Taco Bell is a damn franchise people! Obviously taco Bell taste good and hits the spot. Always! LOL well you have to realize win writing a review to the franchise company, is to keep in mind we all know it tastes good or we would not be going there in the first place. What matters is the service turn the people in which room work there. And this location of taco Bell in San jacinto California off of State Street has absolutely horrible service. I have lived in the area half of my life and because of it being the closest we always force ourselves to go there when we want taco Bell and it never fails! Something always goes wrong and with being said they are rude at that. I just ordered some breakfast for my family brought at home 10 minutes away and realize my order was wrong. I brought it back so my order can be corrected, I went through the drive-thru and they demanded for me to go inside. I told him Im not there to convenience them but only myself especially considering they got my order incorrect. I was literally there 5 minutes trying to explain what was wrong when it was very simple, I did not order these burritos I ordered a different kind and told them what kind. my grande meal was supposed to have five soft tacos not five hard tacos. Very simple! After about 6 minutes Ive talking with them and finally getting through to their heads, she refunded me the extra money I paid and began to correct my order. After about 5 minutes of waiting jazz music I can pull to the front, I told her no they already got my order wrong Im staying in the Drive-Thru until my order is put in my hands so I can make sure its correct. Obviously they have a drive-thru for a reason dont they? I never pull forward when restaurants asked me to otherwise I would not be using their drive-thru service in the first place. I literally had to sit there and wait 17 minutes before they finally brought me 5 soft tacos into simple $1 breakfast burritos on their value menu. Not only should I have not have had to wait 17 minutes but she basically tossed the bag to me and said sorry for the wait very rudely as if it was purposely intended to happen. F*** this taco Bell

You have been driving and the hunger bug raises its head.With a plan to go to the town of San Jacinto either named for our famous mountain looming in the distance or the other way around, I arrived in this small community and proceeded down Main Street.There tucked at the end of the street, was this small Mexican restaurant.I ordered quesadillas to go. While waiting, I struck up a great conversation with a woman who lived here 22 years.Definitely recommend. I hadnt such a flavorful quesadilla in a very long time.

We just ordered 3 huge pizzas today and NOT only is it some pretty darn good & high quality pizza, (I would know, I worked at 2 other different franchises) but as for the service if I can elaborate thus: even though a boomerish hobble-esque, Igor the hunchback from Frankenstein monstrosity like me causes everyone to miss the rapture by awaiting me to weeble wobble my ancient woolly mammoth self to greet the hapless mortified host to aquire more tectonic plate shattering calories and admit more methane atmospheric gasses to give the government another excuse to eventually force everyone to wait even longer with electric delivery vehicle mandates that run out of battery whenever they must deliver to the hermetically reclusive Buffalo Bob residence, ... yet the employees have been nothing but patient, pleasant, professional, and polite!This company obviously knows how to hire good people!Due to this ray of sunshine in my life,I have thus stopped ordering from Pizza Slutzz & Vamonos Stitzas, because the person answering their phone is always incoherent, unintelligible, grumpy, and with an accent making me think I accidentally called back a telemarketer from some kind of distant terrorist continent and thus Im probably gonna be consuming soy boy crust and possum pepperonis.I would have still been a young, ripped, and buff alpha male giga chad if I was consuming Stadium Pizza ingredients all along, but tragically I only knew about Vamonos pizza, Little Skeezers, Papa Wrongs, and all that other soy boy, anti constitutional, beta boy bologna trash that made me the Jabba the pizza hut, Pillsbury Douhboy, Michelin Man looking orc that those poor kids dont get paid enough to serve!God bless uh Mericuh

This has to be the worst habit I've ever been to. I've been here a total of 3 times, hoping each time it gets better but it doesn't. Costumer service is ridiculous, from the cashier to the order wait time. I always wait here 30+ min and on top of that my food is always cold. I definitely wouldn't recommend this locationUpdate: 2 months later and they still can't get it together I love every other habit location but this one idk what it is but they ALWAYS get my order incorrect. It's always the same mistake for my grilled chicken sandwich! I modify it slightly and they never modify it the way I ask. It's so sad that every time I come here my dinner gets ruined because my order is NEVER correct!!

