It was my second time having Thai food and it was absolutely delicious. The portion sizes are large and so filling. Will definitely have leftovers for the next day
Very impressed with this restaurant. I had the yellow curry with shrimp, which after an active day, really hit the spot.My boyfriend had Basil Duck, and he got it Thai hot (the hottest they make it). I cannot believe how tender the duck was. This has to be the best duck Ive ever had. The dish was very spicy too, which was what we wanted. Fantastic dish.Customer service is fantastic.Ill definitely be returning.
This place is horrible the first time we think maybe because was new but this 2nd time was the worst the food is bad service terrible and actitud was rude and nasty some one needs to teaching some manners.
A sad disappointment... I was in Hesperia with no direct plans to eat thai but couldnt resist when I saw the restaurant up ahead... Sadly it was just awful... I waited for an unusually long amount of time for orange chicken after I received my food, I left immediately (dine out only and food is delivered to your car) my husband was driving so after only a few minutes of getting my order and driving away, my food was nearly cold and very unpleasant tasting...like poor quality meats and sauce... The actual main reason I stopped to eat was because I really wanted some Thai iced tea (favorite tea) and I cant place my finger on what the reason is, but the tea wasnt good at all... My guess is that they dont use whatever the typically used tea is, but an alternative tea that isnt used as much... No matter what it was exactly, it was just off and disappointing... I wont revisit this restaurant again...
Came in and got seated right away. Waited 20 mins for our order to get taken. And when he came to take our order, he didn’t even say anything and just stared at us. Right after, we asked for water and until now (30-40mins) we still have not gotten our water. They prioritize their phone orders more than their dine in customers.
I’d love to give them 5 stars. Delicious, so kind, and they work hard. They just have such a hard time with their phones lines. They never answer on the first 5 attempts. The last two times, someone has answered and left the phone on but never spoke, thus causing the line to be “off the hook” for several minutes after.
Food did not look like it looked in the pictures, and it had no taste... Its ok.. We tried it at least
This place is very delicious. We like chicken cashews, drunken noodles, garlic chicken, chow mein with tofu or chicken. Broccoli chicken and more. We prefer spicy 😋. The staff are always friendly. We crave their food.
My wife and I ordered chicken pad Thai and pineapple curry last night. Hands down best Thai meal we’ve had in awhile. We eat Thai often and last night was amazing 🔥

I come here quite often and never have had a bad experience, love the entire environment and how they go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. My personal favorite item is the vegan pad thai and it truly has never once let me down. I highly recommend this spot !

The food is very tasty, freshly made and the menu gives many choices.They are closed daily from 3 - 5. Warning... As a result of closing til 5, they are typically busy for about 30 mins after opening (both with phone orders & in person dining).It has a family owned feel - its a good thing. Try them out - your sure to be a repeat customer.
The lunch special hot and sour soup was delicious, but the Pad Thai was awful...salty and weirdly flavored. Orange chicken was too sweet and the batter was doughy and not crunchy. The wonton appetizer had mystery meat inside (or tofu?)...not good. Service was quick, but server not very friendly. Overall, Id pass on a second visit.
This was my first time eating Thai food, so I cant compare it. But as far as Im concerned, its delicious eastern bliss. I personally had a simple fried rice bowl while the girlfriend had some drunken noodles (also delicious). There was what seemed like an unnecessarily long wait for one of our dishes, but otherwise, cant complain.
Food was very delicious, just very expensive but its only 1 of 2 Thai restaurants around so its understandable.
Curries were very good 4 out of 5 we had 3 different curries, Pad Thai was a 3.5 out of 5, Fried Rice was on the dry side 2.5 out of 5, Eggrolls & Fried Dumplings were tough & chewy rather than crisp & crunchy so get a 1.5 out of 5. I would go back for curry but skip the rest.
Best thai food up here. I have taken so many of my friends and family here and everyone has loved the food. Delicious! My favorite is the pork or chicken satay and the basil fried rice. Everything I’ve ever tried has been amazing. Definitely recommend

