WaBa Grill in Banning

Dumplings are inconsistent here. Thats all I ever get. A quick little snack before work or after and its been good lately until the last two times Ive gone. Not sure if its a new person on the grill or just being lazy but as you see in the pictures its pretty bad.The dumplings sometimes have little pieces of char on them I usually just flick off which is fine. Lately theyve been consistent and clean and no need to. But the last two times Ive gone they were pretty bad. Like bad bad. Just after 2020 covid it was always bad but since have fixed the issue until recently again. Here Ill show you.As you see in the picture it looks like they were not on a clean grill and just dumped on the grill with old crusty crumbs still on it. Lots of burnt bits on the dumplings and to top it off a big Ole piece of burnt something was picked up from probably in a crevice of the grill where nothing gets cleaned and placed in the container for extra flavoring lol. Why do that? Just clean the grill and stop being lazy.

Bella was the sweetest ever!! She was so helpful and attentive. The food was great, the steak was tender just like she said and very flavorful. The place is clean and the kitchen looks clean as well!! Very important!!!

I see many bad reviews of this location and although it is concerning, I have never had a problem here. Ive eaten here once every few weeks for around 2 years and never once had a problem. If anything, I think that they are a little stingy with the waba sauce but I get that every business is trying to reduce needless waste or costs. Everything here is great for me.

The rice & chicken bowl got me sick w/ Nausea & head ache I felt like throwing up but I managed not toAbout 10 mins after I was done eatingNot sure if it was slightly under cooked. I will probably stay away from this joint .

Food is delicious. Staff is friendly. No issues here.

Bad service, lazy! Came in a half hour before closing, still had 18mins left when I got my plate, and asked if I could have a seat and eat since they arent closed. Was told sternly no walk in only finished my meal in my car and came back in to throw away my trash and get the napkins I still needed. Lame! If they had a worse product this place would go out of business fast...

I ordered my food on line and made a mistake and added rice. So when I got there I spoke with a Ellen who said she was the manager, told her I needed to make a change that I do not want rice all vegetables! She got so mad and was throwing things, the rice back into rice container, slamming the lid, had no customer service at all!!! She was flat out rude and should go to school and learn to be polite and respectful to people!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!First of all, I asked for a small order of brown rice and they charged me for a big one. Not just that, the rice was HARD! My daughter said it was too hard I tried it and indeed. I told them nicely and the RUDE Asian lady in the back said well next time just order white rice! As the other young lady was serving me white rice the Asian lady was next to her the whole time whispering something!!!! RUDE! RUDE!! RUDE!!!! Acts like shes the owner of the place when in Realty hun youre just an EMPLOYEE!

This location always closes before 8pm and when you arrive at 10 til and the door is locked the employees just stare at you and then show each other their phone. They could care less about their customers. They just want to close early and get out of there. No customer service 😕
