First, I will list the summary here: great food, great atmosphere of friendly Korean people, and the portion sizes are LARGER THAN THEY APPEAR although they are fairly priced at around 20$ for every person. Otherwise attached bellow is the actual menu and the deal I took was of the lunch special combo of 23.99.The food I ate were Galbi, Kimchi Stew and Bibimbop. To describe the flavors and textures that were involved in these three dishes would probably take up a short essay of descriptions that we all dont have time to read much more for me to break down. So in short, it was very well balanced and delicious with some spice of the Gochujang mixed with white rice.I would highly recommend coming here to experience authentic and traditional Korean food and if the owners see this, I give my props and respect to the cooks and hope you continue the hard work that I have seen.

Be aware. They change the amount they charge your credit card after you signed the total.We ate there like usual and had good dinner. I was just checking my credit card statement and I always double check the amounts with the receipts. Restaurant charged me $10 more than what I signed off on the receipt. I don’t know if it was the owner or the server who changed the charged amount but they are dishonest in changing the amount charged and taking more money from you without the consent of the customer. Everyone should verify the amount charged after they dine at Yedang. Dishonest practice ruins good restaurant experience. Shame on you Yedang.

They charged my card multiple times and the owner had the audacious to say infront of me to charge it again incase the transaction didnt go through and if it did charge more than once then to come back another day for the refund. You know its good korean food when 95% of the patrons are korean. We were essentially the outliers lol. But yelp wasnt working when I found this place on google maps. You cant tell really tell how busy this place gets from just driving by so when youre instead, the hustle is real! All the staff move at such a fast pace, but service was great, a little difficult to communicate when the staffs first instinct is to speak korean, but everyone communicated fine in english. Loved the comfort food, the galbi tang was flavorful and warming since the AC was blowing in my face. The Dolpan bibimbap was good, but lacked meat and egg. It was like a sprinkle of ground meat and a little egg. But It was heathy feeling.Overall great experience, seems like this is the place for family meals as we saw from the crowds of families coming in.
The food was not bad, but the two times we were here the service was terrible. The first time we came here we ordered ahead of time through the phone and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When we got there in 20 minutes, they didn’t even start our order yet so we waited another half an hour. The second time something similar happened, we came to the restaurant to order takeout and they told us the food would be ready in 25 minutes. When we came back in 25 minutes the food was still not ready, and we waited another ten minutes just for someone to get to us and tell us our food wasn’t ready. The food was not good enough for us to come back ever again. I wouldn’t recommend ordering takeout here.
Excellent, brisk business on a Sunday afternoon in the restaurant which was filled with many Korean patrons of all ages. Were not totally familiar with the food names so each time we visited without the benefit of Korean speaking friends, it is a food adventure weve enjoyed. The waitresses arent all fluent in English so its like an inexpensive way to travel not far from home and still experience Korea and some of its foods.

The food was just alright. Nothing much to write home about. I give a solid 3 stars since it wasnt terrible. I think this was just a hit and miss for me personally. I will give them a try again. Maybe I will get them on a better day.

The price is relatively cheap, the food tastes good, and there are a lot of customers. I wasnt expecting much from what I ate in Korea, but I was surprised by the good taste.
There is a reason why there are so many people. I like that the food is not too spicy. The side dishes are also overall delicious.
Its expensive, but its delicious, so I often go there, but maybe because the business has been good recently, the staff have become unfriendly and the service is messy. The grilled fish was burnt, but they just turned it over ㅋ I gave up after eating it. Even if the servers see it all, they pretend not to know everything. Dont say anything and pay the money.
Mulbibim naengmyeon is unique and has a strong red pepper paste taste like raw fish.
Overall, the seasoning of the food was not too strong.It was so good. The crunchiness and savory taste of mung bean paste rice cake... The stir-fried fish soup sujebi hotpot soup was refreshing and plentiful, reflecting the generous spirit of the owner. The pork bossam also had a clean, odor-free taste, and the combination of raw oysters and radish greens brought out a moist taste. The ssambap served with barley rice, pork bulgogi, local flavored soybean paste stew, and various kinds of generous ssam were so large that I felt sorry for the price.Also, the ladies who served last.The friendliness and quick service make this a restaurant that you will definitely want to come back to as a pleasant dinner and good memories.Oh my!! You can feel the sincerity of the people working in the kitchen with the 8 side dishes provided.
Lunch specials and varied menu are average and good. Parking space may be a bit lacking, but the mall is large so you dont have to worry about parking. LA ribs. Cold noodles, etc. are delicious.

2022-06-24 05:28:13Finished helping a friend move and we were famished. Our Korean friend recommended Ye Dang and we were glad he did. It really hit the spot for our hungry crew. We entered right around 6pm and the waitress immediately seated us.The waitress made some recommendations of dishes to share, but each guy wanted his own plate. I ordered the bossam, which was generous with the portions, and shared it with one other person. The side dishes were also delicious, having a homemade type of taste.Others ordered the galbi, bi bim bap, and another bossam plate to share. All delicious, all filling. We left happy. If were in the area again we will definitely be back.

2023-08-29 22:13:21My first time here and I had the Abalone Porridge, the sides, and tasted others dishes. I thought it was good over all. The food came home quickly and it was hot and they refilled sides as needed. It wasn’t the most spacious table that we were set up for five people but it worked. Everyone seem to be friendly and professional. I will definitely return the portion sizes are really big and we had leftovers to take home.

2023-09-30 00:44:17You can never go wrong with Yedang. Their home style Korean dishes always well prepared to satisfaction. I dont recall ever been disappointed here. Theyve expanded to provide more seating but still have to wait some time for dinner. Casseroles are my recommendation with soju.

There are booths where you can sit with your family, and there are tables where you can sit down and eat only your love or friend. There are many menus, so its good to have a menu that anyone can choose from.

2023-07-17 18:56:28First thing: the rice they serve is SO GOOD. This is a green flag through and through. It means that you are guaranteed to enjoy your food because it pairs with everything so well, even just picking up the kimchi from the Jjigae and wrapping it tastes like heaven.I will say though, the service is not your normal American style where they accomidate for your needs and come by even when they arent asked. Korean restaurants are known to not bother you because 1) its super busy and 2) alot of koreans respect privacy. If you want something, 90% of the time its better to just catch them as they pass by and ask them for what you need. I work at a Korean chicken restaurant and Its normal for Korean customers to yell at us from across the hall for more water or banchan.

2021-09-12 19:31:11Delicious naengmyun and bossam! I would recommend cold naengmyun (물냉면) or the spicy (물비빔냉면). Bossam also came with oyster kimchi which was really good. Great plate to share!
