Uhmm? yeah, so im really confused as to why this place even retains a decent review.. but i know of many people living in the area that love the nostalgic aspect of a place that was once** pretty good & has been in the exact same location for years.I will start by saying my friend & i just ate here, the staff could definitely be more polite, & we dont really enjoy throwing up our food because its so terrible. (its not our first visit where its this bad) kindof wish there were a half-a-star option for occasions just like this.
I take my kids here every other week or so to reward them for good behavior at school and I NEVER leave hungry or disappointed.Clean store, delicious food, and friendly staff!

Not the best teriyaki bowl I’ve had, although I loved the tempura and my mom liked the potstickers. The teriyaki sauce had the consistency of gravy and a flavor that was simultaneously too strong and not teriyaki enough. Food was fresh and service fast, though, and the sauce wasn’t so bad cold.
I ordered the tempura shrimp with veggies. They need to change it tempura veggies with shrimp. There were only 3 shrimp. Not like the picture illustration on the wall which shows like 6 or 8 pieces of shrimp. Did like the fried cod. Had a nice coating.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. My first time going in 2 years and the quality is still horrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. The meat is horrible they literally take it out of a plastic bag microwave it in front of you and then put it on your dish. Food is not fresh whatsoever. Not only is it not fresh it taste frost bitten dry and old. I have no idea how this place stays in business.
Best place for Asian food in the Placerville area! The teriyaki is grilled upon order, and theyre very fast. I like that the menu is simple, super easy. I usually go for the combos or the chicken wrap. Would definitely recommend!
My family and I love this place. Its delicious and reasonably priced. The Snap Bowl is delicious and a great healthy option. Yummy!!! Highly recommend this place.
Didnt quite hit the teriyaki craving. Meat could have been more charred and overall the meal could have been a lot better.Best thing was the potsticker.
Best teriyaki around. Been going here for almost 20 years. The grill is well seasoned and the chicken is on point. Cant go wrong with the rice bowl. And then there udon noodles oh yea now Im getting hungry.
Ive gone here for years! They have great service and huge portions for what you pay! This is one of the places I look forward to going to when I come home from college:)
Awful! Dont waste your money. Everything tasted burnt and there were no streamed veggies only some gross lettuce under the burnt meat covered in bad sauce..if i could leave negative stars i would.

2023-08-25 22:02:08I didn’t take any photos because I was so hungry but this place was so good! A little place in a strip mall with big flavor. I heard about them because a friend of mine shot their photos so I was excited to try it! It was very yummy. Their sushi was fresh and the salmon I got was cooked well with yummy sauce.Stop here on your way to Lake Tahoe!

2023-07-25 11:39:56Most times I get the Teriyaki Chicken bowl. Sometimes the sauce is too sweet or salty, but the chicken itself is always grilled and good. Im not a fan of their sushi, but thats not what theyre known for. The gyoza (potstickers) are pretty good. Service is quick and they are friendly.

2023-06-12 05:00:23My beef teriyaki didn’t taste like teriyaki at all it looked and tasted like brown gravy, my rice was saturated with this gravy almost soupy, I ate 1/3 and threw the rest away, on the plus side the young lady that helped me was very nice.