This has always been one of the greatest Thai places. I now live out of state, but my mouth waters remembering their shrimp fried rice, Tom Yum Gai soup, and delicious curries. If you love Thai food, you MUST try this place! And if you have never tried Thai, this is a great place to start.
This is the number one Thai spot to eat at in the High Desert. Everything weve eaten have been super delicious and always as ordered. The service is exceptional. Recently on fathers day they gave us an order of fried wontons free in recognition of this special day! Highly recommend to everyone, wont disappoint....
Outstanding! This place definitely deserves 1st place Thai food. I had the Larb, Spicy Shrimp Soup and the BEST Panang curry Ive tasted in a very long time. Im usually critical of Thai places because many times it tastes unauthentic, but one taste of the Panang makes me think someones Thai grandmother is in the back personally cooking each dish. They slow-cook the beef so definitely try beef in your curry, its melt-in-your-mouth tender, deliciously flavorful and well put together. I have mine with a sprinkle of slivered ginger on top. This is a definite Must Try. Go get some.P. S. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the way the food is prepared. Excellent service 👍
This place has really good fresh tasting food. The server was very nice and accommodating. The inside is a bit small but that makes it feel more comforting. This is definitely where I will be going for thai food from now on. The yellow chicken curry was great and Im not a big fan of curry. The laab is what Im about and it was amazing, so fresh and perfect amount of heat. A High Desert gem for sure.
This place is some of the best Thai food in the High Desert. We love their Son Tum (green papaya salad). Their pad thai and drunken noodles are another favorite as well. It should be noted that they are closed between 3pm-5pm. They have a small restaurant but are pretty fast if you call ahead or eat in.

I love this place!!! Im a noodle enthusiast and i cant recommend this place enough. The portions are a good, healthy size and the prices are great! I took my family here, nervous that they wouldnt like it since theyre so picky but they love this place too! The service is great and the food is always delicious and fresh. 10/10 would recommend
A very pleasant surprise! The restaurant did not look like much from the outside...quite the opposite actually.The waitress was very friendly and attentive.We ordered green curry, pad thai, fried rice and pad si-io. Each dish was fantastic. Great flavours, texture and on top of that, rather big portions.5/5!
Thai Lotus has been in the HD for a long time. Its been one of the pioneers in bringing really good Thai food to our community. Not fancy, just good quality food that remains consistently good, every time you come by.
This review is so overdue but I definitely want to share my personal experience. I go here a lot, my favorite dish is the drunken noodles either in chicken or beef. The atmosphere at the restaurant is very home-ish. I usually get my food to go and again love love love the food here! Try their duck and drunken noodles, their pad thai is also very delish with so much flavors in every bite. I definitely try to come here every month because the food and service here is always great! They appreciate the business and always acknowledge you when you walk in. Thank you Thai Lotus!

Ive been going here a few years off and on. Its the only place I eat Thai food at, and Id recommend the Pineapple Fried Rice with Tofu or Chicken. You get a LOT of food for your money, so Id also recommend sharing a meal with someone unless youre capable of eating colossal portion sizes. The restaurant doesnt look like much, but it tastes awesome.

The food is spectacular! Ive tasted a lot of pad thai noodles and this place, by far, has the best in the high desert. The sweet and sour soup with chicken is also very well made! If you want good thai food, this place is the place to go!

After looking for a good thai food restaurant my wife and i happened to drop by this place. (it was before they had all there advertisement on the windows)I didnt know if it was a restaurant or not. I am soooo glad that it was a restaurant. Not only that but this little place is taste bud proven. Time and time again I return here and am pleased with every penny I spend here. The food is DELICIOUS!!! I had the Yum Trout, deep fried trout, de-boned with veggies and apples in a sweet and sour sauce. Admittedly, I wasn’t a fan at the first bite because I wasn’t accustomed to the flavors of the sauce. But man oh man! It was delicious once I got used to it. Can’t wait to go back and have it again.

Always great food, great service. I have found Thai restaurants in the LA and Inland Empire seem to be on the sweeter side of flavor. Thai Lotus is wonderfully savory. They removed their Beef Satay and BBQ ribs off the menu because of customer complaint too fatty. Upsets me, those were some of the best items on their menu, ribs normally have fat, but they gave large portions. Still enjoy other items, Tom Yum soup, spicy green beans with shrimp, any spicy pad tai. Will always give them my business and will continue to refer friends and family.
This place is amazing, their tea is the best, the coconut soup is the best Ive ever tasted, I recommend it. Everything here is great from the service to the big plates they serve you. The staff is very friendly and treat you like family

Ive been eating at Thai Lotus since I was a little kid and ever since then its been my favorite restaurant. Their food is delicious and fairly priced. I always order the pad thai and Im never let down.

Best Thai food in the High Desert. Been going there for quite a few years. The Drunken Noodles are dynamite but the reason I keep going back is the Tom Ka Kai. Dont forget to order the Thai iced tea with your meal.
Great choices, they have duck all week around, I prefer the glass noodles or the Drunken Nuddles Special which has squid, beed, pork, and chicken, very good and try the Tai Tea as well. 👍 prices range from $10 to around $15. Its a place for family everyone can share what each one others, it like a mini buffet but you pay for the dish you want.😊
Having trouble getting through? Phone goes dead? Its because shes BUSY. (yes, she needs to upgrade her phone for the traffic she gets). BUT, busy is good, and you know she has a lot of customers. Be patient, call back, or better yet, call before the rush. GREAT FOOD, and very friendly.

