I ordered LA Galbi- Korean bbq- to go.It was delicious and a reasonable price.Unlimited Korean bbq and other k-foods.I didn’t know that the Korean bbq restaurant is in Simi Valley. Not bad compared with the Korea town restaurants.

We got to try their menu other than Korean BBQ during pandemic. Short rib stew (galbi-jjim), spicy cold noodle, glassy noodles (japchae), and fried dumplings are tasty. Food is authentic and portions are generous. You dont have to travel all the way to Ktown to try authentic Korean food.

A buddy of mine and I decided to check this spot out because we were craving Korean barbeque and it was right down the street from us. What a hidden gem! We did the all you can eat lunch special and the food was delicious with large portions. The decor is really nice and you dont feel greasy like most places (must have good ventilation). The ladies who took our order were super sweet, sometimes going out of their way to assist with the cooking when we were not paying attention to the grill. We will definitely have to come back!

The food is great, the service is not that good. Ive eaten here many times, and the service is definitely subpar. We accidentally turned off the the flame, and spent 10 minutes staring at uncooked meat until a server approached us.

I came here with my wife craving Korean bbq and I’m so happy I found this place. We got the all you can eat with two spicy noodles and three choices of beef and they brought out so much food we couldn’t order anymore lol. It was really delicious and I’ll definitely come back anytime I have the crazing for bbq again, five stars for me on this one!

The food is really good, but the service really sucks. You cant tell a paying customer you have only 15 minutes left to order your food. After sitting us down and taking the our order for 4 adults and 2 kids, 9yrs and 11yrs ( we even agreed on paying adult price for both kids that ate almost nothing). if service was good this place would amazing.

First of all, it takes a contract-law attorney to understand all the complicated rules on the all-you-can-eat menu. Youre not allowed to take any leftover food home. But apparently there is also a charge for wasting food which discourages you from ordering more, and you would be charged if you cant finish it (?) There are several other rules, as well. Im supposed to feel relaxed at a restaurant, not like Im about to be penalized for not eating enough or ordering too much. I say, forget this place and find a restaurant without all the hassle and legalistic vibes. The food quality is just ok at best. Its a bit pricey for a very unimpressive food experience.

This is my favorite Korean BBQ place to go in the Valley.I like going to K-Town for the latest and hippest places but sometimes the busy streets and traffic adds a bit of stress and have to brace myself for an L.A. outing, but here the traffic is so laid back and not congested at all being that it is in Simi Valley.Food is always good here, the servers are friendly I always feel like I came to like a relative’s house.We had the $27 per person all you can eat, so basically about $36 per person after tip & tax.

As many other comments on here say, the staff and owners are miserable and provided terrible service.story goes like this: i ordered over the phone for pickup, and got to the restaurant and there was only one other family eating there. the older man (im presuming the owner) passed me by and didnt greet me and gave me a bad look. the older lady (im assuming the other owner) came to me and asked what i ordered. she then said the price to me, which i couldnt hear her properly, so i asked her once again, and she yelled ITS $18.18 at me. i then asked her for hot sauce, and she let out an audible groan before getting it for me.the food was mediocre at best.i understand that my skin color is brown, and that i may dress a little shabby, but this is no way to treat a customer. i work as a doctor, so i know what good service from good restaurants looks like.i live less than a mile away and would love to support my local restaurants, but i dont think i will be going back here. be better.

Not sure if this place is getting new management or if the recession is hitting early but the cuts of meat I had last night did not match the cuts of meat Ive been having for the last few years. The menu also is new, usually a sign things might be changing. After Kim Chi closed down I found this place and its been great. Last night was the first time I wasnt very happy as they changed the cut if their marinated short ribs. No longer a long piece of meat, it comes chopped up for you and it had little to no marinade on it. Maybe just an off day? Hard to say but I already lost one Korean BBQ place in Simi, Id like to not lose another.

Been coming to Top Chef for 2 years. Service is usually great and food is delicious and cant beat the price. But today went at 8pm when the close at 9pm, no one came to seat us so we walked in and the employees were sitting watching TV instead of trying to make money. Once they finally saw us they said that last call for food was in 15 mins. 8:15pm vs 9pm??? Plus the prices in the restaurant did not match what the website said....I think Better Business Bureau needs to be called.

