While I like this Waba because they are open later than other quick fast food Restauraunts the drive through is insanely slow. There are times where I had to repeat my order 3 times at the window and 3 times in the payment window. Then, when you finally order I’ve waited over 8-10 mins to get my bowl. Keep in mind it’s maybe 1 bowl or 2 max, and no complicated orders.

I’ve been coming here a lot for a while now. I will never be back again. So today my chicken bowl had the flavor of girls perfume or something of the sort. Everything just tasted like someone poured febreze or perfume in my bowl. Very disgusting now the taste is lingering in my mouth and I even had my wife try it and she agrees there is something seriously wrong. Thanks losers NEVER AGAIN DONT COME HERE

Rice was hard (undercooked), usually they are good about the food, they just made another plate, no refund offered. - update 8/23 got the tacos, they forgot them first, then its all cold.

Good tasting food. You can eat healthier here if you choose the right foods. They have brown rice and white meat chicken options. Ask for spicy sauces that are in the small refrigerator.

I had the sweet and spicy chicken with veggies and it was really tasty! The chicken was tender and veggies were cooked perfectly. Excellent service too!

Was there at 3:45pm Friday. Drive thru was 4 cars deep. Walked in. The guy behind the counter was upset about something and was having a lot of heated conversations with the food preparer. When I was given my order I just wanted to leave. Got home to find out I didnt get the right sauce and no avocado which I paid for. This was my first time to this location and my last.

The food tasted awesome (maybe new cooks?), my food was fresh and ample. Cashier at the drive-thru was nice enough (had a bit of a hard time understanding how to work the EBT machine and understanding me) but other than that, all was great. 👍 Thank you Waba.

On Saturday July 31st and 11:52pm, the open sign still on, and customers still ordering inside the restaurant as well. I pulled into the drive thru to order food but the lady said that she sold everything on the menu. That’s just an excuse to not make anymore food because she is lazy. I’ve never had a waba grill or any other restaurant tell me that “ we sold everything on the menu”.Regardless if you’re closing in 10 minutes, you get paid to sell your food until the restaurant closes.DO NOT COME HERE

Ive been to this location twice. Both times bad food. Chicken was horrible. I tossed my food. Drive thru employee was very nice. I wont give this place another try. Food has no taste

I Got a bottled aloe drink, that had been partially drank. The bottle didn’t seem filled to the top and when I went to open the cap the seal had already been broken.

To be as balanced as possible, I would say Waba is a bit better than Yoshinoya, not as good Flame Broiler (both of which are nearby). Waba does stay open later, though.

I dont think this place deserves 5 stars, I gave 2, the stakes were too tough to chew, the shrimp bowl had no flavors, the salmon fish was too dry ..the staff was not friendly and would not like to answer your questions. I will not return to Waba Grill, .. .
