Food is good for the price. I liked the teriyaki and orange chicken. They give you sauces and Sriracha sauce. Friendly service. Tasty food. The dinning area is small and very hot. Not too comfortable. I usually take to go. Very fast service.

Great customer service, they always give you a lot plus a free egg roll, but the plates did get smaller but that’s probably in most Chinese places. The prices are the best around plus good tasting food.

Long lines at dinner time but worth the wait. Generous servings, food usually fresh. Good variety too. Tip the lady, please, she works way too hard. Recommend jalapeno chicken, its a 20!

Really good food...and great price too. Usually Chinese food is a bit more pricey. Tasty Goody has 3 meats, chow me in and rice for $7.99. Add shrimp for, $1.00 more. Clean, follow covid-19 guidelines, must wear masks and they are really fast. Food is cooked right there...fresh. Oh and for dessert we go next door to Yum Yum Donuts. Saturday night family CHEAT NIGHT. 💯

This used to be my favorite place for Chinese food in Norwalk. After the last owner change over a year ago I’ve given the new staff not one but two chances and both times I had to throw the food away it was bad. The food is visibly old, very mushy from sitting there too long and the place has gone down the drain as far as cleanliness. So sad to see it so neglected.

Good place for Chinese food they offer vegeterian options and cook it on a clean service with new pots and pans and thats really saying something for a chinese food place. Its also a really old looking place But Im glad that they try and let me sample something new or something I havent tried before. A good place for people who like chinese good with friendly servers.Update 2022:Theyre still super nice and adhere to covid protocols and still give you good customer service. The lady is so nice and they continue to cook fresh spicy tofu (vegetarian). Great place to come too.

My family and I just discovered Tasty Goody here in norwalk in the past year!.Where has this been because it is now our go-to place for chinese take out! Their selection for quick pick is great, they have great boba tea drinks, and their special plates like the shrimp and lobster star, the dragon and phoenix plate, and the variety of chop suey with choice meat tastes delicious.

Came here randomly once and have made it my go to for Chinese food out here in Norwalk. Really good and they always hook it up with an egg roll on top of the fat plate they give you. A bonus is the lady that works there knows Spanish like it’s her first language! Dope spot def recommend

Sweet lady packs the plate heavy. Food was great. Try a quart of meat for 8.99. The 2 sides dish is only 7.99, great value. Will for sure come back to this spot for my Chinese food

Food was lousy and messed up my order had to go back. They didnt want to take responsibility are there mistake instead they wanted to talk amongst themselves in their own language. (Vietnamese, Cambodian or Japanese) so I dont know what the hell they were saying!!( 1 tip) make sure you get a receipt and if they say the machine cannot give out a receipt theyre lying

I just ordered and ate some food from here. Only reason I got it was because theyr the only drive thru Chinese place I could find.So let me tell you about the food, the Orange chicken was ok and the cung pow chicken was ok and the chow mien was fresh BUT the teriyaki chicken was horrible and old and dry and hard so that knocks off points.The lady working there was really nice thats the best thing I could say about it.Would I go back ? No it wasnt my tasteWas it terrible ? No, just the teriyaki chickenIll update this if I get sick off of it if I dont update this then I was fine or I died ...

Hungry Fatty goes to Tasty GoodyHappening upon a Valpak advertisement for Tasty Goody, my eyes spied a 3 item combo w/ egg roll for $6.49. Appreciating a good deal when I see one, I made the quick jaunt to Tasty Goody for some lunch.Potato chicken, teriyaki chicken, salt & pepper chicken wings, egg roll & fried rice/chow mein-The potato chicken is chicken with potato wedges & sauce. Sort of like a Chinese poutine, I enjoyed the fluffy on the inside potato wedges and the tender chicken. The teriyaki chicken consisted of a grilled breast cut up in front of me & doused with teriyaki sauce. Without the teriyaki, the breast wouldve been bland on its on. It is a large protein serving, which is always a plus. Generous helpings of fried rice & chow mein wont keep you hungry. The chow mein seemed a little soggy, but I didnt mind too much. The only thing Tasty Goody skimped on were the salt & pepper wings. 1 item = 3 wing sections. I was hoping for at least 5, but alas, only 3. However, they were breaded well, with a little kick & my favorite of all I had.I asked if I could have soup as one of my items, but was told its a la carte only. Besides the already prepared food, Tasty Goody has made to order menu items, as well.In a hurry? Tasty Goody has a drive-thru for those that want to stay in their car. Parking is in a small private lot, with street parking available. A good amount of seating for those that choose to dine in. Service was good, as the ladies were friendly & appreciated my business.Without having high expectations coming in, I found Tasty Goody to be a decent Chinese fast food restaurant. Large servings (besides the salt & pepper wings) for a cheaper price than Panda Express can feed you for multiple meals.
