Listen to the reviews posted. Ive gone to other flame broiler locations where the food has been really delicious and fresh. Here, the chicken is so dry and stale. It tastes like it had been made days ago. The owner refused to give a refund. He pointed to the refund policy on the wall posted in very small writing. Obviously does not care about keeping clientele. Horrible service and disgusting food. No wonder no one else was in the restaurant when I got there. Would never come back here again. Save your money and time, dont come here.I rarely write reviews but this deserves one.

Its pretty bad when they serve customers old chicken from like the day before where you can taste the nasty old chicken. The same with the soggy vegetablesThe restaurant had a heavy smell with no AC turned on and had 2 people there, which should have been a clue for us to leave, but unfortunately we didnt....I always eat Flamer Broiler at other locations and have never had an issue, but this location is horrible.I even emailed their corporate office to let them know, but it doesnt look like they care, because no one ever responded back

FOOD WAS VERY BAD OLD MEAT WAS SERVED TO ME AND MY CO-WORKER THIS IS MESSED UP MAN AS A COOK WHY WOULD YOU SERVE THIS FOOD I TRIED TO EAT AND FORCED MY SELF AND TOLD MY CO-WORKER FOR A NEW PLATE SHE MADE HIM ONE BUT MINES BECAUSE I ATE IT ....THEN AFTER THEY GAVE ME A NEW PLAYE RE-MADE I THINK THE EFFORT WAS TO LATE...

Now, almost 30 years later, the eatery, with a simple menu, has grown into 178 locations, serving generous, cooked-to-order meals.Bowels are filled to the brim with charbroiled, Kobe beef or skinless chicken breast, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, brown or white rice, and is lightly topped with Chef Young Lee’s, Simply Magic Sauce. (Proteins may be combined.)Their vegan bowls protein is charbroiled organic tofu. Its served with the same veggies, rice, and Simply Magic Sauce.Three serving sizes are offered. The smallest, with 3 ounces of protein, veggies, and rice is filling. When ordering, you may adjust the ratio of rice to veggies. *Fresh chives and avocado may be added.Brown rice or polished (white) rice are interchangeable.Three levels of hot sauces and Young Lee’s Simply Magic (Teriyaki) sweet sauce are offered.There is no public restroom. The chicken was so dry and stale here. The service was terrible. The owner is the only person that works there and refused to give a refund for improperly cooked food. I will never be coming back.

Food was ready quickly. Unfortunately we were given chicken for one of the bowls we had ordered steak and paid $4 more but didnt realize til we were already on the road back home.

Old food chicken was very dry, instead of salad on side they put more rice whole plate was rice nasty place never order here again

Ok food, down side is the hispanic lady cashier has a big mouth and bad attitud making bad comments about me with the cook in the kitchen, after i place my order, i asked her why i got overcharge for broccoli, when i asked her to substitute the rice for more broccoli, she was telling the cook that should go get and shut my mouth and just pay and stop been dramatic and if i didnt like it i should go somewhere else, i guess this ignorant low IQ with the ridiculous name of MILAGRITO she doesnt care about peoples business, what an idiot, instead of talking bad behind customers back she should get to work and clean the tables because they were all dirty, i wont return to this location or recomend at all

Very tasty, fresh and the staff is friendly . Not crazy expensive for excellent quality. 😄

Only one girl working the beef and chicken are burnt and dry I paid 32$ for burnt and dry food. The only thing good was the rice. It’s really bad disappointing:( won’t be coming back.