Terrible service. Service was slow, workers were not pleasant. Food is good if you get it.Got seated fast, waited so long for them to take order, (maximum order 3 plates at a time) they brought out 2. And we have to flag them down to get more, when asked for more lady would seem annoyed, had to asked for things about 3 - 4 times until we actually got it.A table behind us waited too long for food they got up and left, the workers took the water from that table and gave it to another table that was about to be seated.I have been here multiple times and its the same kind of service, if youre Korean you get treated much better, they bring out huge portions and bring everything out at once, faster than other tables waiting. If youre not, you unfortunately have to wait and constantly call them to get anything. We didnt even get our waters refilled or have a bottle at our table the entire time.

If you are looking for authentic good Asian food, stay away from here! One of the rudest and most dishonest restaurants I have been to. I have historically had good experiences with Korean restaurants but unfortunately this is one you should avoid. If you do decide to come, just be aware that they charge you exorbitant amount of money for two cups of tea (not homemade, just the 50c tea bags you see in a grocery store). Very dishonest. The manager was super rude too when we raised our concern. She was like Yeah this is how every restaurant does this, i.e. overcharging for drinks. Yeah just because everyone does it, it is OK to rip people off? What kind of logic is that?Anyway, if you are looking for good authentic Asian food around the area, think twice about choosing this place.

Superb service with a smile. Everything came out quick and tasted very delicious. This place obviously knows how to take care of their customers. Regularly with a welcoming attitude. Excellent service, friendly staff and theres a button on the table when you want to order more. Loved the Korean pancakes and the dumplings. My girlfriend wasnt too fond of the dumplings though.

We went last night as a party of 8 of which 6 were teenagers. The servers all worked so hard together to make sure our table was satisfied. I was so impressed. The food was good the environment was awesome and the service was terrific. Our server was Grant and he was the best he kept our glasses full at all times, gave us recommendations to make our evening as fun as can be. Side note: not one person was rude or made us feel uncomfortable, with 8 people we ordered a lot of meat and not once did I feel skimped or shamed for ordering so much. We tried almost everything. It was awesome!!

I dont normally give 5 stars but my experience here was beyond my expectation. I enjoyed it and recommended it to all my Simi Valley friends soon after I left the restaurant! The service was incredibly efficient and very friendly. The atmosphere was casual to business-casual and very relaxing. The interior was clean and tidy with a slightly below average noise level. The bonus I would say is that they had a TV in the back playing friends. What really got to me was the food. They must have excellent chef.

With 90 minutes on your all-you-can-eat clock, the Ayce is definitely the way to go. Unless you are familiar with Korean BBQ and want to get to the more complex stuff, Ayce A is your menu to choose. The added items on Ayce B are more expensive, and a little bit more technical to prepare.If you have cash to burn, I recommend asking for a soju. 13% ABV and works fast. Really makes sure your night is fun.

Very good place to eat. All you can eat for a good price, and there is usually a special on either Sapporo or Hot Sake. There’s a 2-hour time limit so come prepared for as much food as you can handle. They’re busy most nights but generally don’t require a reservation to get in.Enjoy!

Few people were there once they left it was only a friend of mine and my child and one of the waitresses was very rude and was being very pushing us to leave, we had some beef cooking and she grabbed our forks and started moving it around telling us it’s ready ( when clearly it was uncooked, she was telling me to pack it up and to cook it tomarrow as if I still wasn’t hungry. Typical Korean style All-you-can-eat BBQ place. Theres a lot of cheap-and-nasty bbq place, in which they serve good quality of meat only at the beginning then provide sub grade quality. But thiis place serves good quality of meat all the time. I got everything except the beef when I called she first told they dont carry it second she said it comes with egg instead of beef . I told her that was not told me when I ordered ! Overpriced for kids! Called bofore come to be sure about the kids price and was told that kids are charged based on height and free under 48 inches. Measure my 5-year-old before going and he is under 48”. My 13 year old are charged at adult price due to height. But after arrival the 5 year old who eats just a little is charged at $12 and the bill for the whole family including tip amounted to $100. Families with kids do NOT go to that restaurant!

Drove to this place from Ventura for the 1st time arrived 1hr and 30 mins before closing, waited 10 mins to be seated until finally someone showed up to tell us they were already kitchen was already closed. Very disappointed service
