I had the best taco bell food ever at this location. The food was delicious and hot really looked like the food in the pictures. Whoever was working the drive thru at 11:30am had wonderful customer service skills. I normally dont write reviews for fast food places but today it was on point.

Food was great but the service needs work. Girl taking the order needs to LISTEN to what is being ordered and should study the menu so she can know what is being sold there. Ordered a couple of steak soft tacos and ended up with 2 crunchy tacos. Big difference... then when we asked her about it at the window she assured us we got the right items and would not shut up long enough to listen to what we asked for and wanted. We checked the food before leaving and saw that the order was WRONG. We dont live close to the this Taco Bell so good thing we checked before getting all the way home.

Burrito Supremes are large thick burritos with beans, meat, lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions and sour cream. I asked for no onions which they put onions on it for one thing and this was the poorest excuse for a burrito supreme. Ive seen bean and cheese burritos look better than this. I can honestly say I have never had a burrito look like this before, gross!

Every time we go to Taco Bell they are always kind and making sure that were satisfied in our order. I will not go to any other talk about except this one that is is on State Street in San Jacinto. I love home cooked food but when we do go out and eat the quality food and specially the service that they give is really appreciative. Their patience’s and kindness to make sure that your order is right and that you are satisfied. I do really do appreciate when I leave from just getting my order I am happy and satisfied it really makes your day.

Staff are awful, food was cold, shredded cheese was stale. No hot sauce. Service by staff at drive through is possible the worst at any drive through and the order was short multiple items that were charged for.Definitely wont spend money here, in future Ill go to Del Taco or a proper Mexican Food place.

As for July 22nd 2021, it rates 3.8 stars, and for good reason, it earns that with justice. The majority of the time service is great and crew is very responsive, even preparing order correctly. My annoyance comes with the fact that freezes arent available since the machine has been broken for the better part of a year... 🙄 But when there is a hiccup, its more of a highway collapsing, wait times can be exaggerative rarely, even more severely, I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru because the manager was talking to her boyfriend thru his car, I mean, COME ON!?! I reccomend this location, but I have had my bad experiences, granted I go there 2-3 times a week.

I like this Taco Bell in particular because they are fast. I cant tell you how many times I go to Taco Bell and have to wait forever to get my food. I havent dined at this location but every time I go to the drive-through they are fast and courteous and they give you all the sauce and that means you need. Plus the tacos are never broken. Its a great place to get a cheat meal.

I always come to this place and love it. The staff is super friendly. Today the taco salad was smaller and my nephews 7 layer burrito was coming undone. The nachos I order for my kids was really good though. Just wished they put a little more cheese. They went light on the cheese.

I ordered the Doritos Locos Tacos with chicken instead of beef. They were good and had a good amount of sour cream and cheese They also gave us plenty of hot sauce and napkins. I would visit this Taco Bell again. The only con is that they were doing construction and we didnt know if they were open or closed. They need a Open During Construction sign.

Terrible service on this location,at San jacinto of of State street. No manners their are rude,and there never serve you the order properly,missing items in it, and pack wrong and then,give you a an attitude when you try to explain what is wrong with the order and you want a better service. Also be aware that people that dont want sugar in there cafe for medical reasons just cream, they pump something in your cafe like a syrup with a bunch of sugar in it.(to me it look like Condense milk) . There are terrible !!!

At first they were polite and friendly. But when they ask what type of sauce we wanted. We ask for HOT sauce, they gave us Mild sauce with 3 HOT sauce. So we told them that we asked for HOT sauce, not Mild. The cashier give us an attitude and said that its what the screen says, thats why I give you Mild. We told her, we asked for HOT sauce at the speaker before we got to the window. At the end, she gave us more HOT sauce.

What matters is the service turn the people in which room work there. And this location of taco Bell in San jacinto California off of State Street has absolutely horrible service. I have lived in the area half of my life and because of it being the closest we always force ourselves to go there when we want taco Bell and it never fails! Something always goes wrong and with being said they are rude at that. I just ordered some breakfast for my family brought at home 10 minutes away and realize my order was wrong. I brought it back so my order can be corrected, I went through the drive-thru and they demanded for me to go inside. I told him Im not there to convenience them but only myself especially considering they got my order incorrect. I was literally there 5 minutes trying to explain what was wrong when it was very simple, I did not order these burritos I ordered a different kind and told them what kind. my grande meal was supposed to have five soft tacos not five hard tacos. Very simple! After about 6 minutes Ive talking with them and finally getting through to their heads, she refunded me the extra money I paid and began to correct my order. After about 5 minutes of waiting jazz music I can pull to the front, I told her no they already got my order wrong Im staying in the Drive-Thru until my order is put in my hands so I can make sure its correct. Obviously they have a drive-thru for a reason dont they? I never pull forward when restaurants asked me to otherwise I would not be using their drive-thru service in the first place. I literally had to sit there and wait 17 minutes before they finally brought me 5 soft tacos into simple $1 breakfast burritos on their value menu. Not only should I have not have had to wait 17 minutes but she basically tossed the bag to me and said sorry for the wait very rudely as if it was purposely intended to happen. F*** this taco Bell

