Ordered 2 chicken and 2 wild-caught salmon bowls. Chicken were great but the fish was far from being wild caught salmon... would have given a 5 star if it truly was...

Its close to work and very reliable. The food is like most fast food, its hit and miss. The staff is good for the most part, they arent going to go out of their way to deliver stellar service or anything like that. Its close to work.1/20/23I must say that this spot has been right on more times than not. Went today and I was in and out and not disappointed. The staff seems to have improved. Thanks Waba Grill.

The drive thru is kind of weird here, it’s not easily accessible if you don’t know the area you might just end up dining in. Food is alright, I just feel like the bowls need a little bit more portions (chicken bowl) in particular but the other bowls are alright. Employees are friendly and the area is clean. Not my go to meal after the gym. Needs to be revamped! Looks ghetto

One of the best Waba Grills I have been to. The staff is amazing and on point with service. Food is always really good! They are bilingual and can help with Spanish language barriers. HABLAN ESPAÑOL! The associates are super helpful and genuinely happy to help. A good place to go with friends or family after a trip or just for some lunch. THANK YOU!

Third time in a row it doesn’t make sense to always forget avocado and this time I order the waba plate and you guys didn’t even bother putting steak but purposely replaced it with extra chicken without letting me know thinking that I’m not going to notice. for now on I’m going to the other waba grill up the street instead. Hopefully the employees at the establishment can have better training and specially how they talk to their customers

Worst place EVER!3rd Saturday I pull up to order a chicken bowl. WHITE MEAT! just to be told we dont have white meat but its more like we dont want to cook you white meat. Employee sounds so miserable. I dont like to complain about places unless I have to, DONT COME HERE, SAVE YOUR GAS AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Ordered two salmon meals through DoorDash and the Salmon was sour.I called the restaurant to complain yet couldn’t speak to the manager because he didn’t speak English.I was forced to now drive to the location where I was advised that the new order was not made with the same fish, yet it taste exactly the same. I was glad that I didn’t leave before tasting the 2nd order. I was able to bring it back in where I ended up leaving irritated and with two steak meals instead. I was advised I could speak to a GM the next morning.Update: I called and was able to speak with the District Manager Ishmael and he was very understanding of my concerns and genuinely apologetic. He went above and beyond to rectify this challenge and for that I am truly grateful.

They. DESERVE ZERO STARS!!!!!Ordered the family meal HORRIBLE MEAT was NOT cooked all the wayand the white rice was still slightly hard WASNT COOKED COMPLETELY!!!!! Yikes! The drive thru is terrible. On one occasion the hot sauce opened in the bag before it was handed to me and the cashier still tried handing me a bag with hot sauce every where. I dont understand how he didnt notice that when handing me the bag. Second time I ordered a small drink and I did not get my small drink. I didnt bother calling to get my drink because I am done with this place. The service is mediocre and the drive thru person is terrible.

The Waba Grill on Redlands in Loma Linda CA was terrible.The food was the left overs from the day. Not fresh and the sugar in the sauce was in clumps. The steak was mush.The drive thru speaker didnt work had trouble hearing the staff.Please be warned that this location was disappointing.

I love Waba Grill! The food was great! Clean atmosphere, friendly staff, and most importantly great food! Lots of options for vegetarians like myself. Would recommend this restaurant to any vegetarian living in the Loma Linda area!

First time here. Smelled a bit like an open BarbiQ. We chose vegan/vegetarian. We were delighted with the noodles 🍜 😋.If you like BarbiQ You will Love it here.When you order tell them Joe sent you, they will say Joe Who...thats me 😃

Ordered beef veggies. They gave me chicken veggies. Ordered 2 bowls of avocado they gave me 3 bowls of moldy old avocados with 1 fruit fly in it. this place is dirty. Dont eat here if you dont want to get sick!I even called to make a complaint to the manager. Worker said they dont have a manager there so I ask whos in charge she said no one and I can hear them giggling in the background well I will be calling the health department!

Went with group of extended family for dinner before watching a movie at the Harkins in Mountain Grove Theater. Beef and vegetable bowl.PROS: Courteous service and decent sitting arrangements to sit eight.CONS: skimpy amount of beef, beef contained large amounts of inedible fat, vegetables wilted and flavorless, rice had a hard texture. Someone sitting across from me said about the food, I would not eat this even in times of war. They were a survivor of a war torn country.

I arrived at this location at 9:57am was told they wouldnt be open till 5 more minutes to please back up from the drive through speaker.. then when I drove back up I asked for a half and half steak and chicken veggie bowl she said sorry we have no steak I then told her ok how long for the wait she said a while I said ok how long is a while I am willing to park and wait she then giggled said sorry and basically have me no choice meanwhile I heard a guy screaming at her in the background... Very unhappy with this location you may need to hire more adult like people and not children and the chicken bowl I ordered there were no pieces of chicken only shredded 🤮

I love that they have a drive thru at this location. Theres a real shortage of drive thru food with good veggies.Also theyre super friendly. We went through during get off work traffic and honestly sitting in the drive thru for a minute was better than the traffic.

I came in at 800 pm on August 1st and while I was in drive through i was laughed at by two employees that claimed to be laughing about something else but I wasnt born yesterday if your laughing about something else u dont look in the direction of someone and then show and nod towards me and then other person begins laughing while both people are now staring directly at m me i dont appreciate it nor will I or anyone I know ever return to this place after being treated so rudely. It was more than apparent what they were laughing about.

Two times now I’ve gone to this location around 6 PM, average dinner time and they have signs posted saying they closed at 5 PM and will resume normal business hours in the AM. They’re posted hours say they do not close until 9 PM. Not a fan.

Boy to be honest, I ordered the food to go I want to think that for that reason the food was spoiled and the avocado black . In truth, the seasoning was very bad, the scorched shrimp tasted more like charcoal than shrimp, you can imagine the vegetables as in the image and the overcooked broccoli was not very bad. But I repeat, it is a takeaway experience. I want to give it a second chance and try it there personally, maybe it will reverse my comment.
