Taco Bell in Yucca Valley

I go to this location at least once a week. The food is good but they could do a much better job fulfilling orders properly. When ordering from the kiosk, they never provide a drink cup when the order comes. I dont mean they sometimes forget--they literally just never do it. They leave the food on the counter and I need to stand there trying to get their attention for them to provide a cup. This happens every time I go, and I see it happen to other customers every visit. You would think at some point they would realize, hey maybe we should actually give customers all the items they order without making it a hassle for them.

Its Taco Bell. I enjoy it on occasion. This location has its issues though. Almost every time we go here, there is an issue with our order. Whether it be they forget something in our order or they dont make the food how we order it, it is consistently messed up. They have also eliminated a lot of the classic menu items and cut back the menu size which is a bummer.one intersting thing they have done with their drive thru at this location is post up a staff member outside with an umbrella to take orders and speed up the drive thru. Smart idea because they are pretty slow taking orders here as well. This gave em an extra star for effort.

Trip ruined.I drove all the way from san diego for a nice weekend getaway. Got to my airbnb late at night craving a good taco. Ordered the food so excited to obliterate it. Three Crunchwrap supremes. Why in the world would anyone need three crunchwrap supremes. On top of that there was no sauce. NO SAUCE. How am i gonna eat these dry, cold, and misportioned crunchwraps with no sauce. Not even a napkin in sight. Thank you taco bell for ruining my night and giving me a reason to never spend money at this location again.

This place takes the meaning of suck to a higher level. Service was slower then a slug and poor at best.The first time wasn’t so good and I figured I would give it a second chance. I was wrong

Conveniently located adjacent to Walmart, so plenty of parking and RV friendly. Ate in the restaurant. Food came out fast but the portions were small and the fries were cold. Plenty of indoor seating, affordable pricing and the restaurant was clean.

This taco bell location is probably the best Ive even been. They always get my order right, give plenty of sauce packs & the food is ALWAYS hot & fresh

Went with a friend to taco bell he ordered and after 23 min of rude service and outher customers waiting that actually left after waiting for someone to even take their order. I asked for the name of the person who was preparing my food and was told his name is George and Joe when I asked to see the managern she told me 2 completely different names I informed her at this point I need to record what you are saying because you are being dishonest she told me she would not talk to me unless I stop recording so I did and was told that I am a lier trying to get her in trouble and that I cannot send my video to taco bell because they dont allow recording after leaving I decided to post this and I will be sending the video to taco bell aswell post it on the internet for all to see I expect that someone will eventually do something about this insane work team that is working the time and date I ordered is Aug 19 at around 5.30 I hope someone from taco bell will review the cameras to see what was said to me and how I was mistreated but what can you expect from taco bell

Well not much to say everyone seemed to feel like we were visiting a cemetery, quiet only a couple people there but food was good though!

The app is where its at!!! Download it and save $$$!!! You can get a free taco on Tuesday, most weeks, build your own cravings box, and items are sometimes less expensive in the app. It is easy to use, and you just go to the drive thru, tell them your name and pull forward.

Steak fries minus the steak, add ground beef... YUMM-O!
