2023-12-03 02:51:49In cold freezing weather, I love a hot bowl of soup. My friends and I recently tried out this restaurant. It was an amazing experience. They gave us so many side dishes and you put in the hot soup. It cooks within ten seconds. I guess thats related to the restaurant name “ ten seconds…”Service was great. The waitress explained to us about the soup and let my friend do basic soup sampling. Most of their broths are pork based. I tried the fish soup. It was delicious. The place is nice and clean. I loved the fact, we entered the restaurant and they immediately greeted us. We were able to get seats since it was empty.Nice addition to the Elk Grove Community!

2023-10-08 20:35:38I arrived around 11:45 am with my family (2 adults 1 toddler). There was around a 5 min wait.Food: I ordered the tomato soup base with beef brisket. The soup base taste like hotpot soup bases that you can get in Asian markets (really flavorful but taste a bit synthetic). The beef briskets are really tender and juicy. The rice noodles are really springy, perfect noodles for soups. Be careful with the bowls as they are really hot. I wish there was more veggies though.Service: The servers were nice. They really cared about my toddler.Atmosphere: The place is clean and bright. Sitting might be a bit cramped. Don’t expect the place to be quiet.Price: Normal for the food size and today’s economy. ($12~18/person)Overall a great experience. I will come again.

2023-12-05 05:04:01I had to check this place out after seeing the cute display of tiny dishes in my feed. I also love hot soup/noodles and have heard of this noodle chain. We got here at around 6:30 pm on Friday night and it was packed. We waited for about 10 minutes for a table, which gave me time to checkout the menu. The decor is plain, simple and clean.I got the A6 Tomato Pork Cartilage Rice Noodles. If you dont want any meat, you can order A5. They bring out all the ingredients in their own small dishes in a tray. You get lettuce, corn, ham, quail egg?, scallion, goji berries, noodles, and few other ingredients that I have seen but dont know what they are called in English. The piping hot soup in a clay pot came out about 10 minutes later. The fun part is adding the ingredients that you like in the soup to cook and wait few minutes because it is super hot! The broth/soup is delicious and flavorful. Best part was the pork cartilage! It was tender and savory. Cartilage is actually really good for you. Its high in collagen, which is great for your joints and skin.My husband got the C3 Picked Cabbages & Fish Fillet Rice Noodles. I think his ingredients are slightly different than mine and obviously he has fish fillet. The broth/soup is lighter and kind of creamy. If you dont like fish, dont get this. The fish filet doesnt taste frozen and they gave you a generous amount. It was very good!We didnt order any appetizer/snack and they have about a dozen choices. The usual popcorn chicken, potstickers, fries and stuff like that.We did order Super Kumquat Lemon drink. It was super sweet and I didnt like it. I should have asked for reduced sugar but forgot.Overall, a nice addition to Elk Grove. Plenty of parking on this side of Elk Grove Commons.

2023-12-08 04:07:36I find the small dishes unnecessary and gimmicky other than for a pretty Instagram photo. Just put everything in the bowl and you will have less dishes to wash and hence, less banging in the kitchen. It was way too noisy.Taste-wise, its ok. I find the broth for the noodles a bit underwhelming.

2023-11-02 02:36:47We didnt know what to expect but we wanted to try something new. Service was awesome, they took the time to explain the different dishes and all what our usual preferences were. The food died up and they showed his how to prepare the bowls. The good was excellent!

2023-10-16 05:51:56I went to the restaurant around 4:45 pm and was seated immediately and was greeted. The staff were very friendly and overall the vibe at the restaurant and the decorations were simple yet amazing. I order the A18 the kimchi with beef, it was amazing had a little bit of spice. I also ordered milk tea with boba, the boba was nice and chewy and milk tea was spot on. I highly recommend this place! Will come again.

2023-11-04 02:06:38Unique to Elk Grove but tasty Yunnan style soup noodles. All the fixings are excellent. The cucumber salad has just the right mix of spicy and sour.

2023-11-28 11:26:50It is hard to find this favorite of rice noodle around this area.At the same time, they did it wonderfully. If you are not able to eat spicy you can still try the favorite that is not.