Very good food and the prices are reasonable. Decor is very basic with Y102 music playing the whole time. Only issue was the temperature in the place. NO HEATER ON. I ordered a Hot pot with Hot & Sour shrimp soup and they didnt use anything to keep it hot. In this place it got luke warm in 10 mins. My wifes hot tea she was able to keep her hands warm with it after 15 mins. My wife shouldnt have to keep her hands warm in your restaurant. Be wary of the temp outside before coming

The reason why Im leaving 3 stars youd because even though the food is really good, what sucks is the time you have to wait for every! Theres only 1 waiter. She has no idea if what time management is. Gets and order from one table and goes into the kitchen. Comes our 10 min later and gets the order from another table....im waiting for 45mjn and I still didnt get my food. Probably they have 1 person in the kitchen.

We went to Thai Lotus in Victorville on March 27th, 2019 & we ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice & it was HORRIBLE!THE SHRIMP STILL HAD THE TAIL ON, THERE WAS NO VEGETABLES IN THE SUPPOSE TO BE SHRIMP FRIED RICE & WE ORDERED EXTRA SHRIMP BUT HAD NO EXTRA SHRIMP IT WAS ALL RICE & 9 SHRIMP!WE WILL NEVER ORDER OR DINE IN THAI LOTUS, THIS IS NOT AUTHENTIC THAI FOOD AT ALL!
I was craving Thai food and it was my first time visiting. It was 3:15 pm on a Thursday to my surprise they where closed till five. Beware they could be randomly closed for some reason call ahead of time if your hungry.
They took forever to serve the food and they bring one plate then after 10 min another and then other 5-10 the last one. 🤔🫨😵😵💫

This is the worst thai restaurant I have ever been to. I dont understand how it has a 4 star rating. For the quality of the food it is overpriced. I would recommend you go to another thai restaurant. Im from Los Angeles and the best one is Ocha classic and the prices are lower with better food.

Surprisingly good size portions, a bit pricey but the amount they give you makes up for it. Although it has spicy options, its not as spicey as expected to be for Thai food.
Look I was a customer for over ten years but lately the food has been dry and I have not been satisfied with their food and prices. I am sorry but I will not be coming back

Perhaps this was a rare occassion, but the first thing noticed was the absence of cleanliness. EVERY table in the place had dirty dishes but were empty of guests. So sure, maybe everyone got up and left at the same time. But, to have those tables stay dirty for the next ten minutes seemed unnecessary.
They took away the only good dish there Num Tok very upset and disappointed this place was the only one who had it and now no one up here in the high desert has num tok this place use to be very good but now under new management they became disappointment

Very very racist as a black person as soon as I went they told me that o was not allowed in after about 15 minutes the police showed up and reviewed the cameras and seen that I had done nothing wrong besides go inside and I was given an apology by the police and not by the multiple employees that harassed me I never did get to eat

2023-06-29 04:43:58Thai Lotus is awesome, the food is great and the people are really friendly and welcoming, its just a really great place to have a meal. The food is really stand out good. I think they definitely have the best coconut shrimp in the High Desert for sure, and the other menu items are very well executed, plated, and tasty. The portion sizes are really good especially when lots of places are raising their prices at the same time as they shrink their portion sizes, not here. We ordered five dishes thinking we would eat everything, but even though the food was great we had lots to take home. All in all a great dinner with very kind and friendly staff. We look forward to returning, and highly recommend.

2019-12-02 22:41:48Nice spot for a quick lunch. Our first time coming here and it was good. The satay was flavorful and my wife loved the peanut chicken plate. The egg fried rice was good but could use more egg or some veggies. The service was great also they asked multiple times if everything was okay. Only waited about 5 minutes to get our food after ordering. I will come back and try more dishes.

2020-02-08 00:45:12Delicious food! We had their veggie eggrolls, so crispy & fresh. I had the chicken curry, yellow, lunch special. Just the right amount of spicy and creamy. My boss had the drunken noodles & OMG Im getting that next time! It had all the flavor notes you look for in a dish like that. The one negative thing I have to say is that the womens restroom was quite dirty & could use some TLC. Ill be back though, thank you for an awesome lunch.

2023-02-03 19:43:56Everything about this place is great. I feel like they could put more meat in the combination rice!!!! The flavors though is untouchable at times so good. I love the garlic chicken with the combination fried rice!!!!! My 6, 4, and even 1 year old loves it and kids are picky. I promise these two order together make you forget or forgive the meat portions ONLY for the combination rice. The garlic chicken is a fair portion. Come before 3 pm the cooks are way better. I can taste the difference
