We were on a roadtrip and looking for a stop for gas and dinner. This restaurant was rated well. We arrived around 6:30 pm and they had happy hour specials/. We ordered calamari to share, beer, house wine, and two rainbow rolls. The calamari was very crispy and tasty & the rainbow rolls were fresh tasting. The service was fast.

Good food and good sushi. The fish was fresh and delicious. We ordered; calamari, chicken pho, chow mein, Thai rice, salmon sushi, rainbow rolls & hand baked crab roll. Both of my daughters enjoyed the pho. Will be back again for sure!

Food was alright, we had combination fried rice, mongolian beef and The Monkey brain was delicious! The service was horrible! We had never been there the waiter had no patience and even let a loud sigh. When we were trying to pay the waiter literally left us to do our own transaction.

Another recommendation from a friend which turned out to be a great choice. We went around noon to dine it, and the place had plenty of seats for us to choose from. Everything was clean, and the waiter was attentive. I was excited to see salt and pepper chicken wings on the menu, so that is what I ordered. Everything was made fresh. Children were with us, and they enjoyed the food as well. Im already planning another visit.

Very disappointed with this bland, oily, wannabe pad Thai. Chicken is not good quality. Frozen chicken nuggets with cold Mac n cheese would have been better.We did not even give the dog this food.

The rolls are super! overpriced! for what you get, so I’d definitely recommend the monkey brain becuase they give you almost a whole avocado and it’s only $10. The outside seating is also recommended becuase they play some pretty awful covers by this girl who needs to keep her day job 😬

Food and service are very good .Just one observation the younger of the two who prepare the sushi need to be more careful with his hygiene.Leaves the area or sits while waiting for order and doesnt wash hands just goes right at it .( need to correct that )

Dont get pho to go! Im in my hotel trying to figure out how to add the broth to the bowl. When they already packed it completely full now im sitting with half a cup of broth and the raw meat is in the other cup cause the bowl ISNT big enough for the meal... Thanks for nothing, real lack of for thought. Also was told ten minutes, show up in ten not ready waited another 20 for a pre ordered pho.

First time we went for Happy Hour we were really impressed by quality but the second time was not like the first. Plus, quite frankly, their happy hour items are quite limited and expensive compared to their full menu. If you want sushi, go get the buy 2 get 1 free deals at other sushi restaurants in the area.

I’ve seen all the amazing reviews here and been wanting to go for awhile. Miso soup is my favorite way to judge a new restaurant and this miso soup tastes like a packet poured in hot water. I’ve never not finished my miso soup before but I took about 5 bites and poured the rest out. The fried rice tasted like a bag of frozen fried rice from Costco and the orange tofu was very bland. I had someone else taste it just to make sure that I still had taste and they agreed with me. I’m super disappointed because it was no cheap. Oh well…

This is probably some of the best food and service Ive ever had. The servers were incredibly kind and considerate and even accommodated to our dog (they brought him a small bowl of water!!) The shrimp spring rolls are delicious and my steak pho was great as well. Would recommend for anyone who loves pho :)

I really liked the aesthetic inside. I had a curry dish and tried some of the pho and they were both good. They really serve a wide variety of Asian cuisine and they do a good job on all of it.

This place has a great lunch specials. I always order the two sushi rolls, with soup and salad. For $10.95 this is a great price, for an interesting fusion restaurant. I will definitely be checking out more of their menu. The service is polite, and the quality is great!

Really good selection of food, would recommend the shrimp pad Thai or the heart attack fried rice both really good dishes. The Tom yum soup was also good cant really go wrong here. Only thing I would change is add a little spice to the chow fun, but thats personal preference. Also a little on the pricier side.

Just left here spent 180$Me and 3 other people. Ate sushi and 1 person ate crispy chow mein. Albacore tasted like seawater when said it was bad and asked waiter to try it they bites they do not eat raw fish.After eating it we paid and rolled outDrove 5 minutes out of parking lot 2 people got sickCalled place and told them something was bad Bc two of us were sickRight after calling the last of us also we’re sickCalled back saying we all were violently vomiting and I would not serve anyone else most likely the albacore.They noted they have been open all day and could t be their foodSo basically I spent 180$ for myself, my girlfriend my daughter and her friend to pull into a parking lot and violently vomit and pray for death

Ive had it with this place. I will NEVER go there again. Been twice. Both for take out because I was in a hurry. The 1st time I had to wait ONE HOUR for my food. Others came and went after me. The 2nd time, 40 MINUTES. And all I got was an apology both times. The dishes are expensive and the portions are smaller than average. Too bad they cant do what little they have on their menu well.

