It is a shame they got rid of the build your own idea. I like potatoes. This place is a little slow given how many employees seem to be behind the counter. Other than that it is a good place to get a beef bowl.Update: The last couple times I was here, they were understaffed. They had one person at the counter running both the register and the pass. They were bagging food after each order. This would not be so bad if they had a self-serve kiosk where you can put in your order, but they dont. Fast food in CA is no longer fast.

Tables and seatings were not very clean but overall it’s a decent place to eat if you like Japanese fusion bowl. The amount of beef is more than another location I went. Veggies were fresh. This location makes great quality bowl!Parking lot in connected to the rest of the mall. It’s pretty easy to navigate. I went before the grand-reopening that’s why they have balloons.

William was extremely impolite when he took our order. We wanted to make a change in our order, but he dismissively replied with, I cant hear you. Just reply with a yes or no, and did not show any interest in helping us. While we all have our bad days, its important that our life doesnt interfere with work. I am aware that the company may not realize the impact of losing a regular client, but I have decided that I will never go back again.

Came to pick up my online order on 10/3 when I got home. I could not believe the portions. I ordered orange chicken. Only had 5 pieces. Unbelievable!! Im never coming here again. Do Not recommend this place..

I choose to come to this yoshinoya, not only is the guy always polite, but makes sure my order is good, I have told him before that I was happy with his service that he’s awesome!Yoshinoya management Promote this guy ??or promote his work standards ! It’ll do good for the stores, trust metoday I took i some pics and videos I’ll share I feel like this guy is so humble and nice, always asking me anything else ? And it’s all about great customer service right, ? I have 2 more yoshinoyas close or about same distance, but I want to be a well treated customer just normal is perfect with me, I only post a business only if there too good or too bad “ this guy makes yoshinoya look good

Gabby(heavy set dark toned) was aggressive, irritable, and not fit for customer service work after we drove back to get our order corrected(not touched). It was made wrong AGAIN so she decided to roll her eyes proceeded to slam the food in the trash and left on her break because of their mistakes..instead of apologies she took it out on the customers just wanting their order made correctly. Not how I wouldve handled the situation as a fast food customer service member myself..very inappropriate behavior.

I went through the drive through and had to wait 15 minutes. It was a bit slow in service but the food was delicious. We got brown rice and they were generous with the pink ginger. I really liked the beef and habanero chicken. I’m a fan of the combo and it worked out to have a coupon because that saved a lot too

A fast “Japanese style” food place is exactly what this place is! You will get exactly what you pay for and that’s not a bad thing. I had a chicken teriyaki bowl with not so fried rice which I got free with a special. The food was unexciting but filling which I expected. The atmosphere was cold and distant but it’s fast food in 2021. 🤷‍♂️⛩🍱

I don’t know these 2 people got hired, I ordered at the drive thru and the first thing she says “yeah? what do you want” that’s no way how you do customer service, did you just tell me that? “YUP”. and kept on being rude, and when I pulled up to the drive thru she was heavy set girl with rude a attitude proceeded to give me the food and SLAM the window! I never experienced something like this, they need jesus, couldn’t even let me talk to the manager, another one butted and gave me dirty looks,

So pleasantly surprised. It’s been about 10 years or more since my last visit, but won’t wait so long before my next trip. Why so long? I don’t know, but someone was talking about their red ginger and I’ve been on a mission for weeks until today. I had to admit the Yelp rating had me second guessing my decision, but i couldn’t get the red ginger out of my mind. I love it with the original beef but had to get a combo with veggies for the full effect. I thought I was going to get the original chicken with my beef, but the habanero chicken sounded so much better and frankly I couldn’t remember what the chicken was like so habanero and original beef it was. The beef and veggies were as I remembered and with enough red ginger doused really took me back. The habanero chicken was a pleasant surprise as was the clam chowder. Yes, clam chowder. Had to try it. Not something i expected on their menu, but a decent deal as a combo option. Drive thru was a little slow, but they more than made up for it with the extra ginger they gave me upon request. Price seemed reasonable given it was more than enough food for one and maybe even enough for two people. I definitely had leftovers.
