My food was really okay at best . I have been wanting to try it since I see it pop up on my IG a lot but I was a bit disappointed . I am willing to give it a try again because there were a couple of menu items that I wanted to try . I got the teriyaki bowl with chicken and shrimp . Chicken is bland and was overcooked so it’s a bit rubbery . Shrimp was good . Wasn’t expecting it to be tempura shrimp though and it comes with only 3 but was still good nonetheless. Gyoza was the best part . The gyoza being good is always crucial for me when they appear on a menu and I am very satisfied with it . Overall this place is aite .

Great food, chicken tender and lots of flavor. Avocado was a plus! Gyoza were flavorful with a lil crunch.Dining area clean and packed with customers. They have a kids menu (burger and chicken strips) kids are it all up. 2 combo plates and 2 kids meals we ate for around $40, big portions as well.
Food was delicious. No complaints about the taste. Just wished they would pack the plates a little more. The register lady was super friendly and nice. We ordered 2 chicken teriyaki salads, 2 beef and chicken plates and one steak bowl.

I want based on an IG video of their Teriyaki meals, and I dont know if I just expected more, but the food was just ok, the employee at the register wasnt very helpful in deciphering the menu variations. I got fries just in case the food was disappointing. As it turns out the food was ok. Nothing to write home about.

I had been looking for a good teriyaki restaurant and I finally found it. This place has some very delicious teriyaki chicken,beef, and shrimp. At an affordable price and they serve large quantities.

Overall it was great here! It was our second time here and invited friends to join us and they loved it as well. We all got beef, chicken and shrimp plate, mine with brown rice and it was delicious. I love that the steamed veggies were spot on a long with the rest of our meals. Very friendly customer service, and it was clean inside. Coming back for sure!

The place is pricy yes, So dont be shocked lol its worth it tho. The portions are big. I ordered the super fries with chicken and they were amazing. Full of flavor. Place is small to eat here. I recommend the butterfly shrimp was great best ever chef kiss💋! Chicken tasted like it was boiled, then grilled for an ending sear. The beef, I dont know what to say it was dry. The teriyaki fries were great, but they were missing something, and ultimately, I think it tasted so similar to In and Out Animal style that i needed some grilled onions to make it better. Tables were sticky, I think, cause they needed time for the varnish to dry.
This is absolutely the new favorite spot. I’ve already used it for a party and they’ve done great for catering. The teriyaki sauce is not like anything I’ve ever had before it’s not too sweet it’s not too salty. The avocado is fresh. The portions are amazing and the staff is just great.
Recently opened and portion sizes are very good. Food is good, went around 11:45 for a large chucken bowl. The chicken could use a lil more flavor and more marinating time but other than that- 👍 up. Check it out

I wish there was a way to rate staffing so I took away a star from service. However their problem is a good problem. They have so much business that they are understaffed! We ordered one of every type of meat (chicken, pork, tofu, shrimp & beef) all of them were so tasty.

2023-11-30 18:38:04A good place to have some healthy choice dining. We had the chicken and beef combo. The meats were dry and tough to eat, but the avocado were finely sliced, which was good. The spot is hard to find. Their sign is small, so you may pass it if you are not really looking for it. Also, when we were dining in, some girl was moping and brushing the floor, it was not a good time to be doing that if people are eating inside. It kills the mood, especially if the smell is overwhelming. I understand cleaning it, but it can wait until closing time. Overall, I would come again, but lets make the meats more tender and soft please

I said Yes.She said ok, that will the large then.Rung it up. $16!So much for my bowl, got an order for 2 basically.Wish she could have mentioned it came in sizes Sm, Med, Lrg.Instead of ringing me up for the highest ticketed item.The food was good,More steamed veggies, over a section bed of rice under the chicken.I really just wanted a chicken bowl.As a first timer, honesty is appreciated.Felt taken advantage of.Seating is over crowding.

You can add avocado and it also comes with a salad on the side. My brother got the fires with chicken and steak drizzled with teriyaki and thousand island dressing on top he also added avocado.

2023-08-15 21:11:55Plain on the outside plus signage is hard to see, but worth going to. Fast service. Yummy teriyaki beef bowl. Shrimp bowl only had 2 shrimp...but counter girl made sure I was aware of that. Know that there is a 75 cent charge to use a credit card. Well be back!

I got the super teriyaki fries, my fiancé had the chicken bowl with just veggies and no rice (meat was good), and our daughter had the chicken teriyaki and shrimp bowl! Everyone really liked the food.

2023-02-20 02:28:18I was craving Teriyaki Fries and this place really hit the spot. I loved the cheeseburger and extra crispy fries with teriyaki on the side for dipping. Although, the seasoning on the fries were good on its own. The teriyaki sauce was perfectly sweet, with the right consistency. The chicken teriyaki bowl was exactly how I wanted it, chopped up chicken thighs, green onions, on a bed of rice with some good Teriyaki sauce. Customer service was good and service was quick. The place was really cute inside, with the exception of using the guest area for storing rice and supplies. I give the bathroom 3.75 stars. There was one unisex bathroom with decorative tile and colors, making it look nice.

2023-09-29 21:14:51I have been looking for great teriyaki chicken ever since Spikes closed many years ago.The House Grill is a small place that is set far back from the street so dont blink or you will miss it.I visited at noon on a weekday ado it was a little busy. The young woman the counter was very friendly.The food: I got a large combo bowl half chicken and half beef. The chicken was excellent! Cooked properly, not dry and great tasting. The teriyaki sauce was a little thin for my liking but it was tasty. I like thicker sauce. The beef was okay. Too thinly sliced for my liking and cut to long.The place was clean however the chairs were horrible IMO. I am a bigger guy, not huge and my hips didnt fit in the chair. Very uncomfortable.I WILL GO BACK, the chicken was great !!!!!!
