Buyer Beware! After asking the manager why my order was completely deficient of the pictured ingredients on the over-head menu, she claimed “oh, that’s for marketing only”. I guess Taco Bell doesn’t keep up with false advertising lawsuits going on in the fast-food world.Wow

The staff was spaced out and confused. They didnt know what products were in stock. Rudeness is their 1st name! I understand that its just a fast food restaurant, but it beyond disgusting. I wasnt able to take any pictures of the filth behind the counter, but I have attached some of the dining room. The restroom wasnt any better. The chalupa bread was a little hard. Luckily, there was no mold on it. Drive to another Taco Bell/KFC combination instead of wasting your time!

Food always seems rushed when they make it, never actually taste fresh or hot and I’ve been to this location 5+ times. Also the old lady at the drive thru window seems to get overwhelmed after you ask for more than two different sauces and she’ll give you attitude and huff and puff after you ask her.

When you ask for more than 2 types of hot sauces, the elder lady in the drive thru loves to roll her eyes and huff and puff. Doesn’t bother to close the drive thru window and do it. Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but she likes to do it everytime…kinda sucks ya know?

I ordered 2 piece chicken meal... which included a biscuit, side, and drink. By the time I got home...(right down the street) my biscuit was hard like a rock, and my chicken was cold. I will not go back.

This location is decent. I gave it 3 stars because although my experience has been good, on this day my taco shells were a bit stale. The staff is always nice. It can be a bit challenging to get out of your parking space if the drive thru lone is long because of how the parking lot is made.

11/17 5pm. Picked up dinner and over the last couple of years your store has gotten worse in very way. The quality of your food is terrible. I paid $6. for steak burrito supreme and it was smaller than a bean burrito. Chips are always stale. Id rather drive further away just to get better food. Mgr has to really look at it. Also the employee give very bad service.

Its not too bad and the prepare it clean, however they dont put hot sauce in the bag auto, you have to ask for it. its taco bell so dont expect premium luxury when you pay fast food. but its ok here. fast and clean

After confusing our order three separate times, they wasted five tacos and twenty minutes of back and forth (manager, cashier, and cook all involved). Our order? Very simply, two steak crunchy tacos supreme (PAUSE while we wait for them to enter the line item) one soft fresco chicken taco. You would think we were trying to teach them to do a backflip on a pogo stick with a broken arm.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell many times. I always find the experience to be alright. The workers aren’t really motivated to be there. Whenever I walk in to order to-go, it looks like they don’t have enough people. I ask for no sour cream on my order from time-to-time and put emphasis on having no sour cream. But 2 times out of 3, I would still have sour cream. It just makes it really hard for someone to eat their food when they can’t tolerate sour cream. Also, if you’re ordering from the counter, you may need to talk a bit louder (or deeper) since it’s very hard for the cashier to hear you because of the noise from the kitchen. Also, just be sure to double-check your meals before leaving/eating if you have any changes to your order.

Dissatisfied customer. Craving Taco Bell and ended up at this DC location. Husband was craving nacho bell grande and was disappointed . Nacho chips was old and not enough beef tomatoes and cheese. We felt like they rushed preparing our food 😢. Reminded me of that old commercial: “where’s the beef”.

Cold & Loosely wrapped food. I suspect I came at a slow time and they premade burritos and Chalupas. I was very hungry, yet when I saw and tasted the food, I lost my appetite. The Taco Bell on Rockaway Beach has never let me down. This is the first and last time I come to this one. ABSOLUTELY NO LOVE in the food.

The whole time we were waiting for our order the Bros behind the counter were cussing at friends in the restaurant and making comments like Get me the **** out of here.
