Asked for green onion twice to assure I got them and still did not! And when it came to serving it was extremely small, and they were stingy with the waba sauce .. Although the quality was great!! Just wish I could have got it the way I asked !

On July 6th at 6:08 p.m. ordered Bowl and added avocado; it had black Parts on it I took a picture I sure did the person when I place another order today to please do not put up a, thats black. She told the other girl with a ponytail and curly hair and she made a face sarcastically and Ill hurt her tell the cook not going to eat black avocado. So the girl that was preparing the food I showed her the photographs on my phone and she said to my surprise: theres nothing I can do thats how we sell it. I did not appreciate that answer and I spoke with the cook and he had the right attitude indicating that the girl was in error of her attitude and he was sorry that we got the black avocado on the last order. People shouldnt get fired they should get retrained; but more importantly, people that get hired need to have the right attitude and food service its not an easy job--- dealingwith people. But you have to be polite and hear out the complaint if theres any with the right attitude

Customer service is non existent in this establishment. The few times that I have been to this location, none of the staff have Greeted me and it feels as if they just want me gone as soon as possible. Genuinely a very hostile environment, will not be returning.

The tables and floor was filthy . I asked the lady to have someone clean the tables and they just ignored me and never cleaned it. So I had to wipe the table myself so we can eat. My daughter loved the waba sauce she asked for extra sauce for her food. He told her he would have to charge $ .30. The customer service was horrible 😑.

Dirty restaurant! Additionally, they tried charging me for extra sauce after I asked for it on my bow; They only added drop to my bowl so it was just dry. Not returning to this location....

Terrible service. Rude manager. The food is measured in small portions. Might as well weight it out.Also it’s dirty. The front doors Disgusting seem that no one cleans.I hope I don’t get sick from here.

Not once but three times it took for me to actually write this. . The manager Ashley is very rude and lazy. I dont understand how it is an issue for her cook dumplings. Using the same line. We only have 5left.she needs to do her job. I was told by another employee(sweetheart) to order it online because they cant turn down that order.So my order was for pick up and I dont mind waiting. But I was sitting there and she had the nerve to ask if im waiting for an order . i said yes.for. Pick up. She said sorry we dont have any orders for pick up. So i wanted to show her the confirmation order on my phone so we can figure out if It was wrong. But she didnt bother coming to see it. So another employee again had to let me know my order is almost done. Well. I dont know what her problem is. She needs to leave her personal problems at home and do her job

I eat here all the time when in the area and never had a serious complaint or issue but the other day I ordered a beef plate with avocado and white rice, but what I received was brown rice, no avocado as well as a not so fresh orange and no dressing on the salad. When called they said they would credit me a bowl (not a plate) the next time I came in which I was fine with but when I came in they said we cant give you a bowl but we can give you some avocado, like why would I drive back up for avocado? The cook seemed as if he didnt care as I explained and personally I dont get confrontational with the ones handling my food as it would give me a uncomfortable feeling after receiving it. I feel as if I have to find a new Waba Grill as of now.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I only got food here because I was staying at a nearby hotel and had no other options. Absolutely terrible. Rice was not fresh. Was hard and dry and was either poorly warmed up from being refrigerated or was sitting out at ambient temp for hours. Kimchi...I have no words. Avoid it at all costs. Its not kimchi. Even as an abstract interpretation, you couldnt even call it that. It was Edamame and cucumbers in sweet chili sauce. The side salad I got was made at least a day ago. Cucumbers were slimy, tasted awful, the lettuce was rotten on the bottom of the bowl. This place does not deserve the one star I had no choice but to give it. Utter waste of money.

At this point it’s probably my fault for not checking to make sure they got my order right. Today, once again, I paid extra for avocado and once again they didn’t add it. It’s waba grill. The food tastes like waba grill. The service at this particular location is lacking.

First time here at this location and the place smelled like ass.. i dont know if I came at the wrong time or if they had plumbing issues but damn it was tough to eat there... other than that the food and customer service was great. Still giving it 5 stars since it was my first time here.

I went to buy a family meal for dining to take home, I dint had good experience when I open my boxes there was only cabbage no half plates of rice half plate of chicken no teriyaki sauce very disappointed ☹️. Waba Grill was a great place to eat at lunch or the other day very friendly personnel they try to serve you up as quick as I can great food great courteous parkings okay lunch time it may get a little busy but theyre always happy to help you get in and out as quick as you need need to try their teriyaki excellent chicken bowls great Ill go have lunch or dinner there or carryout you wont regret it

Not only did the food not taste as fresh as it does in other waBa grills, but the young lady in the front with the blonde hair had the worse attitude towards my family and I. We had to wait for 5 mins to be acknowledged despite us being the only ones there and on top of that she rolled her eyes at us...Seriously worst costumer service.
