Sat in parking lot trying to place a phone order No one answers then I go in and I’m waiting behind another lady for about 10 minutes NO look up to say “I’ll be right with you” just standing then comes a young lady and man both hispanic from the back door he has in a hat and she walks in and didn’t wash her damn hands.I am about to place a large order I asked the lady in front “ no phone orders she says “ I’m the only one here and I had nothing prepared” then the other comes up I ask is managers or owners her “ no” can I have the number “ you can find it online I don’t even know it” this was horrible customer service either the owners need to come back or this place will close.Bad customer service would give no stars, and the lobby was dirty with the 5 there standing around and speaking in Spanish not professional I placed a small order and am thinking about returning that.

Low quality meat, little to no sauce, infested with ants and when we brought it up we were told we had to leave that the lobby is closing. Employee was rude and had an attitude. Due to the circumstances I feel like this place was very overpriced and we were not satisfied.

Not bad at all very filling and fresh tasting and the customer service is very friendly and atmosphere of the restaurant is very comfortable in place to chill...

I like waba grill, its healthy and light. Its great for lunch and dinner. The grilled chicken and steak are nice and tender. This time I ordered just a chicken bowl.

Big fan of the plant based bowl, not happy they bumped up the price though, but hey, I still enjoy it. Lost a star for service... I asked for extra sauce, and got EZ sauce instead. Funny thing, they asked again to confirm I wanted extra sauce, but got the opposite somehow. I was in hurry, so I didnt check. Only found out when I got home. UPDATE: Ordered the usual, and I got exactly what I wanted... earned 5th service star back.

I mean, I love waba but I find it that there is a rule that is one refill per customer, per visit, first time that I have seen this kind of sign in one of these establishments even though I eat waba 5 times a week

Very slow service. Waited over 30 minutes for my food. Only 3 people working which I understand short staff everywhere but during lunch hour to be that understaff? That’s all my lunch gone. Never coming here againIt also got me really upset that she jumped from order 37 to 42. 5 people were here before others waited an additional 15-20 min so they can serve others first ? When I told the manager she said ohhh I’m sorry I put orders away thought you already got your food.

I continue to have issues with this location. Last time they forgot to include the soft drinks . When I called to inform them they responded with come in and get them. This time I requested 8 packets of WaBa sauce and received none . The sauce is the reason I order WaBa Grill to begin with . My wife is not happy.

Tried the new plantbased steak, it was good and tasted like the real deal. I was doubting whether it was actually steak or plant based steak 😂. Clean establishment too. And the workers were getting orders out fast too, though there was a small rush.