I got a 3item. I said nothing at all to expect this experience. They over packed the box with rice and chow mein leaving very little room for the entree items.Then while scooping the entree items, he emptied the scoop multiple times to put less meat. Only trying to scoop vegetables. All choice of entrees had more then enough food in them. They do not let you know what items they charge extra for either. Which is about 3-4 items on the hot counter. They wait until your at the register. When I got to the register I got charged for every little thing. All sauces I was charged extra. Had to pay an extra fee for using my card. When I order online I dont have an extra fee. Also got charged $0.25 for the fork.This place is a joke. And bad representative for the chain itself. Mr. Woos is down the street. They will receive all my business and my recommendation for a Chinese place in the area.Really bad service. Give your customers what they pay for. Dont be shady. Its ok to give meat to the customers.

We were looking for a place to dine in at night since we were 45 mins away from home. I called this location which we were near to see what time they closed their dining area. It was 9:30 and the woman who answered said, “We're almost closed, at 10pm.” So we rushed over to get a quick bite. We show up to the doors at 9:40 and the doors are locked. I get a gentleman's attention and he opens the door. He says they are closed for the night and I let him know I had previously called to ask and they said they closed at 10pm. He insisted they were closed so I said to him that If I could contact their corporate office to confirm that info. He let us in, we ordered. Manager was cleaning both soda machines so they were not in working order for us to use. I used the restroom and when I came out, our order is ready and bagged up to go. The cashier told my kids we had to take our food to go, by this time it was 10-15 minutes before 10. Customer service was horrible. I understand the workers want to go home and the last thing they want to do is to serve people near closing time, but the working hours should be respected and they shouldn't make the paying customer feel uncomfortable. I wasn't asking for anything impossible, I just needed to order my food and it was within the supposed business hours. I'm very disappointed with the way they handled this situation and their customer service. If I could choose where to go next time, I wouldn't choose them again, I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. This incident was on 07/25/23. Owners should be aware that business hours are not being respected by employees.

Honestly, my favorite part of this restaurant is that it's open late. Whenever I'm craving noodles or decent Asian food late at night, this is the place I would frequent. While the food is often a hit or miss, the staff are generally friendly. The restaurant is typically well kept and there are always seats available.My recent experience has been pretty good, our waitress was kind and helpful but we did feel a bit rushed with ordering and our bill was handed to us before we were even halfway done with eating.The food was mostly good, a few items weren't quite as tasty as others. We had ordered:- Veggie egg rolls: flavorful, freshly fried, but they were overcooked- Spicy wontons: the wrapper was perfectly thin, the shrimp was juicy, but most of the flavor came from the chili oil- Miso ramen: underwhelming, flavorless, but there was a lot of pork belly though- Kung pao chicken: lacking in flavor and not spicy at all- Shrimp fried rice: my favorite dish that was ordered, it was flavorful and had plenty of protein- Ube butter cake: not too sweet, there was a large scoop of ube ice cream on top of a buttery warm cake, drizzled on top was a delicious ube syrupWhile most of the items looked better than it tasted, this restaurant is still not a bad place to visit.

Need a BREAK from the crowds? Come to the Fairway Cafe is always a delight. The food is overall delicious and the atmosphere is very relaxing and chill. The Swiss burger is a fan favorite and Im a huge supporter of their other burger offerings. If youre vegetarian/vegan theres a few accommodations you can enjoy! The restaurant has a few all-day breakfast options if you missed your meaning meal and the restaurant also has TVs if youre the sporty type. Id recommend this place for lone diners, large parties, and everything in between. Its family friendly, so dont be afraid of bringing your grandma!
