$24 for two rice bowls.!? And they were not even full.. One beef bowl and one shrimp bowl.. No onions, no drinks.. Just $1 of rice and MAYBE $3 of protein.. Ridiculous. The bowl was smaller, too.. NOT worth it.

Cabbage tasted odd. Like it’s been sitting out for long. I had huge pieces of the the beef. Not chopped out. Overall dissatisfied. Save yourself the time and money.

The food is great same as the place. Is just the people who work there. We got here (Waba grill) around 7:00 pm on Sunday and suddenly the managers locks all doors at 7:25. We were wondering what to do in case of an emergency. Plus more than 6 people walked away because the doors were locked and the closed time it says 8:00 pm and is barely 7:40. People were looking at us like. Can u open the door. Which I did for one. But I don’t know everything in here is great just the management is horrible

I like WaBa Grill never really had a complaint. I ordered a Chicken veggie bowl sans the rice. I felt I was over charged paying $9 when the menu in the drive-thru $6.89. When I got home there was very little Chicken and broccoli. But the bottom was Full of Cabbage! This was my worst experience here. I dont eat CABBAGE and I was still hungry. 🤬

Waited 10 min at the speaker just to finally get a rude person to take my order . And to top it off she kept asking what did u say. It was a joke lol. Then I got to the window. Waited an additional 15 until she charged me. When she gave me my food, it was missing a couple items. I looked at my receipt and she didnt charge me but I told her she didnt get this and she was like yea its cuz I didnt hear you like okkaayyy haha.

Rude staff, terrible service, never has all protein options. Has progressively gotten worst since it first opened. I suggest you go to Flame Broiler or Yoshinoya instead. Save both your time and money.

The worst service ever. And they always mess up the order. I just picked up a family meal with an additional 10 dumplings.. get home and theres no additional 10 dumplings. But they charged me. I tried calling and of course... no answer. They always do this. I still give the business a chance but they never get it right. First they cant do my full order... then they have no cabbage for the veggies and now the dumpling... and to top it off no chili sauce when they ask me what I wanted. Im so done with them. You guys are the worst. Dont waste your money!!!

VERY FRESH FOOD FOR A FAST FOOD PLACE. this place is a bit pricey for fast food, but it is very worth it because they cook everything fresh and it is a good meal for dinner or lunch after work or a workout. i would recommend the WABA plate because it is the main dish in their store, and it is delicious and not nasty like other fast food. i like to add wasabi because the spic makes my mouth want more. Their service here is very accommodating because they treat you really kindly so i would recommend coming to this store because it is really good and the employees are nice.

This place always takes forever to give you your food. Ive been to other WaBa Grills and they give you your food right away, this place always takes forever from 10-15 mins for a simple order to one time almost 25 mins! The only reason I still come to this place is because it is the closest and most convenient and the food is good, but the service needs to be improved!!

Food is really expensive,but is worth the price. Honestly if you want to eat healthy this restaurant is the best near el monte. I like the brown rice makes you full and with energy. Salmon is also nutririous and tasty. Honestly I will like more restaurant like this Instead of junk McDonalds that is giving junk food with a lot of sugar and gluten.I also will like a more accessible price for people that cant afford this restaurants because people eat junk food because is cheaper.

Love Waba grill, always good food but the service at this location is horrible. They take longer than any other Waba grill, take long to give your food, and when they ask if you want sauces they STILL don’t give the sauces! We ordered dumplings (which come with their one sauce) didn’t receive it. Order a spicy chicken salad (which of course comes with dressing). And ABSOLUTELY NO DRESSING in our bag. Whenever Yessenia is working the window it’s nothing but problems more than once. She is completely lost and needs to be retrained if she ever was at all.

Found a hair in the rice take it up to the counter and the girl asks if I just found it. Uh yeah. Didnt know I needed to be looking at my food for before I took a bite. She tells me that she will redo the bowl but it will take 20 minutes because they dont have white rice. Really? All you serve is white and brown rice and you dont have any rice? Its 7:30pm on a Friday night? I will wait for the bowl. And by some miracle they have the rice ready in 5 minutes! Worse customer service ever. I get a yell from behind the counter saying its ready i assumed it was for me. Chicken bowl not the best Ive hadfrom other waba grills.

I agree with Luis. They are careless, rude and burned my food, didnt give me utensils. I also asked for extra rice and was previously charged 35 cents but they tried to charge me $2.75. When I declined the extra rice, they offered to just sell me the bowl at regular price. I agreed but got my $4 in change in nothing but coins. This waba grill gives others a bad name and I usually LOVE Waba grill. Plus I work at a fast food restaurant and can sympathize but this time wasnt one of those times. My solution is just to find another Waba grill location if I decide to get Waba again

This Waba grill is garbage, although the place itself is clean the workers are rude, careless and dont pay attention at all. Every time I go they mess up my order, the rice is always burnt and they never put utensils inside the bag. What am I going to eat this with? My damn hands?? Only reason why I go here is because its the closest to my job. Overall the workers need to stop burning the freakin Food and it attention to what the hell they are doing!!!
