Absolutely delicious! No pics because it didnt stand a chance. The restaurant staff were kind, pleasant and thorough. The food was cooked to perfection and presented/packaged thoughtfully. The cashier was rude. He would not acknowledge you upon entering. Instead, he makes you wait in awkward silence as he finishes whatever it was he was doing. He then says, Go ahead and order, as he walks away and does other tasks. Each customer he did this way, and we all waited until he came back to the register to give our order. The store itself was without air-conditioning, either on purpose or some problem, so eating in the restaurant was a definite no.

The rice in the teriyaki bowl was so dry and hard that I couldnt even bite through it. I worked in the food industry for 12 years as a district manager. I know for a fact that rice was old and / or it had been sitting for way too long. The plates here are way too overpriced, and the portions are extremely small. I know that they have to measure the portions, but sometimes, its not even the correct portion. I wont be coming back.

The cashier gave an unpleasant welcome. she made me feel very unworthy. i give EXCELLENT reviews for this site, and she just gave me a very unpleasant experience. i paid over 60 dollars for 5 bowls and drove 24 minutes one way. I LOVED this location. i visit last week, and for the first time i heard a customer ask for sides of garlic serrano sauce (and she was given multiple). I never knew they even had that (as much as i go, go figure). So this visit, I ask the young lady may I have 2 sides of garlic serrano sauce and she told me, while giving a sour look, Well normally i would have to charge you for these. That just made me feel so bad, because not only did i just spend 60 for 5 bowls, they hardly had sauce which is the only reason I ask for 2! Also, I dont ask for ANYTHING to be given to me. i work hard for my money and pay for everything. so dont THINK you are doing me ANY FAVOR by saying what you NORMALLY do. if thats the case, YOU NEED TO BE CONSISTENT WITH ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS, RED, YELLOW, BLACK AND WHITE! Because im not asking for ANYTHING TO BE HANDED TO ME! Because of her, will NEVER give them my little service anymore

This location is my favorite, however yesterday I went in, and the AC was not working! It felt like a sauna in there. The employees looked like they were going to pass out. Visited this location yesterday for lunch. There was a very friendly cashier who was taking phone orders and getting orders together. She was moving so fast she accidentally dropped my change on the counter and she was like oh my gosh Im sorry. Normally, I love this place, (Besides the inside of this particular location always smelling strongly of sewage) but the last two times Ive ordered online through their app theyve forgotten items. The first were drinks and an order of dumplings and this time it was just an order of dumplings. All of which I was charged for. When I tried to call Waba I kept getting sent to a full voicemail box. The dumplings are kind of my families favorite part so its a bummer those are what keeps getting left out. 😔

WaBa Grill is a good catchy name. Pricing was expensive. Its a new fast food/restaurant chain. It was very clean and organized inside. They offer healthy choices. You can get vegetarian food there and possibly vegan food. I had saw a tofu dish. The seasoning on the steak and vegetable bowl is very good. Parking can be slim. There is no drive through.

This evening 10/9/2020 I ordered 1 teriyaki steak bowl and 1 teriyaki chicken bowl,both with brown rice and asked the employee to please steam the vegetables on both bowls some extra time,to make them a little softer to chew;when paying I tipped the employee/cashier for steaming the vegetables more;while bagging my order,she stated vegetables in BOTH bowls were steamed longer. Arriving home,NEITHER of the bowls vegetables were steamed longer;just as HARD as normal steam time...customer tips,customer should receive what was requested;IF they wont or refuse to steam the vegetables a little longer than normal steam time,at least let the customer know beforehand,that they DON’T steam vegetables longer than normal. NOT the first time buying bowls w/vegetables after requesting extra steam time at this location.Will NOT be retuning EVER again..besides the “stench” inside when you first enter..is 🤢...

Sign says close 10pm. Arrived at 8:55 pm. Looks like whoever was supposed to take my order was too busy in the back to come and take my order, I almost walked out, had me standing there waiting. Only customer in the store. The guy who was supposed to be cleaning came to my rescue.Service is usually good at all the other Wabas I have been to.

Disappointed. I ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Bowl that I was CRAVING and it was completely flavorless, even after adding Teriyaki and hot sauce. The cashier was a little rude and when my order was ready she asked if I wanted a fork and a napkin? I mean, was I going to eat my food with my fingers? I wont be going back anytime soon.

Xperience indicates not to go to a newly opened restaurant. Food was very good, Waba bowl was tasty, salmon and shrimp were cooked well and very good. However; in bad need for organization and training. Watching what went on in the grill area, very confused staff, not sure of their jobs, and food came out very slow. When my order came it was not correct, started a round of discussion and who took the order, why did you do it that way look at the ticket etc etc. When I got home the vegetable rice bowl was just veggies no rice, and the veggies were totally uncooked. All this to recommend improvements to what can be a good product and location. Get your processes, procedures and training improved now.

Ordered home delivery. Food was cold. Order was to be delivered at 6:15pm. It was delivered at 6:33 pm. Inside invoice said it was prepared at 5:50pm. I live 1.5 miles from the restaurant. Very dissatisfied!!

We will be back. Because I have to follow a restricted diet (no wheat, rye, or milk products) it is difficult to find restaurants that do not use a least one of these products. As long as I dont have the teriyaki sauce (which is made with soy sauce which is made with wheat), I can eat almost everything on their menu. YAY!FYI: There were 3 mailmen, a UPS driver, and a policeman eating there.
