We have gone here 4 times nows and each time and they have messed my ordered up. I orded the white meat meal this time and they not only forgot 1 of my rices they gave me dark meat and tried to hide it by putting sauce on it when I asked for the sauce on the side. We payed 35$ for everything to be wrong We payed extra and we were cheated out of our meal. I would like to be able to call a Manger for a refund.

First time to any WaBa grill resto so we tried this location! Customer service was great, place looks clean, plenty parking spots, no waiting in the line but food wise were so so and the salmon portion they gave were kinda small conpare to their prices! Taste wise were also not as good.

They always get my order right and do it how I want it. The staff are friendly and the place is always cleaned up. The service is quick, they don’t take long at all. Olga is very nice and so are the staff in the kitchen.

The service was OK I guess even though the girl who took my order forgot to hand me my cup for my soda even when I certainly back and ask for it a few minutes later she had forgotten she charged me for a soda and ask for my recipe bothered me alot... When to get the onions for my food and found a tray with onions that hadnt been chopped right and the chicken berly had any sauce it was really dry not coming back again very unsatisfied although it was really clean and was greeted when walking in may they just need to work on their peeping skills

Asked for a waba bowl with vegetables but no cabbage. I get my meal with cabbage and TWO carrots and TWO pieces of broccoli. The meat tasted rubbery and under seasoned.

This WaBa Grill location is not as great as the others.The food was okay (rice was kind of old) but the service wasnt very good. The cashier was rude and aggressive because I asked for more salad instead of fruit. Also this location only has paper bags to take salad bar items home which made a huge mess instead of the standard little zip locks.

(Wednesday 2/2 2:45pm)Completely unprofessional, dirty, and not worth coming to. The service is terrible and the employees who are there seem to hate their jobs and any customer who walks in. After waiting at the front counter to order for a while without any greeting, In an empty store, the two associates “working” continued talking to each other just a few feet from me after meeting my eyes a couple times and not regarding my presence at all. They were joking and coughing all while not even wearing a mask around the food. I’ve tried contacting management but they seem to be well aware and just don’t care about customer service either. Just don’t come here if you expect good service and only if you wanna risk your health.

Came here because I am a local and eat out at most of these places. I paid about $30 for 2 bowls and 2 drinks. When I asked the cashier for Hot sauce she said I had to pay for it. Are you serious!!! We understand the economy but your prices are high enough to cover 2-3 packs of hot sauce. Thats just beign Greedy. Ill stick to Yoshinoya right down the street.

Ordered a bowl today. Employees were obviously not in an very good mood. Took it out on the quality of food. Was basically served dog food. Meat smelled funky and gave us wrong orders (not A big deal just got veggies when I didn’t want any). The meat was probably sitting there for a good while and was completely dry. Spit it out after a few chews. What happened to the old management? They used to be so nice. I guess new management came in and messed it all up.

I placed an online order for myself and my coworkers at 8:13 pm. Once competing the transaction, I noticed the pick up time was set for 9:23 pm, but knew closing was at 9:00 pm. I tried calling a total of 19 times from 8:13-8:51 to verify that my order would be ready. However, I was never able to get through. I got nothing but a busy signal. Anticipating that it would probably be done before closing I started driving towards the store and suddenly received a call at 8:54 pm from an associate stating that they have just received my order and would not be able to complete it because they were closing at 9.First off, I was surprised to see that the associate was calling me from the number I’ve been trying to call for the past 19 times. I had accidentally missed their initial call at 8:54, but miraculously was able to get through when I redialed after her missed call. When pressed about that, the associate claimed they were having phone issues. I then asked to get my refund, I was told that I would have to go through corporate because I placed the order online. I am still waiting for my refund and this situation occurred on Sunday night. Worst off, I had coworkers who were expecting their food and had their meal time shortened or delayed because I to find another place to order from due to the late notice.I am usually pretty understanding and hate writing reviews, but the lack of professionalism and customer service is extraordinary. Why is it that it took 41 minutes to receive a call from an associate notifying me that they just received my order and that the order will not be completed? (order placed at 8:13 and call received at 8:54). How do you have a business without a proper phone? (I called 19 times without success).

Been coming here for quite some time, and have to say I am disappointed with the staff. No one answers the phone in the evenings and staff can be really short with customers. Last week had a family order of 4 bowls and dumplings and the two chicken bowls were absolutely disgusting. The meat was what was left on the grill, we went back and showed them and the offered a refund,but had to wait for the manager the next day. Spoke with Jorge the following day and he offered to refund the dinner, its been over a week and have not received anything. Bad customer service.Update: after posting review Waba Grill corporate contacted me and rectified the situation. Thank you Margarita Zuniga for the fast response.

I cant back here for a long while. LA COUNTY just recommended indoor mask wearing whether vaccinated or not due to surge in Delta Variant. The two kids serving up food yesterday afternoon werent wearing a mask. Nothing against the kids, they just most likely dont get paid enough to care why its important to wear a mask for food service especially with recent updated guidelines today. They also give a lot of carrots compared to other locations, maybe because carrots are cheaper than broccoli and cabbage 🤔. Sometimes chicken portions are small.

Went in at around 1:00PM first time and customer service was horrible. Lady in the front just looked like she hated her life and same with the other girl just looked sad to be there. The guy was just cutting meat so he was fine. The girls however were just horrible the looks on their faces just said it all. I dont plan on returning to this location at least. Flame Broiler for life.

I ordered the chicken family meal and it had waba spicy sauce on it instead of waba sauce. My kids could not eat it. This is the second time this has happened. Is there no waba sauce at this location????? Watch your order, make sure you check it before you leave.

The food was delicious until I bit into something crunchy. I had the Waba Plate, rice, steak, chicken, salad and an orange wedge. Dont know what was crunchy. I paid in cash and because they didnt have change, due to the coin shortage. So instead of asking if I minded they just assumed that I was okay with them keeping my change. Im still wondering what the crunchy things were, I ended up throwing out my dinner.

Worst service ever!!! I my receip state my order was taken at :06pm at 4:20 pm I kept hearing the register employee and food prep sally tell customers that there was no more chicken. I didn’t know that went for my order as well. When I asked the employer sally let me know that she had just come in and I let her know nobody notify me of this. So I asked for a refund she said she would have to notify her manager to zelle me the money back in 2-3 days!!!!

My first time to this Waba Grill and I dont think Ill be back. Since it is a chain I expected the same service and quality of food that I have experienced at urge Waba Grills.That was not the case. I ordered 3 chicken bowls to go. The chicken was dry, not fresh. The rice which is usually so fluffy and perfect, was dry, clumpy like it had been sitting around for a long time. Did not taste good at all.Definitely a let down. Not the delicious food I was expecting.

I have eaten at this location more than a dozen times. The portion sizes and topping availability has decreased. This is indicative of a struggling franchise. I miss being able to add more sauce but I understand that too many Pomona hooligans probably abused this. Unfortunately now the worst location I have visited. 10 dollars will get me further at Chipotle or Panda across the street.

My 17 year old daughter & her boyfriend went to eat at the Waba Grill off of Rio Rancho in Pomona. They served OLD stale food!! My daughter showed them the food & the employee said “yes, sorry it was from the bottom of the pan and it was sitting for a while”, but they refused to give them back a refund. When I arrived the owner & her daughter were very aggressive & we even got them on video as the owner came at me! I will mKe a formal complaint with their franchise and BBB. DON’T EAT HERE!!!
