Love Waba Grill but after last order I will avoid it. Chicken is so dry is hard to chew, feeling like you chewing nails. Stake is chopped rubber, trying to chew but can’t. Had to eat it cuz was hungry.Service was absolutely horrible. The guy didn’t say A WORD while taking my order, got the feeling like I did something wrong while ordering my food.The biggest disappointment for me from my fav lunch-at-work restaurant.

This place is always sooo good. I get the chicken vegetable bowl with brown rice everytime and it never disappoints. Helps alot that the pricing is reasonable considering the inflation our current government is causing. Inside has a nice set up with quite a few booths and areas for customers to sit. Multiple different choices for drinks, some healthy, others not so much. Definitely recommend the place! If youve never tried their food, you should.

Good customer service. Not a busy location. Waited about 10 minutes for my food and it hit the spot. Im not in Temecula much but Ill be back when Im in the area.

Good location and decent meal for the price. Chicken is tender most times, chewy a few times, but overall been really good. Waba sauce is great and the portions are good for lunch. Have had 3 business meetings here and all loved the food.

My husband raved about this place. My first time in. I got the Sweet and Spicy Chicken and vegetables. The dice was more spicy I really didnt get much sweet. There wasnt enough of the sauce to coat the veges or rice. I want to go back and get the Waba Steak and Chicken, give it another try...

Always a great WaBa to stop at! Staff is friendly, restaurant is clean and food is fresh. The two best WaBa’s in the valley are this location and Menifee. I personally like the plantspired meat! Enjoy!!!

Walked into this none friendly establishment today to find a employee who just got back from talking the trash out handling my food without washing his hands. I was so upset I told the cashier about this major issue that his teammate just did and all he had to say is ok..I guess I can redo your order! Look this was absolutely wrong!!!!! Look people stay away from this location!

Placed a mobile order, on my order I selected for 2 canned drinks. Upon arriving they did not have the canned drinks I ordered and said we could pick something else out of the cooler. They only had 2 options of bottles drinks and I asked if I could just replace them with a fountain drink instead and they said the machine is out of order😡 Got home to find the miso soup I had ordered was placed upside down in, spilling half my soup in the bag and all over my husbands bowl. Then to top it all off my husband got really sick after eating his meal and had been really sick for 3 days now and now had to go to the doctor for severe stomach pain. We would have forgiven all of the mishaps if he didnt end up getting sick, this was just the final straw. Huge bummer of an evening 😕

Walked in here at 8:20pm on 3/30/22 to pick up a grubhub order and the staff at the time straight up lied to me and told me that the order had been canceled simply because they were too lazy to make the order. Obviously I can confirm with the customer if the order had actually been canceled or not. IT WAS NOT! The fact that a customer does not get their food because the staff is too lazy to do their job is absolutely ridiculous! Shameful behavior!

This place is great! Great food, good prices. Staff is always nice!My only small gripe is that it smells like… a porta potty. It’s been like this the last few times I’ve been here and it’s pretty off putting so we never eat inside.

Heard a lot about this restaurant but never tried it until my son treated me to lunch. Ordered the steak and vegetable bowl with avocado. Loved it! Its a healthy food choice to go if you want to eat a little healthier. Wish I tried sooner! Definitely will go back again.

The proteins were great. We had a combination of beef, chicken and shrimp, all were tasty. The brown rice was ok, and the vegetables were too al dente, hardly cooked at all.

Love going to this Waba Grill, such a great location and easy to find parking. The restaurant is always clean and the people are so friendly. This visit Nathan helped us. He was so nice and went out of his way to make sure we had the best visit. Theses guys are awesome and I’d highly recommend them to anyone. Be sure to grab a couple hot carrots, they are delicious. This place is always busy so the food is always fresh and tastes great! We will be coming back soon!

I had been here two times before and ordered the steak and veggies bowl with brown rice no problems. This last trip yesterday (4/26/17) I ordered the Steak and Chicken bowl with brown rice and a bowl of just veggies. I opened it when I got home and there was only chicken in the bowl, but I decided it wasnt worth going back to get the correct order. So I started eating and the chicken did not taste fresh so I ate just the rice and veggies instead. In the middle of the night I woke up with severe stomach pain and cramps and they have persisted all day. I believe I got food poisoning from their not so fresh chicken.

The chicken wasn’t cooked and my whole family got sick. The rice was old and hard. Also, we had to chop up the chicken because the pieces were too big to bite. I’ve gone here for years and never had this problem. Don’t know what’s going on

This service & food is always on point & I always recommend them, but today I came in & they were mopping & the girl had a slight attitude because I walked through to place an order. Mopping is not that serious & if you’re going to mop that much why not leave atleast a walk way for the customers to walk through to order ...? Lol.

I love Waba Grill and I tend to go often. I usually go to the one off the 79 in Temecula, and have visited this Waba only several times. Each time I have come to this Waba (Ynez), at least one part of my order is wrong.
