This location follows many others in terms of design, food choices and atmosphere. A wide variety of beers, wines and cocktails available and the ability to order bar classics. Food choices are expansive but they recently got rid of their lunch menu which was a favorite of mine. Depending on the time of day and sporting event your wait and noise level will vary.

Yard House is a classic American bar and restaurant. The atmosphere is great; they have lots of TV playing sports. Lots of seats, from booths to bar seats. They offer 100+ beers on tap, so you will definitely find a selection that you would like. The waiters are extremely kind and helpful. As for the food, it is very tasty. They also make them look very nice, as in the case of onion ring tower (see image below).Expect a 20-40 minute wait time on weekends. Overall, 100% recommended for anyone visiting the desert or already living here. Experiences may vary, but you may be pleased with yours as we were!

Fair pricing, large beer selection, decent cocktails, and fair service. Second time here & consistently the same - a good experience (sports bar). I got the Poke Salad, decent size, but I think lacked protein… spouse got the burger & was also okay portion. Basic sports bar presentation.Very large complex, with outside sitting that is covered. Next door to the movie theater (huge plus). We’ll be back.

The chips n guacamole were exceptional! Very fresh! The chicken tortilla soup was some of the best Ive ever had and my husbands jambalaya was excellent as well. We will definitely be back! The beer selection was honestly the most Ive ever seen on tap !

I had the most wonderful time here thanks to the phenomenal Alexis. She was an incredible waitress who was very happy to be helping us out. Every time she came by our table she was exceptional and always had the best smile on her face. She was funny, kind, and charismatic, one of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant! The food was served quickly and was delicious. It was my daughters birthday and the staff came together to sing her a happy birthday and made our night! I 100% recommend this place, if you ever dine here ask for Alexis to ensure you have the best time.

Calamari was excellent. Perfectly fried with no rubbery texture. Tenders were surprisingly delicious. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. We got the 3 cheese pizza which was also really good. Nice crust, flavorful tomato sauce, and the three cheeses went well togetherm my wife got a moscow mule, which she enjoyed. But she loved her second drink more, the strawberry margarita. Service was great, quick and attentive. Definitely coming back for happy hour.

Our server was Cat.... ask for her!!! Best service EVER!!!!!!! We went in with our 4 year old and hostess refused to give us a booth. We knew having our kid there in the middle of the room by the bar was not the best idea... Cat gave us the best service and relocated us... great food, great service.... Went with a friend at about 11, sat at the bar. we were asked if we knew what we want as soon as my friend got there, so we needed a minute. bartender didnt come back for almost 20 minutes and when we ordered it was last call for food. but thats okay, I guess thats on us for going later and he had other people to serve.what brings down this yard house review is that I ordered a burger, and initially said medium well then immediately changed it to well done because I forgot which meant no pink on the inside. what I got was nowhere near well. wasnt even close to medium well. and because the kitchen was closed I didnt get a new one, which was fine but it would have been cool to get a type of discount on the burger.other than that, the atmosphere is really nice, before my friend arrived the bartender came multiple times, and the sweet potato fries are killer. the taste of the burger was amazing too, just severely undercooked for me. pic is of when I got home with it, but you can tell by the color.