Tried this place based on the previous reviews. We ordered shrimp spring rolls, orange chicken, Bun, and the pho (number 111). The orange chicken was, well, orange chicken ( it was for my 10yo). The spring rolls were 99% shredded lettuce and flavorless. The Pho broth was bland, the wontons in it were under cooked and it was over all disappointing. My wife ordered the Bun, the menu online showed various veggies and stated it came with peanuts. What she got was a bowl of mostly shredded lettuce and cucumbers with bland pork. I would have to say that this was a very disappointing experience.

Really really yummy food! Our server was a bit off which is the reason for the 4 stars. This was our second time here and I believe the staff changed. Other than that we enjoyed our meal and the patio. If the weather is right you should try eating outside, its quite great!

Absolute terrible service. Ordered online, they said it would be 20 minutes. I have been here for an hour and still dont have the food. They were cancelling orders and people were piling up in the very small waiting area. Many people arguing and complaint about service and quality. Would recommend you stay away.

I LOVE this restaurant. I go like once a month when Im in town with my friends. I have been there so much that I feel like the servers might recognize me and my friends. I always get the Number 102 Pho, the Crunchy Roll, and the Thai Tea with boba. I LOVE Thai Tea and to taste something this good without being in an asian community is great. The Crunchy Roll is by far my absolute favorite sushi roll I have ever had. I applaud the genius who thought of putting shrimp tempura, avocado, and cream cheese into a sushi roll; then to sprinkle the tempura batter flakes and add some sauce.... perfection. I would order it more often if it wasnt so expensive though.

Where to start. Weve been coming here for 5 years now, since we moved here. We have never been disappointed! My wife and kids also love it. I personally get their pho options. My go to is the shrimp pho, however, their pho with wonton #111(also has shrimp, baby boc Choi, chicken and vegetables) is awesome! My wife has had their sushi items and she has always liked them, I just dont do sushi. I do like their avocado rolls. I also recommend their shrimp spring rolls, but like many other places they only come with 2 rolls just as an FYI. The pad Thai noodles are excellent as well. Be warned though, the heat level is not consistent! I dont eat a lot of Thai so I dont know if thats just how it is or not just thought Id let everyone know. All in all, I highly recommend this spot if youre in the area.

They try to cover too many cuisines and have mastered none. The most bland watery pho i have ever tried, the worst curry with the weirdest consistency, sushi was not that good either....... at least the tempura was good. Our server was a nice guy and there was a female server whom was really sweet, but this guy with bleached hair was extremely rude. Defininetly wont be back.

We usually come here and order pho and the salt and pepper tofu! amazing!!! They are very generous with the portion of meat for the pho, and you can find that anywhere else nearby here. I love that there are lots of variety of Asian fusion foods including Cantonese food too.

Love this little dig! The service is so genuine and the food hits the spot! Green Dragon Roll, dumplings, edamame with garlic and pho when I need that delicious hot soup to get me through after a long day at work. Always a favorite go to!

First time trying Pho so dont have much to compare to. I felt it was a bit bland, large chunks of veggies and the broth tasted just like chicken broth, not a lot of flavor. The spicy tuna roll was better.

Its a good fusion place. The pho is decent, it would pass for a native Vietnamese even though they sometimes give you weird vegetables that doesnt goes with Pho. The sushi and sashimi are also decent. Its my go-to place when I dont feel like cooking. The best part is they deliver on with order online app like GrubHub. My favorite is the XO fried rice and the combination fried rice. They also have special promotion if you order online.

Food was excellent for Pho in the TO/Westlake area. Far better and more authentic than 9021Pho in Westlake. We also had apron rolls and some sashimi, all of which tasted great and were fresh. The service, however, sucked. They were swamped at lunch time and the waiter forgot part of our order. It then took then over 35 mins to bring out the missing part of the order AFTER we reminded them.

I have a tough time with Asian places that cover way too much ground with their options. Maybe its a weird OCD thing, but Id rather go to a Thai food spot for my Thai food or a Vietnamese spot for my pho. Speaking of pho, I tried theirs here and was disappointing. The broth was flavorless and the ingredients were pretty slim.

The only decent pho in Thousand Oaks, but thats not saying much. 9021Pho is terrible. I like it here, though not as good as the vietnamese shops in Reseda. Thumbs up.Cant yet comment on the rest of the food because all I get is pho.Staff is great and attentive. Clean bathrooms. Nice environment.

Ordered the orange chicken, will never eat at this restaurant again...half the pieces didnt have chicken and the rest were extremely dry. Felt like I was eating week old food with no flavor. Also, this is the only Asian restaurant I have been to that doesnt serve rice with entree (must pay extra...)

I ordered the basic pho that was first on the list with all of the different types of beef including rare steak, tendon, tripe, and beef balls and I was a fan. Id say it was comparable to other pho that Ive had at Bamboo Cafe and Pho So 1 in Simi. However, next time I wont order the one with the beef balls.

The guy who was at the front desk had a really bad attitude and said they were closing in a minute but we could order take out and when we said we would order take it he got mad and gabe us an attitude that he didn’t wish to serve us.
