Absolutely loved the food! It was some of the best I’ve ever had. The quality was impressive, and it arrived quickly through DoorDash. The freshness was remarkable—I couldn’t stop eating. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to others!

Food was good like always. We ordered regular and a large and they had the same amount of chicken. That was really disappointing since weve gone to the marina location and this was not the case. Might as well get the small if the protein portions will be the same. Someone will probably reach out saying the portions are measured so next time Ill bring a food scale ;)

This applies only to the Salinas location: the restaurant has cut back the amount of chicken/prot8they put in their dishes. I consistently see about half the amount of chicken in the bowls than before. Looks like the owner is attempting to cut costs. The bowl is no longer worth it. I wont return to this particular location. Also, the quality of the orange chicken has been reduced by a bit. It is no longer as tasty, and it looks worse than before.I really wish this wasnt the case, because I really liked this place.

Ordered food online.Many options. I got the spicy large bowl and my bf got the made spicy bowl cause he loves extra spicy. Food was so tasty and full of flavor! Didnt eat all had left overs for lunch next day and it tasted even better. It is pricey just for our bowls and no sides or drinks with tax and tip almost $40. But it beat cooking on a long day that ended with car problems 🥴😆😉. We will Def be back for more!

10/10 recommended. The food was great my husband and I order large bowls of teriyaki chicken with rice and veggies and my daughter the orange chicken bowl. Everything was great. It’s a very small place to dine in but we still managed to sit and eat there. It is a bit pricey for just the bowls since it doesn’t come with drink or a side but definitely worth the money. Definitely will be back for more.

I have had no problems in the past. I have had an horrible experience the past 4/5 times. The wait time is long and i order online well before arriving. Also, the side of meat has been less than 8oz as advertised online. I know this because i like to use this as meal prep.

Ordered steak teriyaki meat is so chewy has nasty flavor it tastes old got also a bowl of chicken teriyaki chicken had ZERO flavor and was super dry did not seem freshly cooked as my fork couldnt stab onto it, the worst part was that when removing the meat to try the veggies and noodles a huge string of hair came out of the meat was 100 disgusted that i left the full plate and threw it to the trash not recommended.

So glad they opened a Teriyaki Madness in Salinas! Food was delicious, went to the grand opening and ordered online, process was smooth and my food was ready on time. Service was great as well. Definitely recommend!

Great tasting food. Was excited about this place opening up here in Salinas. Would always have to go to Marina but well worth the trip. The chicken is very well prepared goes great with white rice and the mad sauce there is also teriyaki sauce that does not disappoint veggies give it a good crunch when munching out on this meal. Overall great flavor and very quick to serve. Had no problem with employees and their customer service. A nice change of options when it comes to eating out. Favorite place of all time would 100% recommend to anyone.

Went in AND called to order...both times the VERY 1ST thing they say is, Just to let you know, its going to be a 30-40 min. wait. No greeting or any type of pleasantry. The place literally had 2 people sitting in there. Its this filthy, little hole in the wall. The workers thought it was all funny and were extremely rude. Went right next door to the Habit, and they helped us right away. And they WERE actually busy. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Its bad. Really bad.

Food tasted like boil cardboard. Later on that night me and my friend and I got food poisoning. If it couldnt get worse, we could finish our food it was just nasty. Leftovers went to my little brother, and after an hour, he threw up. Not the place you want to go unless you want food poisoning.

Pretty disappointed. Drove all the way from Santa Cruz to come over here for first time too top it off. I was placing an order and hadnt even paid yet before I gave my money I seen a offer they had to make your bowl a meal that the cashier didnt even mention or offer so I tried to add it on and they said it was too late they alrsdy sent in the order before I even paid?? Never ever heard of that before ridiculous couldnt even add a simple drink and egg roll I could understand if I paid already and tried to add it after the fact but I hadnt even gave them any money prior to my request to make it a meal. Good way to ruin a first time experience

I love this place!!! Order online for expedited service. It’s always soooo good and consistent….and super duper friendly service too!!! Skip the big chain fast food restaurants and support Teriyaki Madnesses. I always order the chicken and rice and feel happy and satisfied after eating a meal at Teriyaki Madness!!!! Not impressed at all. Actually, its very disappointing. Its Panda style foods with a bit higher price. Employees standing around loudly talking & joking around while we have to flick food particles off the table where we sit. The tables & the floor have food & crumpled napkins, yet theyre not cleaning anything up. I ordered the Combo madness salmon teriyaki. Taste like frozen fish and its bland. The egg roll is sad looking. My daughter bought a bowl with Teriyaki chicken & yakisoba. Barely any chicken, and the yakisoba was bland. It would have been better going to Panda or Arigato. We dined-in, but ate our meals in to-go contaners because we were not asked if we were dining in or not. Theres no madness about this place. One and Done!!

I went when they first opened and it was slow and they burnt my chicken. Went again a couple weeks later and theyve tightened everything up. Love the chicken teriyaki and the orange chicken. The crab rangoons are bomb with the sauce too!

Terrible customer service, gave me the wrong order, charged me extra. Gave me ONE chopstick not a pair but just one singular chopstick. Gave my order away right infront of me. The employees are flat out rude. I cant make any of this up.