Alexis G. is the absolute best! We came in late after a concert on a Tuesday night. We sat ourselves because the host may have been busy. Even though we werent in his area but he chose to serve us anyway. The Firecracker Shrimp & Korean BBQ taco/lettuce wraps were delicious! Excellent service and timing, Alex! The wait time for dinner last night was 30-45 min. After checking with the Host to be placed on the list, you are notified once your table is ready to be seated by text.I shopped at the River until my table was ready.I ordered the Blackened Shrimp tacos with cabbage slaw, chipotle sauce. I really enjoyed the sauces within the taco. The vampire style taco was +$2-3 extra to have your taco shell cooked in a layer of cheese with a corn tortilla. Unfortunately the vampire style taco was too hard to bite into and it turned into a fight with your food moment. The taco shell was so hard that it definitely affected my eating experience. I enjoyed the Beans served with the two Shrimp tacos they were well spiced out of the dish and brought flavor to the bland rice. The Spicy Rice served with this dish is a tomato based rice however it has no flavor, nor heat as claimed. The rice was also wet and mushy.The food was filling. I wish I had the opportunity to finish the second taco with the vampire style presentation. I decided to scoop out its contents because the shell was awfully difficult to bite through.The drink my friend had ordered tasted more like a medicine. The Acho Chile Liquor unfortunately didnt pair well with the pineapple in this drink. I think if there was more Coco Real cream that would take away from the pungent unappealing taste. The drink was about $15.A guest in my party that ordered the Chicken strips voiced that the dish had something off about them. They were not able to specify if they were undercooked. However they made it clear to me something wasnt right about this dish. After taking a bite out some notice that the chicken strips like flavor and spice entirely. This was not appetizing. The fries was the only thing enjoyed on that plate.I always enjoy dining at this location because of the stellar customer service and great energy fostered by the staff. I look forward to dining again with family and friends.

I can’t stop bangin this drum, go there for the Happy Hour. It’s awesome with variety, deals on food and of course, wine and beer.It’s Yardhouse, so if you haven’t been here welcome to California. It was Thursday night busy I sat at a booth in the bar it was a great experience it was fast service the waitress was very attentive the environment was fun and vibrant the manager came and asked us how we were doing it was nice to be acknowledged we ate good food the only thing were the boneless buffalo wings they were way over cooked both times but the first batch I ordered they were really good I had never had them there, other than that clean,fun, drinks, were made perfectly definitely will come back. The most insane menu for vegans!! Everything was literally mouthwatering! Our server Angel was the sweetest! After finished watching tennis at Indian Wells, we came here to have dinners at 11.30pm, this place opens till 12.30 on Friday and Saturday. When we got there, the place was still half full. I like the atmosphere, the service was really good. I had lobster noodle and loved it a lot, very tasty and the portion is also big. The following night, we came back and had beef bowl, pizza, soup and calamari, the food was around 8/10. I had good experience here.

Its a fun place to get the gang together or watch sports at the bar. Theres usually a wait on weekends. Service can be slow however because all drinks need to be poured by bartender. Food isnt anything great, but fun items like giant pretzels and onion towers. Come for the exciting ambiance and draft beers 🍻

They were out of a few things I tried to order. The food was decent. Nothing too crazy. Shrimp taco was bland and fish taco was dry. The appetizer was good with the poke nachos. Ive been a customer at Yard House in Rancho Mirage for 15 years. Tonight, Im not sure what happened but the service was atrocious and there was just a general lack of cohesiveness with everything. The prices are always going up and these appetizers in the photos where not all that great the spinach dip was over cooked and was stuck on the plate and the calamari was defried for a little to long. I love the Yard House. The only difficulty at that location is that there is no convenient place to park no matter what it is a bit of a walk from either parking lot and either direction. In the extreme heat, around 110 or more, that becomes difficult for many. But once you get inside, you cool down, and youre able to sit comfortably. The front desk girls are pleasant and efficient. we were seated where we wanted to be. Our server was beyond amazing and extremely efficient. She was also very sweet and kind. I have some food allergies and difficulty tastingswallowing some items after covid. I explained that to her and asked if I could just have one sweet potato fry to see if I could eat it. She told me she would be happy to as soon as someone ordered that, and it was made fresh. Which she did! She brought over two sweet potato fries on a plate, and I was able to try them. Unfortunately, I was not able to swallow them, but hopefully, in the future, I will enjoy other food items. Everyone at my table was delighted with their food. The music is fabulous, the TVs are on sports and the whole environment is upbeat.

