Dropped by for a quick bite. Got the pho. The ingredients were pretty fresh. Just as the pictures posted by other reviewers depict. I would come back if I am in the area next time
I am so glad I gave this place a try without bias of the bad reviews on here. The gentleman with the white hair was so nice! He noticed right away that I had a bit of a limp (due to recent surgery which he did not know about!) And immediately opened the door for me since he was outside of the restaurant. Upon entering he asked if I would be eating in or takeout and I replied. Takeout so he promptly provided me a menu and said to take my time. The whole time he was so nice and he was having a good conversation with two other patrons. Once I got home I immediately was so happy with the smell of my food and then the flavor was just perfect. I will be returning for the future to come. Great food, nice customer service and decent prices. Overall, definitely worth my time. 😋😋😋
Great Pho probably the best out here. I would just say to be careful if you’re vegan or if you have certain meat restrictions. I ordered a meal and was given different cuts of meat when I only ordered well done flank. I only noticed when home. I had the only order at the end of the night so maybe they thought it would be ok to give me what they had.Despite that the food is great.
Came here and took my fiancee and her parents since they wanted to try pho. Me being Chinese and growing up in SGV and LA have had tried the best and the worst of almost any type of ethnic cuisine. My fiancee and her family being Mexican and from Littlerock, not so much.So getting down to brass tacks. This is my personal review and opinion of this establishment with the experience of having tried other places especially in cities where other asian cultures thrive ie: garden grove, alhambra, san gabriel etc.The order:4 x large Pho (2 meat ball and brisket, 1 chicken, 1 steak and brisket)2 x egg roll appetizerTotal: $83.46Personally the 4 and 5 star reviews are nuts. This place isnt anything more than a 3 at most. The place was way over priced for what it is (probably explains why this place isnt poppin) . The portions were under sized in comparison to what they say it is (the large is more of a medium) . And the service was horrible. The old dude was pretty rude in my opinion. He didnt seem to care if his resturant thrived or stayed stagnant.The taste of the pho wasnt anything extravagent for the price and well fried egg rolls are just fried egg rolls. Anything fried is good. The pho being all 4 were larges lacked the meat content unlike other pho places that ive been to. The mixed veggies for the pho was missing the basil and the egg roll appetizers also lacked the lettuce.The kicker was the dirty soup spoons on the table and the old menus. The menu prices have been changed and the original prices have been just blocked off by a labeling sticker. The new prices are unknown for some dishes. Perhaps this how they get away with just charging the customers with what ever price they want.After our experience i let it saturate a few hours before writing this review. Honestly, this will be our first and last time.
I attempted to place an order over the phone for pick up. The man on the other end was very rude and rushed me, then turned around and said, its not busy, come in and order, then hung up. I hadnt even finished placing my order.Unfortunately I cant speak to the quality of their food as this first encounter has turned me away.This is strictly a customer service review.
Best authentic viet food in Lancaster. Just a lil warning, customer service is lackluster so please expect that. The food more than makes up for it though since thats why I go out to eat.
Really flavorful Vietnamese food for a low price.Vietnamese Noodles is a small family-owned restaurant offering takeout and eat in dining.Its located in a mini mall with free parking. The menu has grilled chicken, pork and steak, pho noodles soup and a few other soups and stews.Takeout whole chicken is a fantastic bargain since the more chicken you order, the better the bargain.I met the owner, who told me that business is suffering since the pandemic and he was unable to afford some restaurant features, like a soda fountain.The food is great here. I recommend ordering ahead and getting a big order for the best deal. The owner is happy to give customers advice about specials and how to get the most value per your taste.The grilled chicken is really good its marinated, tangy, a little sweet, caramelized, juicy, and slightly blackened by charcoal. Its served with sticky steamed rice, salad, and dipping sauce.This dish is around 8 dollars, a whole grilled chicken, with sides is about $12. Vietnamese Noodles offers catering, and platter sized portions for special occasions and events.I will definitely be ordering from here often. Definitely worth a try!
This place is the best Pho in AV. We come here often and it’s always good. Workers are very friendly and quick service. Once they gave me very chewy meat which they replaced my whole pho after I told them about it.
This is the place to get PHO-ked up! (Pun intended) Their soup is the hangover cure. Boss Man is polite and always taking care of me when I walk in. The environment is welcoming and peaceful. If youre looking for something new to try, come here and order anything off the menu and I promise you, you wont be disappointed. Their egg rolls are to die for!
The food was great. Very authentic Vietnamese Pho. The eggrolls were very delicious. So glad we finally found a PHO spot in the AV. Customer service was great. Definitely will be coming back and bring spend my money to this family-owned business.
This place is a joke. had it one time and not even decent food. thought maybe I judged the place since it was in the middle of the pandemic.well today I went in to give the placea second shot and didnt even get to order since on the spot they decided to change the cc limit to $20 the order when they have a sign posted no less then $10.save your money and dont be disappointed at this spot.
This was the saddest sorriest most pathetic excuse for a Vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to. And I have been too many. Multiple hairs in our food basil look like it came out of a trash can I heard a microwave beep a few minutes after I place my order the overall quality of the food was as substandard as a gets. Do not waste your money or risk your health going to this place it is the saddest most disappointing experience and a Vietnamese restaurant I have ever had. They clearly take no pride in the food they prepare and Im sure their ancestors would be deeply disappointed at the disgusting subpar toxic waste that they serve.
Havent been there for awhile and they have had a few different owners and I wasnt to please with them. So glad I decided to try them again, they are so good. Will definitely be back!
I’m sad to have to leave such a negative review. I used to come here a lot and I’ve always had a great experience. However, the old man with white hair is a total nightmare. Only pho place in palmdale, better than pho stop in lancaster*Edit*This place never seems to be open so from 5 to 3 stars. it says closed monday and tuesday, but i have driven here on wednesdays, fridays, saturdays... they never seem to be open and dont answer the phone. not worth risking the drive if they are always going to be closed. Small restaurant, it was empty since we came early morning, service was great, as soon as we sat down they took time to greet us and give us menu. Price range is just on point not too expensive.
Oily, under seasoned, overpriced food. The rudest service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The cooks or service dont wear masks. Messed up our order.
Everytime we come it’s always closed even tho it says we’re open we even call ahead of time to make sure at what time they will close. And when it’s open they don’t have enough food or they make us wait 40 mins before they can even serve us, the cookers don’t even wear masks and we have this restaurant so many chances and now I’m just tired of it.
Sadly, the owner will be going out of business soon, he said he cant keep up the bill, but the Vietnamese food is AMAZING! I ordered the pho house special with spring rolls and it was delicious!