The first experience I had here was crazy cause the customers they had turn me off to the service. But I went last night as I work in the temecula mall and closed and just wanted dome taco bell was in the area at open time, I had a friend with me and I said I had 2 separate orders. And immediately the gentleman with blonde curly hair said that he doesnt do 2 separate orders. The funny part is that my friend with me worked for taco bell not very long ago and has done 2 separate orders. As a manager.. maybe you should train your employees not be lazy at 8 pm and work. I work hard and I will never send a penny here again. Train your employees not to be lazy. Nothing pisses me off more than coming to a taco bell to be rejected. Ya guys better hope I dont call the headquarters of taco bell. Have fun explaining that. Yelp will being having a review with you guys as well. Work on your training skills management. Your employees are ruining your customers service.

Sold out on beef had this happen a couple times. Went there 20 min before closing another time and they refused service cause they had already cleaned up. Poor workmanship, employees are poor mannered, poor clean up have to ask to clean tables, then get attitude, bathroom is not maintained. Better to take business elsewhere. Another location in Hemet at Florida Ave crossing Sanderson is well maintained and employees have more respect, and better work ethics.

First off Taco Bell is my favorite fast food joint. However, this particular location is just awful; always has a long wait in the drive through (with only one or 2 cars ahead of me, I should not be in for 20+min wait times) frequently get different portion sizes on different visits, 2 visits in a row with stale chalupa shells, and my personal pet peeve is their absolute refusal to give me mild OR fire sauce. The last 4 times I have come here, I specifically ask for both mild sauce AND fire sauce, yet only receive a few packets of their hot sauce. I will not be returning to this location, instead Ill drive the extra few miles to get to the San Jacinto one.Still gave 2 stars because, hey, its still taco bell, and if youre lucky enough to get the taco sauce you ask for then its still hard to beat.

Awful customer service. On top of that they got my order wrong. I offered 2 chalupa boxes and since i got two boxes I didn’t bother checking the food before leaving the restaurant. One box was for my son which I was dropping it off at the college about a mile away. When I got there I gave him his box and he was taking off when I opened mine to take a bite and behold it was nachos!!! I yelled at my son to check his and sure enough it was nachos too. So he gave it back to me so i can exchange it for him. I get there and the workers seen it was me so they said someone will be with you but they should of just said that I had to wait for the guy who helped me. I waited quite a while and finally the guy who had done my order comes out. I tell him he got my order wrong and he said no I ordered nachos. I said no, I ordered the chalupa box. So he said it’s ok I’ll fix it. Then another customer walks in and I remember him from earlier too. He said they got his wrong too. He had ordered nachos. Anyways they should of at least let me keep the nachos since I had to waste time and gas to go have them fix their mistake. So... Usually Ive never had a problem with this Taco Bell, ever, not once. Used to pick up food for my boyfriends uncle for him and they were pretty speedy and nice. Well tonight specifically, I ordered food with my boyfriend and his friend at the drive through which he was getting for his sick girlfriend, got the food, went and checked the food in the parking lot. He insisted our order wasnt in there, and we had gotten our beefy five layer and taco, and my boyfriends two dorito tacos, except he was missing one, it was supposed to be three to complete the order. His friend had his food which was a 8-10 pack I believe of the burritos and tacos. We went through the drive through, boyfriend confirmed he was missing one. We went to the second window and showed them the receipt and explained what happened, mind you he had even paid with $100 and only got about $36-ish worth of food... The lady refused and wanted to see the bag, and we went to show her, but then again she refused and said that the younger girl who had served us had put it in... and told us we were wrong but refused to check the bag and just closed the window... She told us to come inside, how are we supposed to do that when its drive through only ? Its Covid-19 and nothing is open in Hemet / San Jacinto is far as dining in as of now... I wasnt mad, didnt react any negative way, just asked what we could do and she was bitter. Never got treated like that and that was the first... Thats how you lose customers and they kept the extra cash we never got from that missing taco. Thanks, Taco Bell. I guess. Wasnt mad, but it would be nice to have something done about that. Thanks for keeping the cash and keeping the extra money you didnt need.

This Taco Bell in San Jacinto I will never go too! Every time I go they always mess up my order. I went for 12 tacos and 7 of them were all broken shells, like really their not looking or what? Over the phone I let them know and on my next visit I would get my 7 replaced, so I went 2 days later to place the 7 taco order, I mentioned that they were broken shells the last time, so they made me my 7. I work late night and usually come here about 1230 am before they close. Its common for the girls working to stop taking drive thru orders or to pretend like theyre closed.. The door says that they close at 1am.. Its an inconvenience. Go to Del Taco, where theyll always take your order.

I entered the restaurant with intentions to dine there. When I went to the restroom to wash my hands before ordering, there was a handwritten sign on the door stating knock before entering door does not lock.I did knock before entering, only to find a nasty restroom with the soap dispenser broken with parts on the floor, the sink not draining, and paper towels all over the floor.Sorry Taco Bell that was a deal-killer for me, ewwe!
