This was the saddest sorriest most pathetic excuse for a Vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to. And I have been too many. Multiple hairs in our food basil look like it came out of a trash can I heard a microwave beep a few minutes after I place my order the overall quality of the food was as substandard as a gets. Do not waste your money or risk your health going to this place it is the saddest most disappointing experience and a Vietnamese restaurant I have ever had. They clearly take no pride in the food they prepare and Im sure their ancestors would be deeply disappointed at the disgusting subpar toxic waste that they serve.

This is a small place right next to a gas station. There is a larger version of the restaurant but this offers exactly what folks need/ are craving. Pho and boba tea drinks!The pho is absolutely delicious. The broth has a light, yet complex flavor- with clean notes of star anise and cardamom. The brisket is always clean cuts-- not too fatty and perfectly cooked in the heat of the broth -- even when you take it to go. Which by the way, if you wanna stop by and get pho to go the way they pack it up is great because its all seperate and which the hoisinSriracha sauce, bean sprouts and Thai basil.The boba drinks are also really good. The boba is perfectly cooked-- the perfect texture and flavor. Its really easy to get bad boba so I appreciate that this place does it right.I recently tried the Thai tea with boba and it was so good. My usual order is the mango or strawberry matcha latte.Customer service is great--its usually a Vietnamese lady or a Mexican lady. Both are incredibly polite and quick.

Since they have changed their staffs, (they were Asians before and now different ethnicities) everything has changed. The old lady who was on the front and answering the phone is very, very rude, disrespectful. I dont know her name but she was the only old lady there in the store at that time (11/12/2021). This old lady kept me on hold for 30 mins, and when I went there and confronted there her about it she said I was busy she said it like so? I got more important things to do why should I continue talking to you? --attitude. She didnt even apologize. I asked her Youre not even gonna apologize? she said No. She never made any eye contact with me and then I asked her Is this how you treat your customer? She didnt answer so I said Dont worry I will spread the word.The first people who were working there were soooooo nice...very courteous, polite. And now, we got an old lady who is very rude who cant tell who is the customer and who is not. And then theres this man who would ask if you need assistance to carry your groceries and would stay beside you until you give him a tip for assisting you. Unlike the first ones who were working there, who would happy to help you anytime and carry your stuff since its just a few steps away from their store.I will never set my foot here ever again!!!!! When my mother heard what happened she wanted me to give back all the groceries we got and I told her that its okay it will be our last anyway. I didnt want to inconvenience her by getting groceries again from another store just because the store doesnt know they need customers to keep their business.PS: Just to be clear, I got no problem with other ethnicities if they have work ethics. But they hired a no good non-Asian staff. They were all bad. The only ones who are nice at the moment were the ones at the back. They were the ones who clean the fish, fry them. I believe theyre Filipino, Hispanic, and African-American (only saw him once).

This quite little pho spot is the bizznasss obviously not too many options for this kind of food in the A.V but I enjoyed this place the restaurant its self could use a nice little remodel the floors tables ect that counter in the middle of the room they could do with out.The pho was delicious I got thin s weak and tripe it really hit the spot I also have grew in some fried pot stickers which were also good I got chicken and pork just to try both both are good and Vietnamese egg rolls something was missing couldnt put my finger on it tho all in all the young ladys who took my order were very pleasant and the food came out at an appropriately rate so will be returning

I was sitting today at 1pm for about 10 to 15 minutes, the waitress looked at us and didnt answer...I approached, rang the bell and no one came out, they ignored me...and there werent many people, there were only two tables...I left winged. Vietnamese food; ummm it was delicious, I recommend it compared to this poorly serviced restaurant.