It is not a good place to go.we ate with my family, and i oredered black ice coffee,and ive waited for 20 minutes, and when i asked the old man with a white hair in a vest, he told me i dint have a black ice coffee, i only have milk tea.I said you did not told me coz ive been waiting,and it seems like his the one who get upset for that. And one more, while he was washing the dishes, he keeps coughing and spitting.Who would know if his spitting on the plates his washing.He should hide if his coughing and spitting so that customers will not gonna heared it, show atleast right manner and etiquitte...I know that its a long day working, but atleast show good manners to customer.Hope the manager read this, and atleast tell the old man with a white hair, for him to change.His the only man with a white hair there, coz there 3 of them. and two are tall, he is shorter of them.And ive learn a lesson, im not gonna go in this place.Whats the use of having an A score if the person that serve doesnt have atleast, a good manners and right conduct.!

The calamari was spoiled and smelled very bad, the basil was black, and there was a fruit fly in the broth. Ordered a special beef and special seafood.

We ordered take out exclusively off the vegetarian menu and wow its the best food Ive had in so long. The tofu curry was delicious. The egg rolls are delicious, the soups and probably everything else is delicious and I will come here again and again and I recommend everyone else to stop by if they need a craving fix in quarantine!

2022-12-30 07:59:09My mother and I come here all the time. Number v8 on the vegetarian menu is absolutely delicious, everyone should try it. Over the many times weve visited this restaurant, weve talked more with the old man here. Hes not rude at all, just busy certain days. During COVID, Id understand how stressful the last few years would be on a small restaurant with few staff. I wish people were more patient and understanding in the reviews here, because this restaurant makes delicious food.

2023-01-11 23:22:46I ordered half chicken with steam rice my first bite of chicken it was disgusting as if chicken had been cooked refrigerated and warmed up in microwave. I had ordered a second order of this to go and was brought at the same time and thought it was very fast. In any case, I did tell the man I was dissapointed and all he said is that I needed to pay because I had eaten the chicken. I said sir I took a bite, I dont like it, it is not fresh. He said I wont take it back and you have to pay. He said he could take the order to go, to which I agreed. If I could give less than a star I would.