This place offers great service and has great Happy Hour food options (Monday - Friday from 3pm to 6pm & Sunday - Wednesday 10pm to close). They are always playing great music ranging from rock to oldies. The drinks arent my favorite but there is still so much to I need to try. I recommend the Cadillac margarita and pineapple mule. The atmosphere is great as are their happy hour appetizers.

Been here a couple times, in the last few months, after 10pm for happy hour and always got my 1/2 happy hour food and drinks here. No issue and cant beat that deal. I havld family staying with me, so I decided to take them and their kids to Yard House to eat. Because we had children, we had a 10-15 minute wait time while other large parties were admited before us. We ordered several apps to share family style and was charged full price for all apps. The waitress heard us talking about the 1/2 apps and saw us all order from the happy hour menu and only after the check came did she mention that the policy recently changed to only happy hour drinks past 10pm. Happy Hour menu makes no mention of these changes to 10pm Happy Hour excluding food services. Food was good, as usual, but the experience and expectation was disappointing and boarderline deceitful.

The Yard House is great. The outdoor dining area is spaced great for hose concerned with the social distancing. The area is clean and the wait staff are in shields and masks. The tables are cleaned and disinfected between guests. On to the good stuff. They serve yummy food. I had the beef dip. Tender yummy and so much food. I had bee doing keto for months and I decided Id have a cheat weekend and I am glad I saved for the Yard House.We also got the spicy tuna app. Ok heads up this is unique. It is not a roll or a wrap. It is a stacked up yummy dish with spicy tuna and all kinds of deliciousness. Get it and dig in. I also love their fries. I dont eat fries much and when I do I want some crisp... oh yes I loved these. Perfection! My sister got the spicy hot chicken sandwich. She didnt know it was going to be fried however didnt matter because she said it was absolutely delicious. I wanted to eat it lol. These guys a table away were drinking these insanely tall beers. I honestly dont know what the heck they call them but they were so big it was fun to watch the guys guzzle them down.I can say that all 3 of us were very pleased with our food. So fresh and yummy and the prices are good.Give the Yard House a go! You will thank me! I am putting pics of the menu and hat is left of our food lol

We always enjoy The Yard House! The past few years have had a more consistent quality of food. Always an amazing selection of beers from all over. The staff is and always has been the reason we continue to return! It is usually too loud to hold any life changing conversations in the late afternoon or evenings. A great meeting place for Happy Hour is the Yard House located in the The River Shopping complex.They have patio seating as well as a huge sections within the building.Prices are very reasonable and if you are like me and dont get pizza often, the single pizza is the perfect size.

Food:I had the Korean BBQ Beef as my appetizer which was the best part of my night. I think that if they made it into an actual main big dinner dish instead with more meat slices and sauce, it would be better. I wasnt a fan of the radish, the spinach was good but it just felt strange eating it with the sesame oil, and the Jasmine rice was perfect.For the main dish I had the Lobster and Shrimp Agnolotti. The lumb of crab meat was nice and soft in the square noodle. I think I probably shouldve ordered the Lobster on the side with some melted butter because I couldnt really taste it as much as I could the shrimp which was surprisingly amazing. Loved the sauce, but wish it tasted better or more of something that I felt was missing.Large menu selection.Service:Not perfect, but good. We ordered a pretzel as an appetizer and it hadn’t even arrived by the time we got our food- however the waiter offered to comp it and pack it up for to-go. Even free, the pretzel was not worth it, drier than than this desert and was hard and flavorless. Food is hit or miss, but it’s hard to be good at all 500 items on your menu. If you picked the right things based on reviews I bet it’s be good. Similar vibe to other chains like Cheesecake Factory. Overall was nice for what we were looking for, big menu and decent food for everyone. Good drinks as well.

