I love the donburi here! It’s so nice to have authentic Japanese food so close to home.
Food and service here are always spot on. Its kinda a mom and pop shop, several tables to sit at inside. The owner is always extremely accommodating to my daughter and even remembers our order every time.
Good, fresh, and clean. Reasonable prices too. I’m definitely coming back. The wasabi is strong!
The rice is our go-to as a Japanese family moved in this country last year from Japan.Google has deleted reviews theyve earned for some reasons and thats why Im writing this. I really like the food, family&staffs run it.Ive visited here many times and also when I get friends look for authentic Japanese taste, I bring them here. Id say even in Japan it would be difficult to find restaurants that care so much about ingredients as the rice does.Finding this place made me and my wife very happy because it put an end to our very tough journey of finding nice Japanese food in this area that had kept us in despair...you know, you dont want instant soup or seasoning you have at home when you eat out.Kaisen Seafood bowl, beef udon and beef tongue curry are what we regularly order😋 I cant wait to get hand sushi roll set for my sons BD party in a week🍣

2023-12-02 00:21:44It’s like Japanese home cooking. The restaurant is super tiny with both indoor and outdoor options. We usually choose to get takeout but decided to eat here on this rare occasion. The food is made with a lot of care and every bite very healthy and delicious. I especially love all their grilled fish bentos and sashimi rice bowl options.

Their commitment to quality is evident in every detail, from the water to the chopsticks and the tea. The level of attention they pay to even the smallest aspects is remarkable.In terms of the cuisine, while I definitely do not consider myself an expert on Japanese food, the authenticity is unmistakable. I got the ginger pork dish, and its flavor left a lasting impression. The staff delivers not only excellent service but also a warm and inviting atmosphere. For anyone who likes Japanese cuisine, I wholeheartedly recommend a visit.

2023-01-21 21:25:19A hidden gem, found here by suggestion of Japanese co-worker. I come here for lunch, last time i m here i pick jitori chicken bento box, it comes with sides and miso soup, chicken grilled to perfection, not dry juicy, sides were delicious.

2023-07-01 01:20:57I am so happy I found this place -- this will be my go to place for sushi. They offer very high quality sushi. My friend said it was comparable to the ones he ate in Japan. Cant wait to try their other items.

2023-09-06 19:39:52We love japanese food so we showed up here, nice atmosphere, waiters are japanese, me and my bf ordered Nankotsu，Lunch special Beef tongue，and deluxe Don. Nankotsu is my favorite. and Ikura Tate really good. Unfortunately some of the fish I could taste was not fresh.

2023-04-08 01:05:44Its my favorite spot for Japanese cuisine. They got the best miso soup I ever tried in my entire life. The staff is super friendly and caring. Ive been there a couple of times, and its always a pleasure to be there. Feels like home!
