer he made me a steak tostada and frito burrito with steak and both of those were awesome and I would definitely order those if I could. not only can I not I cant even get the beef ones. the steak ones were really good and when I was a kid I swear I remember a tostada that had beef and beans that would be great also. I dont like slimy sauces or white sauces or vegetables and the menu now breaks my heart and belly. I will be looking for a commercial letting me know they have something I will eat and for not too much. I ate there 3 or 4 times a week and have not been back since your menu changes

Either you have a soft spot in your junk food heart for Taco Bell or you do not. I finally found a Taco Bell buddy--my sister. I had my usual taco supremes. Their food though comes precooked, was wicked under cooked. If you dont mind a blender then pooring your food onto a tortilla then this place is for you. I love taco bell, but this one gets several thumbs down. Plus the nightmare of a drive throuh. After 8pm i would worry about getting robbed, never mind the terrible turn you make.

My family and I had went to the taco bell here in Ramona a lot of times and then after never being overdrawn in over 10 years with wells Fargo I had 2 charges that werent made by us from taco bell that put me overdraft 21.91 I believe was the total so I talked to Chad(the owner) and he said they didnt give cash back just food credit. So after I ended up having to pay the overdraft charge at my bank it was almost 57.00. He said he would take care of it in food credit. He wouldnt answer my calls while waiting in his restaurant but called his manager back and told her just 3 meals no more. I ended up getting just under 13 dollars worth of food that cost me 56.91 total with my bank. If I would have known he was going to play it like that I would have filed fraudulent charges instead of trying to help not put any bad things on his business since variety is good in Ramona. I know recommend that residents here pick another place and none of my family will be returning there after having an owner try to pull one over on a customer. Thanx so much for all that u didnt do to make a mistake by someone involved with your company and hopefully if u survive u will learn a lesson from this chad