The last time I was here, a year ago, I wasnt very impressed with the food. I was invited by a friend to come here again with a party of 8. Since the last time I came to yard house, about a year ago, they have really stepped up the quality of their food. My only complaint is that it took 30 minutes and someone from our table to let the front desk know that they havent came to take our order. Come for the beer. Stay for the happy hour. Our favorite place in the desert. However, be advised that parking is a problem. I parked over by Babes Barbecue for free and didnt have a problem. There is also valet but it costs $8. The restaurant is very busy too. If you get their before 5pm you should still expect a short wait. The happy hour is until 6pm Monday through Friday. The food was good, but the service seems to be slowly declining. It feels like your paying for the experience more then just the food. Prices are decent and the portion sizes are average. If you want to go I suggest making sure no major sport event is occuring or it can take over an hour to get a seat. The restaurant is family friendly but would not recommend young children.Overall, I would visit again.

Enjoyed Happy Hour (Mon-Fri, 3-6) at Yard House. Arrived at 4:30pm on a Monday, seated in a great booth in the bar area, so comfortable, lots of sports on the tvs. Our server, Braila, was excellent. Tried a variety of the half price appetizers. Pepperoni & mushroom pizza was delicious, thin crust, cooked perfectly. The sliders were fantastic, 4 sliders with cheese & fries, a steal at that price! Boneless chicken wings were super. The calamari was good, but not as good as the other items. So many choices! Nice to have leftovers!! Definitely recommend Yard House Rancho Mirage!

Were super confused when we walked in as nobody was there to greet us at the front and there was no wait to be seated sign. Youre definitely supposed to wait to be seated! Our server was super nice though and quickly got us sorted. Great selection of beers and a wide menu of food options. The fish tacos were great! Service was fast and friendly. The noise level is definitely on the louder side so just keep that in mind!

What a fantastic place! The menu is diverse, with a lot of appetizers and food you wouldnt normally expect. First rate service as well! Our server Erik was very knowledgeable about the menu, as well as the beers they offered. He answered all of our questions and even gave us good advice on beer and food pairing. Very clean, smells lovely inside of yummy food, GREAT music overhead, and wonderful staff!! Will definitely be returning soon!!

Great place for a beer and burger. The staff is friendly, the beer selection is off the chart, and the food is good. Overall a good place for a quick meal. My only challenge is the fact that they dont take reservations.

I love yard house me and my partner come here all the time well a different yard house we have given this place 3 tries already and each time its something different. The first time we came our chicken nachos were really soggy no other yard house has ever given us that problem the second time we came my drink (salted watermelon) glass cup broke and had glass fa into my drink they did replace it but still and today it was just bad service and soggy chicken nachos again we honestly only go for chicken nachos and it really sucks when they cant even get that right.

This is a great joint to sit down for drinks and apps. Family friendly but somewhere you can go with friends to hang out. This food is consistently good whenever I go there, and the service has always been very friendly. Yardhouse is definitely a spot I hang out at and will continue to.

Unfortunately, not the best experience. Waited over an hour to receive food. It was overcooked, cold, and incorrect. I watched people who came after me receive their food before me and was treated disproportionately. If your looking for consistent good food, I would suggest another location. Employees were vocal about their being overworked and freely shared bad attitudes. I had great expectations for this place and was sadly disaapointed.

The calamari was tough and chewy, the fish and chips was so incredibly greasy and the pineapple chicken street tacos were so dry that it was hard to swallow. I had to send that one back. The host advised the website was broken but we timed our arrival based on the no wait listing online. Second and significant was dried up booger on my napkin. Absolutely disgusting and the server didnt even apologize when I brought it to their attention.

The taste of the food was really good. It was our first time eating there and we found it to be a fun place. Lots of TVs around the joint, the music was pretty loud but you could still hold a conversation. The service was okay but it took a while for our order to come. It was only the two of us plus the joint wasnt filled to capacity. Wed definitely go back and maybe take friends there also.

Then the mgs tried to bull me that it is because of the pandemic. Had the whiskey glazed salmon. Great choice. Been here a few times and never had a problem. Service was friendly and timely. Definitely recommend this place if you are a beer person. They also have wine and seltzer but I dont drink those.
